We just finished the Knoxville City tour and it was great. Gina, our tour guide, was fabulous. The tour was very worthwhile.

The drivers are so nice and friendly

My driver Cameron Tate was the most pleasant, energetic young man. I have used the company a couple of times and have always been very pleased . I have family coming in town for few days and this is the best way to get to everything from downtown to the old city and the U.T. area, I will definitely be using them again and hopefully I will get Mr. Tate to be my driver .

We used Joyride Knoxville for our event at the Worlds Fair Exhibition Center in Knoxville. It worked out great for everyone as some customers had a far walk to the entrance. The team from Joyride was great. They were fast, organized and most important very friendly.The weekend weather turned to rain on Sunday so it was even better to have them there.They are Great ambassadors for Knoxville and our event. We will absolutely use their service again.

Great service! My only suggestion would be to have hours listed on the website and make it easier to request a ride. I was unable to download the app and just on hold when I called. If not for that, this would have been a 5 star review!

Joy Ride is so nice and convenient!! I can text Ray or Gena and they are their to pick me up right away!! I love that I can pay $5 ($3 plus a tip) and go anywhere downtown. I was paying $7 minimum for Uber.

This service is AWESOME. Our driver, Ray, was so much fun. Do yourself a favor, if you are downtown or on campus get a ride with Ray, you will thank me later !!

In town for a conference. We met Ray our first night. Ray was wonderful, he showed us around town and was fun to ride with. Joy Ride is great and Ray and his son are awesome (and awful cute)

Ray was the bomb. Asked me if I had anywhere to go, before I ended up taking an Uber or scooter ride, and got me to where I needed to be with a great and friendly attitude. How do I call him to pick me up every time??

I was in Knoxville for a conference this week. On Sunday I met Ray on his golf cart, I was skeptical at first but took a ride. Ray became a friend right away, he was AMAZING. I think I texted him 50 times about things to do in the city and he always had answers!! My boss and I tried to hire him to come and work for us in Atlanta as a sports ambassador. Joy Ride you have a wonderful employee!! We hope to steal him from you one day soon though.

Awesome way to see the city!

I had an awesome experience with Ray! Very friendly and knowledgable of local places.

So we booked a ride leaving early from the UT/BYU game. Madison was our driver and called promptly to ask specifically where to pick us up. We told her the corner of Phillip Fulmer Way and Cumberland. She said no problem. When we approached the intersection, we saw her posted up on the other side of Cumberland. We called and told her we were at the corner and waved to her, and she told us she saw us and would be right over. When she pulled up to the intersection and had to stop at the stop light, an older man approached her, then waved to three other people, all of whom then climbed in Madison’s cart. We understand the drivers make more money with a full cart, but when she proceeded then thru the intersection, she passed right by us even though we were shouting and waving.When we called her, she said it was a mixup and she would come back and pick us up. However, it was several minutes before she came back after she had dropped the four people who jumped in her cart. She then stopped in the turn lane down from us at which time another four people got in her cart and only when we ran down there to catch her did we get a ride. We told her what she did was rude and unprofessional at which time she informed us she didn’t appreciate our attitude. We were charged $13 for what should have been a five minute ride but ended up being about 25 mins just so Madison could make cash money for a ride we booked thru the app. We will never use this service again and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
