Nice open area to walk around, not crowded, and bikers are polite and warn you when they are behind you or coming around,. Some spots was a little flooded but not bad. Loved it

I really like walking on the greenway in Walker Springs Park. Its shady and a wide, paved path. Theres a pretty stream running through the park and plenty of benches to sit on. Theres a kids play area and restrooms, although those are currently closed (May, 2020) due to COVID 19. However, theres plenty to keep you busy at the park. The greenway is great for bikes, running and walking.

An excellent bike path to get from west Knoxville to downtown.

So Ive run here quite a few times. Ive even run a 5k here. Its super convenient, as both my jobs are basically next door. But, the puddling and flooding that happens on the pavement when it rains too much (which is pretty much all the time) is becoming intolerable. My shoes and socks are soaked from this afternoon. Believe me, there was no avoiding it, I tried. So if youre down with that, this is an excellent place to jog/run. Just have a backup pair of socks and shoes.

Its nothing too fancy or clean, but the air is fresh and its not too popular so its great for getting out and getting some fresh air. While it isnt in the best area in Knoxville, safety isnt anything to worry about here. There is one place where you have to cross a somewhat busy road, but drivers are usually pretty nice in letting you cross. Overall its a pretty nice little greenway

Great Greenway weaving through the heart of West Knox

I love this greenway...I work at the hoilday inn Knoxville and send guest there from around the country and everyone always loves it. Very peaceful in the morning. I run there often.

The greenway is under the trees next to ten mile creek. It makes it a great place for a run or to walk your dog.
