Clean family park. Seems kept up.

Lived here for a quite a few years now friendly staff and services for repairs are quick turn around. I personally have seen massive improvements over the years while those that complain and put negative remarks about how this park has went down hill ( which is untrue) are generally the ones who have to be told to clean their yards.

I really have a nice lot,people dont bother you. Its like living out in the county, with the convience of city living, close to everything. I just dont like the high price of the lots. I dont believe they just rent, you own or rent to buy.

Most are good... its been getting kinda hood. .. No offense to anyone... I give reviews by the way I am str8 no lies no sugar coatin... I call as I see it... All emotions aside... Not racist at all... Just being real... This has nothing to do with this place but my brother wife and three kids live in here... And they r not bothered ... So I take that If u keep to yourself should have no problems...

I have lived here for a year now with 0 issues. VOLUNTEER VILLAGE IS FAR FROM HOOD OR GHETTO everyone has always been nice and considerate of their neighbors

My sister has lived here for 3 yrs now very nice place NO DRAMA

Its very high in lot rent an u have to cut u yard swim pool is all ways filled with young kids that are making it so that older people cant in joy the pool

I have lived her for over 9 years. They are very accommodating for disabled tenants and prices are reasonable for the community

I been ther 2 years now an i have learn to love it
