A cute addition to Foster Park sitting along the Walk Of Excellence next to the foot bridge that leads to the Kokomo Beach water park. Willies home was originally The Indianapolis Zoo. He was bought by the City of Kokomo in 2018, restored and placed in tbe park in 2019.
