My daughter had to play her Tennis game there and it looked really nicely kept! And the rest of the park looked like there was plenty of things that a family could do! With Tennis Courts, A Basketball Court, A Baseball Diamond, a big play place with swings, slides, monkey bars ect...

There is a nice water park there. Did not go this time. The playground is ok. It is being renovated.

Great outdoor venue. Kid friendly. Clean restrooms. Tennis and basketball courts and newer playground. All in beautiful downtown.

Great playground with a mixture for younger and older children. Skate park is usually busy too. However the bathrooms are often soaking wet and dirty, and are locked at 6:30pm.

Always kept clean. I love how kid friendly it is. This place is always frowning. Thank you for given my family a wonderful place to be.

Foster Park has always been a go-to place in Kokomo since I was a little girl. Over the years taking my kids there its only gotten better. A great asset for downtown Kokomo.

Great park but dont like the skate park so close to the park. Really dont care to see teens smoking while Im trying to play with my 2 year old.

Tennis courts are nice. My grand daughter also enjoys the skate park they have now, but have to go early cause it does get crowded.

It was a lovely park to stop and eat lunch at! It had lots of parking, shade, water fountains to hear and a lovely bike trail!

I’ve throughly enjoyed my visits to this park it feels very safe as the problems are quickly resolved, the skatepark was an AMAZING addition to the park.

This is where they hold Concerts, through out the year, and a good place to go if you play either: Pokemon go &/or Wizards Unite, as you can find the Critters you seek for battle and/or Catch!

Nice park but they need to add more to do. This park is only popular when there is a concert, during fair week, or 4th of July

Great skate park. But for some reason the park has posted a rule that no scooters are allowed. But The company that built the skate park has scooters being allowed on their advertisement. Very dissapointing to all the younger kids who have scooters.

Scenic and enjoyable. The Sherman is an awesome piece of history. Great park, definitely recommend spending some time here.

This is a beautiful park situated very near to downtown (easy walking distance). I enjoy the Haynes Apperson festival here, each year. There are bike and walking paths, including one over to the water park. There are shaded areas in the Park, but a lot of it is in the sun so be prepared. They have public restrooms, however, Ive never actually used them. After a good walk, I recommend heading to the ice cream parlor right near the park at the Washington Street and Superior intersection.

The Celebration of Neil Diamond was amazing!! Youd never know it wasnt Neil himself; as Jay looks, sings and moves just like Neil. Loved the concert ️

Super clean park. The cafe up the hill came down and asked us if we needed anything to eat or drink. My party ended up buying quite a bit of stuff from them. It was really good!

Great park and personally one of my favorites! You have a nice trail to walk a dog, a gizibo on the trail, a tennis court, a basketball court, a stage, and the playground itself. I love to ride my bike along the trail and go to the Rhum Fest every summer! The Rhum Fest is where a bunch of music students from the Rhum Academy music lesson place across the street. I love this park and personally recommend it!

Its a beautiful park with the trails going right through it, they also love converts in the summer, but the geese need to be in a safer place with their babies, cant walk half the trail cause they are in attack mode. However, that is a small piece to this great park!

The NEW PLAY GROUND is completed, although we didnt get to go there today. Willie the Whale was Awesome!! There is a great walking path and a nice bridge to get across the water!! We also found a really FAT FROG to be friends with for a few minutes!! Lots of fun tonight

Great park, nice open areas. Great for walks and playtime! There is an ice cream parlor called crazy Js. This adds to the fun of the park. The park was also recently repainted. With attractions like willie the whale, the gorilla, and a tank make this park a great activity location!

For years Foster Park was the ugly sister of Highland Park. No more! Like most of the downtown area its looking really great. The refurbished tank is nice along with the beauty of the Washington St bridge. I enjoy taking lunch there and enjoying the sights & sounds. So far Ive been stuck in the car this year but looking forward to some warm weather so I can get outside.

Great park, very nice, kept very clean, nice staff! It has everything you can need! Lots of green space! Basketball and tennis courts, a play area for kids etc. it’s in a very central area, it has a paved loop around the park, great for walkers or runners! I love this park, although it is prone to flooding after a lot of rain, so be careful and pay attention to the weather if you go

Best park in Kokomo. Good size, well lit, basketball courts, tennis courts, covered stage, bleachers. It is where large outdoor city events are held

My car got vandalized why we was at the concert in the park the worker not even 500ft from where i parked that was directing cars to parking spot said they did not see one single thing.. smh over 1000.00 dollars in Damage

Great place to walk your dog. Great for children, keep an eye open though. You have crazies early in the morning and teens smoking loud in the afternoon.

Fun park with a playground, tennis courts, basketball hoops, a baseball diamond, indoor restrooms (open in warm weather) and a walking path encircling it all. Its also adjacent to Kokomo Beach. Fun way to spend the day outdoors!Only downside is occasion stink from Wildcat Creek when the fish die off.

Plenty to do here and lots of activities happen year round. Nice play areas for kids of all ages and seating for parents.

One of the better parks Ive been to with my children. Lots of seating available. Trees provide shade. Perfect place for ages 2-10 (my son is two and he loved this park. So did my 9 year old daughter).After enjoying time in the park, head over to the ice cream shop to cool down. Its right across the street.

So many things about this park I love that I cant even list them all. I especially love when they have concerts here. Nice playground and walking trails. I visit often and even drive by a lot to see what else is going on during the weekends.

Had a great time, but they need a dance area plus they blocked off the disability road and made it very HARD for us to go down the hill to see the band !!

We Enjoyed the festival ans fireworks this year even tho the fireworks was after the 4th it was a ending to a wonderful holiday weekend

Most fun ive had at a local swimming pool it was a good time and sometimes they have night swims.

Great park but new restrooms are centralized but away from the kids play area so parents have to walk with kids having to GO... if you have kids youll understand

A great place to play at the park with your children. Clean bathrooms and a nice walking and biking path. You can play tennis and pickleball and there are basketballs courts as well. Lots of shade. Several times in the summer there are concerts. The 4 th of July festivals are held there as well . Very close to downtown.
