Sad that the manager just stands around talking to the other manager. When we first entered, they took our temperatures, then she asked us to take a picture of our group, so when we leave, we know whos together. Pictures. The sketch machine didnt work, manager said it needed toner or something and would fix it. We waited our whole stay and nothing, just him standing around. Food, our pizzas arrived barely warm, probably just sat there. They replaced it. Ball machine empty. The topper was, multiple families with small children just walking out, no check to see who was who. Why take the picture. We have three boys with autism and the sketch machine, with date means alot to them. Next time were here in Knoxville, we wont be visiting this mess. Kids love this place of course. Some of their fave games were taken out. They felt the horse was super cool and a great memory. They were sad to see that it was gone. Food was great and the place was clean.

Kids have a great time. Their pizza and breadsticks are actually pretty good. Better then what I was expecting.

Extremely slow service. Im pretty sure there were only 3 employees total in the building. A lot of games and food has cut back (due to the pandemic Im sure) but the prices remain the same. I stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes before somebody greeted me to take my order. I did not see one employee cleaning any of the games in the 2 hours that we spent there.

Attended a Birthday party this evening and I have to say I was impressed! I didnt get to eat any pizza but it looked and smelled amazing. They have a wide range of arcade games and ticket games. You can cash in your tickets for cool prizes! Highly recommended!

Hadnt been there in a while. They stopped stamping the hands of parents and children. Big mistake people!!!! I watched kids leave with some people crying and screaming.....was it because they didnt get what they wanted or was that even there parent??? With all the child abductions these days whos to say!!!Plus there menus are awful to say the least. They have changed so much it is truly a mistake.....go back to the way you were and your business will improve once again.

Great place for kids and adults. Food and fun for all ages. You do have to work very hard to get enough tickets to get a decent gift. Not disappointed though, the kids were happy with what they got. Thats what matters! Nice place!

Very friendly staff. It was our daughters 5th birthday party and all the kids had a blast. They really did a great job at making my little girl feel special. The host offered us coupons for pizza which was very nice. They had a birthday schedule for us and they communicated with us letting us know when everything was happening. Very thorough about explaining everything to us. The host got down to our daughters level to explain the ticket blaster to her. Just overall really friendly family oriented place where kids can be kids. The only thing that bothered me a tiny bit was the slightly dirty restrooms but its whats to be expected when there are a bunch of kids in one place 5 stars for sure.!

The pizza was like a million times better than the last time. It was a bit crowded and so an hour unlimited play card only got us maybe 30 minutes of actual game play. There were multiple games that were not working, and the ticket munchers machine was eating tickets and not counting them. The staff was really nice. A few could have acted like they were not miserable. It is a kids place, so negative energy sucks the fun out of things really fast.

Normally a good experience, not this time. Most of the drinks were out. A lot of games were out of service and none of them gave tickets out

Thankful we got to bring my daughters birthday cake without a reservation. The kids had so much fun but we will not be returning. Its sad to see a children/family atmosphere tainted by alcohol consumption and men out in the parking lot, with beers instead of inside with their children.

My daughter always loves it here. The food is decent. The games are fun. Was a tad bit dirty this time, but what do you expect with 100 kids running around.

Great place for partys just celebrated my 3yr old theresas and the staff was amazing ! Would highly recommend!

Kids had a blast . around the play area ball crawl was a few smaller things for toddlers to ride on. On the other side was mostly for older kid appropriate games. Overall wasnt to crowded and was clean. Food service was fast and also good. Waiters and cashiers very friendly.

I miss this place! We use to take our kids here when they were younger, I would sit at one table and do my work while my kids play. I only gave them 4-6 coins at a time so they would check in quit often. Never had to worry about them leaving because the employees always checked the hand stamps.

The student staff was great. I had close interactions with three of them and they were all helpful. Two of them went out of their way to make our experience a great one.

We had an amazing family night their! Stuff was AMAZING! And trent (I believe his name) was beyond amazing! He made our time even better! Be back because of him.

It has always been such a treat to take our kids and grandkids to Chuck E Cheese throughout the years... It is a huge hit for all ages. We have also celebrated a couple of birthday parties with Chuck E. Cheese hosting and the memories are priceless ...

Great family oriented place to take the family!

Even though we didnt make reservations we had a great time. Food was good. Staff was normal. There was plenty of seating for our small party plus a cake ordered on the spot.

We took my four year old daughter to this location to celebrate her birthday party. Mind you, we made reservations for a party. I had to set the table myself and none of the staff was helpful what so ever. We actually had to tell them we needed their assistance when the table was clearly not ready for our party. I do not recommend you schedule a party with this location what so ever. Highly disappointed in their customer service.

Came for a friends 4th birthday and we had a blast.it was my 4 year olds 1st time and she said she would love to come back. Friendly staff as well

Greedy and Money Hungry company. They only care about sales - unfortunately like most places on Earth.DOES NOT PAY EMPLOYEES correctly. I worked at this store and I was not paid for my Paid Orientation. I am owed $10 and have not gotten it. Their HR/Corporate doesnt answer or return calls and they dont care about their employees... 0 Star Review if possible.

It was nice and clean. The pizza was actually pretty good, and thats coming from someone that doesnt like pizza very much. The staff kind of seemed like they really didnt care to be there, but they werent rude or anything. We noticed we were charged for a personal pizza that was supposed to be free, but they refunded the money for it so it wasnt a big deal. We were kind of upset that our daughter didnt get the 20 minute play card that she was supposed to get for her birthday. We didnt let it ruin our time though. It was nice. The staff members werent the happy peppy people we have seen before, but it wasnt terrible.

It can be a win/lose situation. The tickets were not easy to get. Standing in that line to wait out how to disect points into as many useless trinkets as possible. Sheesh.

Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Rude employees. Hateful to little kids because they couldnt read the names of the games that wouldnt give them their tickets they won.

Love that they use cards now instead of coins. Food was pretty good as well, better than we expected. Plenty of games for just about all ages.

Hosted a birthday party here for my grandson and he was thrilled. Very pleased that I didnt have to take anything but gifts as they had all our party needs right there and the pricing for extras is pretty average. Everyone enjoyed the great food that tasted wonderfully and the birthday party packages are super nice.

Not very happy with customer service

The one time I go after years of going as a kid I won a few jackpots. Made my day. I havent tried it but I hear the pizza has gotten a lot better.

Took great niece there for her machine fix. Pizza was good and she had a ball.

Very friendly staff. There were tons of games to choose from. They had a deal going on Wednesdays for an hour of play for 14.95. it was very entertaining and my daughter had a great time. I didnt try the food but it smelled delicious. There were a couple of games temporarily down but we still had a great time.

Well, the pizza is normally good there bust this time it was half cooked. The cost of everything is reasonable but both mens and womens restrooms were horrific. Asked my husband to take our son to the mens bathroom because there was literally vomit all over the womens restroom. When my family returned from the restroom break, my husband informed me that the mens was so bad that we wouldnt not let our son use the facilities and had to leave. The prizes you win for your tickets you earn with the money you spend are an absolute joke. I hope for the childrens sake the clean this place up. I gave a two star because despite all the problems, my little boy still enjoyed himself.

My visit to this establishment was a very unpleasant experience, my granddaughter was hugged by Chuck E and was greeted with lice. Things only escalated from there, Chuck E wasnt the only mouse running around...we were playing the pop the wheezle game and two little mice came running at my granddaughter and I, we screamed in fear for a team member to save us from these evil little mice...but no one came to our rescue!!! absolutely no team members were to be seen!!! THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Too expensive. Partys are expensive. Pizza is ridiculously expensive! But kids have fun I guess. Shouldnt have to pay so much for my kids to have a party, or eat a pizza or have an hour of games with the game card, cheap toys from dollar tree but have to pay SO MANY TICKETS! ugh.

Ok first of all, everyone knows the pizza is great. Prices are decent for the games but the prizes for the amount tickets for each item is absolutely ridiculous. 100 tickets for a normal sized airheads is nuts. Most of the prizes they offer are trash anyways. Point being your better off just paying the money to buy the prizes for your children.

Use to take my kids here all the time! This place has gone so far downhill, I will not be back. We had the pizza buffet, it was good, but the service was the worst Ive seen a long time. Rude rude rude. Sorry, but the animatronics looked like car parts in uniform. Shut this place down, or renovate, or I give it another year, at most.

This was the first time Ive ever been. You can play a lot of games for the cost. We went at 5pm on Friday and it wasnt too busy during this time.

Were new to the south so dont know if its normal for this side of the country in less game selection and ticket dispersion for Chick e cheese. The place itself was nice enough. Spacious and some fun games for kids. The exit/entry wasnt as guarded as weve seen it to be in other places.

Friendly staff, clean facility, even bathrooms are clean and also provide the lines in the baby changing station. I love the unlimited play pass for different amounts of time. More games for the money and the pizza was really good. I wasnt excited about the pizza but we ordered a supreme and it was really good. The salad was good too. Free refills on drinks. The kids loved it.

We always have our birthday parties here and love it! We do the Mega super star party where we have the whole place to ourselves, since we have younger kids, and the staff is so helpful, on top of things, and it make everything go so smooth. I love that they set everything up and take everything down. You basically just show up with cake and presents and they take it from there. Everything is clean as well as the restrooms.

The arcade is great for kids. The pizza is not good. Crust is like cardboard.

Kids love it, but the chaos is almost too much. I do not like how they group all the birthdays together. It feels so rushed and you cannot hear anything when all the hosts are talking at the same time. Had a lot of issues with the game cards last time we were there. Seems like there are still some kinks that need to be worked out with that!

Ordered salad bar and kids chicken nugget meal, had trouble with the employee even acknowledging us, but ok...go back to get seconds on salad and get questioned by I assume the manager and told to bring my receipt, which I gladly did, lo and behold the salad wasn’t on my receipt but maybe if your employee taking orders would wake up and listen she’d get the orders correct in the first place! It sucks to be questioned in front of everyone when you’ve done nothing wrong! Not a good first experience for my child who’s been begging to come here!

My son was in the playground area going down the slide. There was another kid running through with NO PANTS. The mom was at the bottom on the phone mindlessly telling him to come on to no avail. When an employee walked by I told them about the child with no pants on loud enough so the mother could hear. The employee just informed her the child needed clothes on. Which, ya know, at that point thats all the employee couldve done.My son went through one last time only to come out covered in urine. The little kid had peed all over the playground tunnels and my son was upset and said that he didnt see it until it was on him. I tell the parent, whose kid finally came out with no pants, and she said okay obviously not caring.I then tell another employee and point out the kid and mom. They say okay and turn to go towards the kitchen area. Okay so I was not happy about the lack of caring at all. I grabbed my son and my stuff and left fast because I had to get him out of this strange kids urine!As soon as we get to our car I strip my son down and wipe him down with baby wipes. We then drove straight home which was an almost 30 minute drive. I really wish I would have driven back after bathing and scrubbing the urine off my son to complain but I was fuming.Due to the lack of concern for a naked child running around and the fact that a child was peeing on the equipment, which I hope was blocked off and sterilized so no other kids got into it because that could seriously make them sick, we will never return here again. Which sucks because my son loves it. Weve held 2 of his birthday parties here and yes we paid the insane amount for their party packages for large groups both times.

If it games on the cheap youre looking for youre in the right place. $10.00 for 30 minutes of game play isnt bad when youre on a schedule. If your child is low on tickets and wants something that cost more you can combine tickets with cash. 1 penny = 1 ticket.As for food and drinks the pizza is good. Not as good papa Murphys but good for a childs amusement park. They have Beer for those that want to have pint while watching the kiddos. Best part is of any childs memories is Chuck E. Cheeses.

What kid didnt love Chuck. E. Cheese? Almost the same as I always remember it, food and an arcade. Its a great place for birthday parties. They have a staff member that sees to all of your needs while your party is there, and there are tons of games for the kids to play. Cant go wrong for a birthday.

Not quite the same chain from when I celebrated my 14th birthday, but still marginally acceptable to my 5 yr old. A bit juvenile for my 10 year old.

Visit the chuck ee cheese website first for great deals....I promise its worth doing. The place is usually clean sundays are a good weekend day to go because theyre not super crowded.

My son loves Chuck E Cheese! Food is good. Glad there are cards now that you load with money instead of tokens! Next needs to be tickets onto the card as well.
