Used to live here. Ridiculous prices and fees. Cant keep air conditioning in windows even of you dont have central heat and air. They force you to mow your lawn when THEY want it done. If they decide to come do it for you, they charge you like 50-75 bucks no matter how small the yard. No maintenance. It sucks.

Came to visit a friend and Without warning our friends cars were towed to a janky car lot that only took cash. Signs are not clearly posted for this and the fine was $180 per car. We were parked for 1 hour in front of a trailer in the grass. Our car parked across the street was threatened to be towed for being parked in a parking space. What a joke and a scam. The car lot (anytime towing) said they gave free cars out but since we called angry about this tow that seems to be illegal we were not given this generous gesture. Im not coming here again.

Its a horrible place. They go up on lot rent every year. You have no yard or privacy...i wouldnt have my dog there...they might eat him!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Racist white people and horrible trailer park supervisor. All they care about is exploiting the weak for any penny they can squeeze. They dont care about the well being or feelings of residents or visitors. Theres a special place in hell for profiteers like the owners and supervisor .

Its a quiet trailer park neighbors are friendly but its got a lot of bugs in the trailers

The trailer park is behind my home. Ot seems decent and quiet. I cant officially give them 5 stars because i dont know lanlords and other factoring to give it to them but as far as outside looks its clean and quiet.

I am in need of a place to rent like 63 yesterdays,I call at first they where so polite and kind then once I started asking questions about if they took kcdc Section 8 vouchers her demeanor changed completely towards me I was treated like a piece of used tissue paper in the bathroom that gets stuck to your shoe you know you can walk out and it still stuck to your shoe and make it even worse its a piece that has poo on it so what are you do you use your other foot to take it off and then now you got poo on both your feet anyways was looking forward to maybe moving here but nope not a ray of Hope in sight(glad I didnt get the place really there are at least 5 drug dealer in a row right together like seriously dont move in here unless you hold a special place in ya heart for a destructive thing called shake n bake

Stereotypical trailer park setting. Visible repairs needed on many of the units. I wouldnt want to live there.
