Beautiful trailer community. Love the Dallas theme streets. It is definitely a southern dream. Great walking trails and 2 ponds. Love all the amenities not your old basic trailer park. Quite and great country feel but not to far from Middlebrook or Oakridge hwy.

Very nice mobile living park.

This is a very large mobile home community. The vast majority of homes are well kept. There is a variety of ages in residents, some retired...some with children.There is a playground, a pool and a little fishing pond.The property is clean and management seems involved in keeping it up.There is, of course, a price for that. I suppose the lot rent keeps things nice, but its just a little high.

Nice park, worst management imaginable. Only concerned with extorting money out of residents, doesnt even hide the kickback scheme with Anytime Towing. If having to constantly worry one of their parking people will run over your kid or pet doesnt make you move the constant fees, regulations and price increases will, lot rent jumped $20 because covid and the only change the park has seen is one of their crack head maintenance guys painting a hand full of speed bumps. 0 stars. Edit friday Jun 19 Amherst Ridge posted on their page less than 12 hours ago all cars parked in the public spaces up front will be towed if not removed by morning. Unless by some miracle all those people subscribe to the facebook page theyre about to steal over a dozen cars with zero warning.

We were just here looking. They were friendly, and the facilities were pretty nice.

Cant use any parking. Cause all of the Mexicans have like 3 cars a peice. Single wide trailer over 1100 a month. Son in law trapped us into to this. Property manager demands white curtains. If any are used. They measure your grass and write you up if youre out of code. Cute trailer though. My neighbor was the Mexican devil from hell. She sent her dogs to poo in my yards for the entire time I lived there because the office said one of the extra spots on that side of the street were ours. She then had her amigos come park their cars there so my daughter had to park at the dollar store every night. Pathetic.

Treat your elderly residents better and quit towing peoples cars!

It is a beautiful property, but the rent and all the other fees they tack on really adds up. You could rent a house with a pool and not have 500 weird neighbors really close to you. The trailers are very nice and and very well kept it just seems like a lot of money to live in a trailer community.

Went to visit family and friends for Thanksgiving. Wasnt there 20min and walked outside and my car had been towed. There was another tow truck pulling up to tow my friends car. Said they were illegally parked. But yet there were no signs advising that. I was parked in the driveway but one tire was touching the street. My friend was parked along the yard. The manager Kristinia said that there would be no towing Thanksgiving weekend because family and friends were to expected to be in town.$300 and 4hrs later we got our cars back. Mind you.... we went thru and took pics of 11 cars parked in the road, but they werent towed.

Nice Place to visit but I would not live there the rent is too expensive it goes up every year I dont see how people can own their own home plus have it on somebody elses property just to pay rent I would take my mobile home out and find my own property to live on much cheaper and you dont get your rent put up every year

Great place, long or short term! Kristen and Ken are wonderful people to work with, and the entire community is magnificent! Always grounds crews working hard to make it even better looking than it already is! Way to go guys (and gals)!!!

This place has a parking problem. They only care that you become a member after that you fall under them like everybody else. Cant even invite family over without their car being taken. There is a tow truck just going around taking car. My husband try to change the car oil and put the car on the street not even 5 mts the tow truck was already trying to take his car. Rent is high. They start you low and after that it goes up. Looking to pay 450+ for a pice of land thats if you own the house. If not you looking to pay $900+ Hoping to move out soon.

Working with Kristen Cyran to purchase a place in Amherst ridge has been a wonderful process so far.

I got evicted because a neighbor came to my house and started hitting it. I stopped him and got in trouble. This place has went to the pits moving Americans out and moving Illegal aliens in. Dont move here unless you speak Spanish. Management has changed for the worse. I no longer live here. I had to sell my mobile home. I now live with my sister.

Ive lived here for a few years... they do some weird stuff here. Dogs run all over crap in your yard bring it up to the management still dogs crappinging in my yard a year later. They do promptly get on some things though...

Good houses

Amherst Ridge is beautiful and well taken care of...yep, we have a few latino families, we also have a few black families and a few asian families but we also have many white families. They are all hard working, respectful and friendly. I have lived at Amherst Ridge for six months. The managment is fair and kind. The price point is perfect and the amenities are excellant. It is quiet, secure and mostlove animals. If you like to get your monies worth and enjoy your privacy Amherst is the place to be. I cant image living anywhere else, I love it here.

Manager is to strict. They have a golf cart but renters cant have one. Imagine that
