Recently 1/2019 this community added a new policy where they tow vehicles nights and weekends if we are parked in the grass ( ever partial due to some of us having 3 vehicles) and on the street. They do not provide additional guest parking. They do not provide a dog run for your pets, they also do not landscape common areas around the park in the spring or summer. Lot rent goes up each year. They do not have you sign an annual lease agreement on updates policies because This new towing policy is against the law Tenn. Code Ann. € 66-28-519Very dissatisfied and the tow truck driver decided not to tow my van for having two tires in the grass since my dog woke me up at 11pm while he was out there on 2/18/19. He was trying to charge me $75 for his commission lost. He left my home with $60 and he would not take a card and did not have change. AnyTime Towing

I have lived in The Crossing, in Knoxville, TN for 17 years. It is a nice place to live. The neighborhood is beautiful and the management is always there to help. I am a homeowner and this is where I call home.

Dilapidated older mobile homes stacked in on each other.The rent goes up every year currant lot rent for a one movie home park 350.00 they should be ashamed of that kinda rent when other nice ones rent for less.
