Soooo much fun! Originally visited Main Event because my 8yr Daughter has a friend who invited us to help in celebrating his birthday. As I played different games throughout the venue, I was shocked to find my own self feeling, at times, like a silly kid again. Lol. Not quite sure who it was that the most fun - us adults or our children!!?!! I am convinced that the day, however; was a great one for all involved!

Its A Good Place To Vo Have Some Fun Fun A While. Jimmy, Our Server, Is Amazing . I Highly Recommend This Place For A Birthday Party Or Some Kind Of Party. They Have Some. COVID - 19 Rules Like Most Places, But They Are Open!!! Worth The 5 Stars

Can be expensive, but always fun as a family.

Nice facility and the food was pretty decent. However some games dont work and you end up losing your points anyways. Service was what lacked the most. Most of the stations or help areas were not occupied and we had to wait around or walk around to find someone to help. This occurred at every kiosk area including the back laser tag area.

Really cool place for the whole family. Laser tag, bowling, sky course, video games and prizes. Bar is hell of a plus! Could easily lose track of time here! Highly recommended

Great place for some family time! Weve been several times and the kids love it. The food is good too, bar style food, pizza and such. They do have a full bar available as well.

Really blown away by this place. First time visiting and even being post-covid they are taking every precaution with masks and distancing so felt very safe. Had the pleasure of being shown around by Lindsey in sales and there is never a dull moment here with a ropes course, pool tables and air hockey, huge bowling alley, 2 story laser tag, and arcade games galore. AJ the General Manager was very kind and attentive and had the pleasure of excellent service from Chris at the bar, Jimmys table side service, and Melanie handling the buffet. Will be back with friends and family! Check this place out for drinks or family fun.

Sunday, October 11, afternoon arrival: cigarette butts everywhere, a beer can and a liquor bottle (with liquor) on the sidewalk just in front of the entrance.Inside, at sleep ball, no employees in sight, so I called their phone to request help when one game took my money but wouldnt work; waited 15 minutes, no one ever came.Bowling was a fun experience, but really disappointed in the filth greeting us out front, and the extremely poor customer care.

Food was great and my wife was iffy about coming instead of going to dave and busters. We enjoyed out time so much that we spend almost 4 hours losing track of time. Great price and even better staff.

Good fun. We didnt eat but I enjoyed playing at the arcade. They would gain a star if the drink prices were lower. However, I have to say that the facility is really nice and clean. I am also thinking about going back to bowl. Yes, they have bowling...And pool tables. The keeping with Covid-19 protocol was surprisingly good. By the way...I loved the Saber Beats VR game.

This place is a lot of fun if youre looking for something casual for date night or even for a family.

Great time!! Great place to Go with family! We Took our Grandkids there for both their birthdays. We all enjoyed All the different activities from, bowling, laser tag, ropes course, arcade to pool tables! They have an awesome little photo booth in the Arcade! The Staff there were friendly and helpful they were constantly wiping things down! Great customer service! Sanitation stations fully stocked all over and posted and recorded reminders to keep your social distance and where Your mask! They are covering all their bases to operate safely in these uncertain times! But still let our kids have fun and be kids!! Thanks For everything Main Event!!

They say first impression Makes a lasting Impression. I’m a new resident to the state of Tennessee and the city of Knoxville and I’m highly disappointed with this underline problem.. As a new resident you are issued a paper license and is considered a valid ID in any establishments with that being said I walk to the bar to purchase an alcoholic beverage and the bartender tells me that the Corporation will not except my paper license due to the fact that they’ve had two violations. There is nowhere on the website that states that it is not a valid license or upon entrance placed anywhere visible that customers can see this information. Management should be more diligent on what the issue is and establish visual aids for customers to see so this will not happen again and lose customer’s Due to the Corporation Thinking they’re the State of Tennessee and Deciding what’s valid and what’s Not..

Food is so good, drinks are good. Lots of entertainment. It is pricey though but than again not really cause it has a lot fun stuff and great food so really you get what you paid for & than some.

My girlfriend and I went here today for the first time. Food was excellent and had 4 hours of fun. Definitely worth getting out of Pigeon Forge for a little while.

Another contributor said there were no pool tables,Ive included a few pictures.Why did I love this place? Its the food,games, atmosphere and genuine people. You need to pace yourself so theres no stimulus overload. They have a ropes course, laser tag and bowling for all ages. The bowling areas have these cartoons that are hilarious. The servers always check on you. The ropes course is explained so people understand safety and if they get scared. So pray before you get that high. Laser tag has two levels. There is a bar,pool tables and shuffle board. There will not be as many visits to another family friendly pizza place for awhile.The games are fun. The pricing is reasonable. Mondays are the best days because all games are half off.

This place is awesome - we did a Team building event there. The venue is clean and well maintained. The staff was awesome and very attentive before and during our event. The food was really good for the type of appetizers it was - the wings/sliders was the ticket - the bowling was fun and exciting. I was very pleased with the event, the staff, the food, and the facilities.

Pretty fun place. Just stayed at the arcade. Music was probably a little too loud for smaller children.

The arcade is pretty good if not a little on the pricy side. But the games are fun as heck and the VR games are awesome. The laser tag is good but the games are pretty far apart. I went with a friend and we did one game that lasted about 10-15 minutes but the next game was an hour later. Didnt try to bowling.

My two sons loves, visiting Main Event in Knoxville every week.Every Monday, after 4pm to midnight my son can play unlimited games for only $10.00.Tuesday kids under 12 year old eat free with adult meal purchase.Main Event Entertainment has the best state of the art bowling, multi-level laser tag, sports bar for game day, over 100 games and more.My two sons loves the Gravity Ropes adventure course, you can work together for team building or alone.

Such a fun place! Prime time is super crowded, so if you ah e the opportunity to go during less crowded times, it’s even better. Kids and adults love it. We often go here when family comes to visit. Also a great choice for kids that have energy to burn during the colder months!

I went to main event last night For the first time with a couple of my buddies. I wanted to thank Chloe who is part of the staff. Not only was she extremely polite and courteous but she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and answered all our questions. She even took the time to walk to the bowling alley to see if we needed anything. The staff as a whole was great, but this young lady definitely stood out. Will be returning again!

The place was good as far as things to do. It was nice getting in free with our healthcare and public service and military IDs. It is very loud all the time if youre sensitive to noise and the staff members were very snobbish.

This place was really cool. We came with my sons school. Its great for pretty much all ages (except maybe kids under 2-3). Even adults can have fun here. They have a really nice bar, the offer parties with catering. The food can be pizza and fries or you can get more gourmet type foods. They have a cool bowling alley (only issue was my sons first time ever bowling and he step just slightly over the line they have a sensor that didnt count his bowls, I understand for adults but kids just learning dont quite understand) the equipment is nice, everything is super colorful. They have a really sweet arcade, that uses cards to keep track of tickets and tokens, that way nothing is lost. There is laser tag and a ropes course, my son is 5 and wasnt able to go he and about 3 inches to small. (That was the only reason I said its not good for little little kids). It was very very nice though we had a great time. Planning to do birthday party here in may.

Had a family gathering / celebration here on a Monday. Enjoying the special rates of Monday night madness. The staff was very helpful. The arcade was well lit and clean. The bowling alley was super, especially the great selection of bowling balls. Laser tag was a big hit. Fun place!!

This place has so much to offer. But it is madness. Long waits for just about everything. Very busy and seemed under staffed. All the staff was kind, energetic, and happy to help... when they were found. We played arcade games and laser tag, as we waited to bowl. There was a wait for laser tag and bowling. Laser tag was crowded, but still fun. Bowling was limited and the wait staff were no where to be found. Drinks were flat when they finally arrived, as our bowling time was up. We enjoyed ourselves, but we wouldnt come back. It was overwhelming and over priced for what we got.EDIT: Added a star acknowledging the customer service representatives response. Thank you for reaching out to provide a better experience to your customers. (Also, only editing on my own volition as a manager in retail. I recognize good customer service.)

While the cost can add up depending upon your main goal of your visit, you should always check for specials on the bowling, ropes and zip-line course, laser tag, and games. This can give you an opportunity to enjoy more. Adults can also enjoy food, drinks, shoot some pool, and watch some sports all while engaging and having fun with their children. ️VOL FANS & PARENTS: One main suggestion I have as both is that if you plan on taking your children on a Saturday during FOOTBALL SEASON, make sure you take them BEFORE or DURING the game. Due to alcohol being served and behavior AFTER FOOTBALL GAMES, I suggest parents take their children elsewhere. It does get fairly wild & rowdy ( it is TENNESSEE..YALL..) VOL fans are no joke and while it can be a great time for adults, it tends to be an atmosphere that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for children ( thus the large # police patrolling after games)! No matter when you go, it is A GOOD TIME for everyone....EXCEPT YOUR WALLET...LOL

My first time, I had such a great time, staff was friendly and bubbly, lots of games to choose from, I was impressed at all the big fancy stuff they had (sorry I dont know the lingo). I only played the arcade games, went on a Thursday around 8 or 9pm and there werent lines for most games.I felt like a big kid, Ill be back :)))

Nice arcade type place. Very clean and lots to do. We got to try out some games today for free because we signed up for email updates. That was great. Gave us a reason to go check it out.

The bowling was fun. I wish they had you pay by the game instead of by the hour. Our party of 6 which included kids took long enough that we didnt even get to finish 1 game in 1 hour. Additionally, every time I go the service is super slow. Ive been when its busy and Ive been when its slow, and they are always really slow to deliver food and get you checked out. The food is good though.

First time going... we did a birthday party for 12 kids for 2 hours. Gabby was our host and she was amazing and perfect! She took over and we didnt have to do anything. She was on point on refilling our drinks. During the laser tag, one of the girls was too young so Gabby took her around playing games... that was above and beyond!!! Definitely will be doing this again.

It is a fun place, but dont think its a cheap place. Over $40 for three adults to bowl for one hour, this includes shoe rental. Its based on time not games and at one hour it will shut down your lane. And if you think you want to eat, we had 2 burgers and one chicken sandwich, one person substituted onion rings for her fries that was an extra $2.00, we all had soft drinks, total with tip $66.00

This place has EVERYTHING!! Literally all you could think of in a building. Bowling, lasertag, rope climping/walking along the ceiling, a bar, a full menu, (and the food comes out quick and hot), arcade, shuffleboard, pool tables. The service was great and the food was too.

Great place. Only problem was one worker was very very rude to me. I come all the time and that was the only problem.

We ended up waiting an hr for our food, but they were short staff and the manager was VERY nice and comped our meal and gave us free play cards. Was very impressed in their customer care that way.

Overall wonderful venue but customer service almost keeps me from returning. It’s hit or miss on who takes care of you, but some of the team members clearly do not want to be there and come off as annoyed when you speak to them. I recommend the owners/managers take care of customer service issues & this becomes a 5 star hit!

We had a very good day here. Theres different thing to do for people of all ages. Theres places to eat and the food is good. They have good prices for unlimited play. They have the best arcade games! You get a wrist band for bowling, etc, then you can leave and come back as much as you want in the day. The kids loved it!!

This place is cool and all that but prices are out the ying yang. First off the wait for bowling was almost 3 hours on a Saturday. The prices for games are like 7 credits per game which is about a dollar fifty. Went to the bar to grab a drink while my wife and kid played games and waited about 7 minutes before the bartender...Chris decided to ask what I was having. Started a tab and the dude had the nerve to quick wash a glass I watched him pick up and then pour a beer into it. That goes without saying I aint pay for one.

My waitress Kaylee C. was professional, courteous, fun and friendly! Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. I had to make a review on this particular time because of how much I appreciated Kaylee. Service was fast and food was excellent! Its a great place to hang out and meet with friends. Bowling is my preference if I did anything at all here but if you have kids its a dream! You can relax and chat while your kids are having fun too! I love this place! It made my experience here the best. I commend you for hiring such a hard working and entertaining waitresses and waiters!

This place is amazing. I had my sons 14th birthday party here. It was great! It wasnt too expensive and all the kids had fun. We had kids ranging in ages from 16 to not quite 1. We will definitely be going back. My son is going today on a field trip with his school.

Always a great place to take the family and I can play games, win tickets for them all, and have a beer while watching the game. Add in bowling and destroying my four kids and wife in laser tag and all in all it adds up to magnificent time always well with the money. The foods not bad either.

Family had a good time. Food was good. The kids are wanting to go back. LOL. I have a bad back. You just dont know how greatful I was with the plush seating. Thats what I mostly did. Thank you to the workers for a nice visit as well.

This was our first time at Main Event. The service was excellent all throughout dinner (5 stars). The food quality was (4 stars) and the games in general were extremely fun! A great night out for the family!

Very nice! My first time to play here: the bowling lanes are 5+ stars, the laser tag was 5 stars, the food was much better than I expected, the arcade selection is the best Ive seen in years!

Bowling was fun, good and drinks were great! Only negative is we were rushed or of our lane by a manager as soon as our bowling was over because another party was waiting. We still had food and drinks to finish! I did talk to another manager about that incident and he gave us a game card to make up for it.

A lot of fun for the kids. Got a two hour pass for $15 and it was great. Also had dinner, the food, service, and atmosphere were great. Lots of parking. The place was really clean. Plenty of staff around to assist.

Went in after work one night with 3 friends. We played a round of laser tag and then paid over $40 to bowl for an hour. The sign said closed at midnight. At 11:30, they announced 4-5 times the bar was closing. We were the only ones in the place and had closed our tab after purchasing one drink at 11. Then they cut off all other music to play Closing Time on repeat until we left. Didn’t even get to enjoy bowling for the full hour we paid for and the employees weren’t saying thank you for your business as we left before their Closing Time. If you don’t stay open until midnight, then please update the signs that have your hours. Honestly I liked bowling there, but after that, I’ll bowl somewhere else which is cheaper anyway. Sorry we were such a bother, and I hope the employees enjoyed getting out earlier than the posted hours.

I went with my dad and it was fun the VR beat saber was pretty expensive for the chips but due to virus the rope course had to wear mask ok though.

The food was great but the server wasnt. I wasnt impressed with her Im hoping shes new otherwise she might want to consider a different career. I passed on ordering a really good looking candy/icecream dessert because I didnt want to deal with her anymore lol. I wish there were more games accessible for the younger kids and with special needs (or both in my situation) especially for as pricey as they are. Otherwise it was good.

Its an amazing place to chill with family, but make sure to set a budget, and prepare to be there all day. If you schedule a round of laser tag at 3:00, you will probably end up getting it at 4:30. The place is packed with excitement, probably a replacement for chuck e cheeses! Although, most of the games are worth 7.5 or 10 credits. So if you get 150 credits, dont plan to play alot of games! They also have an amazing gift shop where you can get amazing things! So Its a 4-star! I plan to come back soon!
