We had our sons 8th birthday party here, and not only did the kids love it but so did the adults. We brought the cake, plus any decorations we wanted and when we got in the party room our host had the decorations up and took care of everyone without needing help. Our host was AWESOME he really made everything effortless on our part we were actually able to just enjoy the party

Fun place for our family to get our wiggles out! We will definitely be jumping here again.Only thing we had a problem with was that our socks kept coming off, but overall our 2 yr old had a blast and mommy and daddy did too.

We had an absolute BLAST! That was the most fun I’ve had in years!!!! Everything was well maintained, clean, and plenty of staff around who are very helpful! I will definitely be going back!!! It wasn’t hectic like I thought it would be. Just FUN!

Was my grandsons birthday so went to DEFY Knoxville and had a blast!Even my adult children had a great time! Cool place!

Fun experience! Not crowded at all. We had the place to ourselves. There was less than 10 people. Masks required at entry and then could be removed as long as we distanced. Also now have membership opportunities that were cost effective.

Went back for a second time today and we had a blast. Anthony was so nice checking us in that we ended up signing up for the monthly membership! Thanks for the awesome experience. :-)

My family of 14 went for an early Christmas gift for my 8 grandchildren. The staff were wonderful helping us use my Groupon coupon and regarding safety practices during our time there. We enjoyed our time there tremendously yesterday.

Always have had a wonderful experience. Have an 8 yr old girl who is a Future American Ninja warrior! The exercise I get trying to keep up with her is amazing. Makes me feel alive. Its a blast and I would recommend getting the 30 day pass. Not much more than paying for 2 hours for 1 day. Have fun!

It’s so much fun to jump, play and try new tricks. I like seeing the regulars and the awesome tricks they can do!They are also cleaning regularly.

Kids absolutely loved it so i enjoyed it, they immediately started asking to go again & of course we will. Only thing really missing to me is somewhere for adults to sit & be able to keep eyes on them while they are jumping. Everyone was kind & friendly.

Great place to let kids burn energy! On vacation and the kids are sooo excited about everything. Needed to tire them out before bedtime and this was so fun for them and did the trick.

We had a great experience at this trampoline park. It was very organized and structured with Covid procedures guideline enforced. Hand sanitizer stations were throughout the facility.The staff was friendly! The check in process goes faster if the waiver is completed prior to arriving. Your temperature is taken and you HAVE to purchase grip sock. You are able to bring them back when you visit again.There are special morning hours designated for kids 6 and under. Which was nice! We were the only people in there.

Amazing facility- more contraptions and trampolines than you can explore in 1 hour. It’s clean, and every single employee is friendly, helpful, and all around awesome! The monthly membership is the best deal for kids to play (and adults too!) in the city!

This place is a blast! Its suitable for kids from ages approx 4-16 and adults can jump as well. Not too crowded and so much fun!!

My two granddaughters LOVE Defy! So glad to have such a fun, clean and beautifully maintained trampoline park nearby! Look for Groupon offers to save on admission or get monthly passes. Music is a bit too LOUD sometimes, (hey, I’m trying to read ) but the girls love it. This is a super place for all ages!

Fun place for the kids, but why did I have to pay $10 for masks that are “required for anyone 12 or older” just to get into the park and see that that is in no way enforced? Seems an awful lot like a gimmick to make patrons pay $5 a pop for masks that the company probably gets for $1 or less each.

Brought my kids in here for just a day of fun. Place is okay. Nothing too special. Price is average. Food not that great. Overall good time. Probably coming back.

We came for a vacation to Tennessee with our 4 boys, ages 8, 6, 4, and 1. We wanted something for them to do to be able to burn off some energy and have fun. Well this was DEFINITELY the perfect pick. They had a BLAST! Even the one year old had fun jumping on the trampolines with us and sitting in the foam block pits. My boys climbed the rock climbing wall, did the ninja course, tried the warped wall and trampoline dodge ball and so much more. So many courses and trampolines to choose from. Your time goes so fast!! It is pricey but for a special outing it was WELL WORTH IT! I would highly recommend this!!

It was my kids first time there we was passing thru Knoxs on our way home from pigeon forge we live in alabama they had a good time from all the jumping they passed out in the car so I got to drive over 2 hours without hearing them fuss about something

I have been taking my son here for almost two years, including when it was called “Jump Jam”, and before COVID times.I have never failed to wear out my boy before lunch and nap at this park which is worth the price of admission. Admission isn’t too expensive either, and the passes are reasonably priced if you intend to return multiple times.They’re taking safety seriously, so if you buy into this mess you can rest assured. Your temp is scanned at the door (being hot from outside doesn’t count you’re good) and there is a mask policy in place for adults. Regular sanitation is also done, and some of the trickier obstacles to clean have been closed for general safety. Your mainstays are still open: dunking, dodgeball and throwing your son into the foam pits are all still possible so 10/10 worth It. I know the mask thing is an issue for some folks, but I could hardly taste the motor oil on my bandana as I whipped a freshly sanitized gator skin at my pride and joyAs far as just normal safety, everything is padded. I’m unsure if they still have designated 3 and under hours, but If your kids are younger, it’s usually best to go at opening. I’ve been taking my son since he was about two, and he’s had no injuries or issues whatsoever. You can watch your child develop confidence and skills over time here, and there’s something to be said about that.Friendly staff. Affordable. Awesome layout. Worn out son. What’s not to like.

The facilitators on the floor had great discretion with the dos and donts with regards to adults and covid. Good fun for families

First time I went, my husband has taken the kids in the past when I didn’t attend. We had an amazing time, the young man Clayton that checked us in was awesome. He explained everything, and although inadvertently didn’t initially charge for my admission, he made up for it by rounding our time up to 4:30, so that my kids got their full 90 minutes. The facility was clean, they had staff places throughout watching and attending to the guests (I even witnessed one of them sanitizing the equipment, which was cool), and the music and atmosphere was super fun! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a fun birthday party activity for your kids. Definitely a thumbs up!

My daughter loves this place. It was the first trampoline park we visited 7 years ago and its still our favorite. Its always clean and equipment is well maintained. Employees are nice and helpful.

Let me catch my breath first.....Ok. So this place is kind of amazing. Ninja warrior course. Fun atmosphere. Appropriate music. I’m not sure how this place would be packed out, but on a Monday night we had our run of the place. Warped wall, trapeze, swings, and much much more. Please try it at least once. I’m sure I burned more calories today than I have all month. I am not an “in shape” guy but I had a blast.

I had to sign so many waivers that I have no idea what they mean it makes me worry that you’re more interested in protecting yourself from liability than you are about keeping me and the kids safe. I hate havingTo buy socks. I bought so many trampoline park socks and I can never find. Why can we pay a dollar to rent socks. You can clean your socks for less than one dollar. If not for these two issues I would have giving you a five star rating

We love Jump Jam (Defy)! The set up is great because it gives kids the freedom to do their thing while parents can still keep an eye on them from the balcony area or right there on the floor. It gets our kids off their phones, tablets and game consoles and up having fun while exercising and has become a great way for us to have family time 2 or 3 nights a week. Another plus is the amount of confidence its built in the kids as they learn new tricks on the super tramps. The elite membership is affordable and well worth it.

Just ok. They ask you to sigh away your hiuse and newborn just to get in. Smelly, too.

Great experience. My son hurt his foot and a member of the staff recognized he was very upset and got him a sample of a blue slushy to calm him down. Super cool of her. Wish I had her name, but she did a great job. She was running the party we were attending and offered to bring up the slushy I ended up purchasing so it would be waiting for my son. Again, she was great! Awesome team member!

Had a blast. Things are still closed there so its limited things you can do but we still enjoyed ourselves. People are steadily cleaning different areas of the park while we are there.

My kids and husband loved it. They were completely wore out after an hour. There are so many different kinds of things to do here. I definitely recommend buying online and getting there as early as you can. It gets very busy and the busier it gets the less fun it is for the smaller ones.

Im happy this exists! Never mind buying myself another trampoline. This place is indoors so it is trampoline heaven. I dont have to maintain anything. Have fun on the climbing wall. The ninja course! Yesss. Here you can be a monkey! Finally. This place is better than any gym whatsoever. Now how about staying open later than 9pm? Yeah, Fri and Sat theyre open till 12am, but Id love it if they were at least open till 10pm a few other nights. Open till 3am sometimes would be so much fun!!!! Just suggesting it.

My sister and I took our 3 kids (ages 5, 4, and 2), and they had a blast! We went to the early jump at 9:00 am for kids 6 and under...perfect! Kids loved it, no one got trampled, parents had a good time too...HIGHLY recommend. We will be going back!

Had my sons 7th birthday there about a week ago. Booking the party was super easy and I was able to book and pay for the party in advance online. I was emailed asking my preference of pizza and soda that came with the package I purchased. The cost was around 300 but it included party set up and clean up, 10 jumpers for an hour, party for an hour. We had a personal assistant that was most helpful and attentive to our needs. They had carts which made it super easy to transport the cake, gifts, etc. I would most definitely recommend for a party or a single jump session. Thank you for making our party memorable and a super positive experience and making us feel special and and treated as a top priority. Our personal attendant (a young man I dont remember his name) went above and beyond attending to our needs. A+++++️️️️

This place is definitely worth the money Im thinking about getting a membership there now. I also felt that my kids were safe. Also if you are looking for a place to work out this would be it for you. I didnt even realize how much of a workout I did yesterday until today and had fun doing it.

My kids love it and so do we! Weve had 2 birthday parties here and both were excellent. Saturday morning is our favorite time to go. Fair pricing, decent food offering and never excessively crowded although it does get busy.

So much fun. Well staffed, I felt that I and my children were safe at all times. Staff enforced rules keeping my child out of the adult area which made me feel more comfortable. No unsafe structures. Multiple levels difficulty for wall climbs. I cant jump on trampolines and never felt like I had a lack of things to do.

Lots of good stuff about JumpJam. First, the staff is really good about keeping everyone safe. The staff is very friendly n great with the kids. The facility is always spotless n well organized. Plenty of comfortable seating throughout for parents. The play area itself is well thought out. Fun n challenging obstacles abound for all ages. Never gets old because theres just so much there n much of it are things that kids can continually learn n get better at. Next, some of the staff appear to be professional jumpers. I really like this because not only does it show my kid what is possible with practice, but it also tells me the staff really know their stuff n can show my kid a thing or two in a safe manor. I love watching my kid play but it is especially cool watching him focus, challenge himself, n achieve. Just a really fun place to have fun n meet new friends. Easily one of the best indoor activities!

We had fun but there was no mention of all foam pits being closed. We paid full price for 1/2 the fun.

We really loved coming here on our day off. My husband and daughter had come before and after hearing their raves for weeks I finally got the chance to go with them today. We will definitely be buying a pass for free time this summer

We had fun but the way the old jump jam was set up was better. I liked the couches closer to the kids so my littles could come over a break with me for a moment or get a sip of water. I also can’t hardly see through the chain link fence upstairs. It’s not as enjoyable for parents that have to sit. Makes you not want to visit because of that as much.

Excellent front door service!!! The kids name was Will. Most people seemed unsure as to if they didnt know to say hello or nothing at all...(Im Black) I actually called the manager to give a positive note about Will and to address the hesitancy of the other staff. I understand that its a lot going on in America right now but its always been ok to be friendly and say hello. Im the black guy with the pink T shirt that read F.R.I.E.N.D.S. on the front!5 stars because of Will and because my 5 year old had a blast!!!!!

At this park you are told you can’t do doubles but many athletes come here and aren’t punished for breaking the rules. staff is rude and aren’t understanding with an acception of few.

Really loved our time at Defy. It was our first visit and did not disappoint. The only additional feedback is to keep the line down at the food area try having the person not ringing up taking orders and making food instead of standing around while the other person rings up. I am not sure why three people were working when do my the person ringing up at the register was actually working. The facility was clean, the person at the front desk very helpful. We will be back!

We love jump jam. Super affordable for a membership and will be fun for the whole family regardless of if you jump or not. Great music, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff.

So, due to volume, this place isnt as accessible as one thinks it is. It works by selling hours of jump time. This is done in the name of safety I believe. Ive watched people come in only to be turned away and leave as they could not find slots they could jump being available. The moral of this story is to **go online first and make your appointment**. This is almost the same process that one can do in the place as there are kiosks used to buy jump time access. Unfortunately, this makes it a small bit of a chore to plan for a visit, but I suppose with the mindset of this is the part where one buys tickets to an amusement park, I guess that works.My bigger gripe with this place is it simply isnt safe. You are made to sign waivers for a reason; it is extremely easy to have an accident on the premises, and it happens often (I watched employees break out some crutches for visitors from their supply closet). One could argue that accidents happen anywhere, however how is it possible to mitigate risk when there are other visitors that may not be so cautiously minded.Overall, it is a fun place to visit. There is WiFi if one cant jump and simply there to pass the time waiting. If one visits, be prepared to buy a pair of socks specially made for this place; bring them back next time to dodge this charge again.

My son and I always have such a blast here! The staff is very welcoming and friendly and their are so many different things to try! We have a membership and can’t wait to go all of the time!!! I started talking my son when he was 2 or 3 and there has always been things for him to do! Great way to get in some cardio and have fun!

Fun place. I went to a kindergarten birthday party. It was safe for the little ones to play and easy for parents to watch. I plan on going back with the family.

Joe at the front counter was awesome! He made it super easy for us to check in, and informed us of the 3 month programs that were available to save us money. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The old jump jam was better. This new one has a near impossible obstacle course and overall seems worse.

Great place but watch out for people that are rude and parents that don’t watch their kids. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Would love to see more discounts or coupons. Would recommend this place for pre-teens and teenagers that love physical activity.

We had a blast at Jump Jam! Tons of fun activities to do throughout the gym! My son who is 6 years old wants to have his birthday there now. He loves Jump Jam!

My family just loves rhis place we really feel at home there.My boys are ages 3,7,11,14 and there is something for everyone which is hard to find with rhe age gaps.My husband just passed away May 5,2020 I cant count the nights we sat laufhing at our boys at this park we both loved seeing how excited they got when they learned a new trick.We cant wait for it to open back up we miss the employees and i know my husband would want me to continue bringing the boys now rhat he is gone.Thanks guys for being awesome!

Great place, fun stations, nice and helpful staff. Not lots of flashy lights here like other jump places, which is refreshing as someone with photosensitive epilepsy. Will definitely come back!
