Nice sized unit with decent sized kitchen and two full bathrooms. The bed was only comfortable piece of furniture. Office personnel were friendly and tried to be helpful. Many issues with unit: large crack/gap under front door, no linen exchange available, sketchy area, unit needed many repairs (only fixed a couple of them), one small pool with parental supervision not enforced, parking lot used as short cut by locals, balcony had one chair (and it was broken).

It was just ok. Didnt have much to do as far as activities like most resorts. If they did we wasnt notified of it. It need to be cleaned better because one pillow had blood on it and the put an extra pillow case on top. We rewashed everything ourselves to be safe. Furniture a little out dated but the kitchen was updated.

This resort is beautiful! Just the property is rich and green with shrubbery, oak trees, and many kinds of palm trees. Grounds keepers take very great care of the property! Grass cut when necessary. The apartment is lovely, and for the 2 bedroom, you get 3 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. Its very quiet and peaceful. The weekends people like to have fun, but ppl get quiet by 1am or so. Overall I love this property! And management is kind and very helpful! Thank you for a great experience!

I was a little worried about how this hotel would be since it was pretty cheap. I was really impressed. The landscaping and the grounds are maintained nicely. When you get inside the decorations and couch look like they were from the 70s or 80s but it was comfortable. I was in a 2 bed 3 bath room that sleeps 6. While the couch was a pullout it was a bit tight to fit the 5 of us as far as seating goes. Luckily some of my party left on Sunday so it was just 2 people the rest of the week. I wish it came with a washer and dryer. They also dont come in to clean like a normal hotel but the front desk people were awesome. We had to call maintenance 2 times for something minor and they came and fixed it right away. I will definitely be back.

This condo community has been a pleasure this far. There were a few bumps with room requirements at first. However, with respect to the summer crowd, its been perfect! The staff are very finely and accommodating when possible. I will update at the end if the trip with any changes. Btw, this is the 2 bedroom 3 bathroom condo unit.

If you like cockroaches and dirty rooms, this is the place for you! Had to move rooms multiple times. Tries to use the hot tub in the room and all kinds of dirt went into the water when the jets were turned on. I also left a shirt in the first room only to find out it was not there when we asked about it. It took them another 2 days to find it from the time we asked about it, my thought is the housekeeping thought they were going to keep it! Will not be going back there again!

We have been at Vacation Villas at FantasyWord on 2018 and we decided to go back now on Labor Day weekend 2020 to enjoy our self but my experience at this time it wasnt good enough as the 1st time. The check inn was great meeting Jose with a excellent attitude and very professional. The apt had 3 issues, the Fire detector the Battery was off, beeping all night, because our late check-in and the Front desk office was closed, we had to wait until the next day to complain. The living room TV also did not work. The last issue it was, I was trying to connect my Cell phone charger and as I plugged the battery charger I found it a leftovers bag of food behind the night table. The next day I called the office front desk and spoke to Jessica she was able to assist me with all my needs immediately she asked me if I wanted to changed to another Apt but it wasnt necessary was my decision to stay on the same apt. I asked her if after every check out Guest if they do inspection, She says yes! They need to do an better job on the inspections of they propertys. Specially on this Pandemic

Hotel is close to all grocery, gas, supplies, and dining options.Only trade-off for being in a quiet and friendly place is the distance to all area attractions, but still reasonable.Sun Rail train is a great option nearby to hotel to beat all area rush hour traffic.Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for 2 nights. The pool is heated, heated hot tub, playground, ice machine, washing and drying machines are on site and complementary which is a rare option.Wi-Fi has reliable signal and good speed. One Negative: TV channel listing not provided in room and each room TV had different channels programmed.Kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with supplies to last a week for several people. Overall great stay and we will be back again soon.

Our family of 4 was visiting Disney and spent three nights. The condo was comfortable, clean and met all our needs. While we were on site, the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately i left my wedding ring in a bedroom on a lamp when we departed. When i called that evening, and the next morning, the staff seemed indifferent. I was told that no one had turned anything in. I asked if someone could look when the cleaning crew next went in because the ring was not in an obvious spot. I was told there was nothing they could do since there were new occupants. In the end, my fault but i felt like the staff could have been more helpful.

This is a rip off! The door was locked from the inside. The people in the room next to mine was using my room because the house keeper left it open. They didn’t clean the room before giving it to me. It has roaches. The TV remote was hidden under the full size mattress. The “studio” is tiny. front desk leaves at 11pm. This was a big mistake and of course no refunds

Positive: Very spacious, quiet location. Stocked and easily utilized. Washers and dryers on location were free. Negative: Cleanliness can be improved on. A lot of dust. Spa tub had hair and dirt in it. Room had an odd smell.

We discovered that Fantasy Villas Two and Fantasy Resort are two totally different properties! While they are close to each other Fantasy Villas Two is a more modern up to date property. Many are getting the two confused on their reviews. We had a very nice unit with a balcony full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Everything was nice!

Very clean rooms and everything was in working order. We did have an issue with the air conditioner after checking in and maintenance came right out and got it fixed up! I was very pleased with the service! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the huge bathtub to soak in after a long day at Disney! We stayed in a one bedroom unit. We tried out the pool and it was awesome. And also the hot tub. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up adding on a few nights to our stay! And the biggest plus about staying here is there is no resort fee! I would definitely stay here again!

Lots of room, 3 bathrooms . 2 things we noticed we didnt like, not very good TV reception in bedrooms & you need to hold the shower sprayer over your body to get wet. When on the hook, water hits the back of the shower, not you! Shower curtain not long enough to keep water in shower.

They had bed bugs. Was told it was probably mosquitos. Kept getting new bedding but still got bit up for 4 days until I caught 2 put it in a cup of water and took it to the office for them to see. They were coming from the wicker headboard. Thats when our room was moved. The next room was fine for the last 3 days. Was supposed to receive a future comp stay for the miserable 4 days but manager never returned my calls nor emailed. Only the adult room was infested. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We stayed here from July 9 thru 12 an I must say it was the best one bed room villa I stayed in. The pool was nice and warm the jacuzzi was nice an hot the room was nice an spacious. The last night we was there we had enough room to but 2 queen air mattress in there an also the room had a lay out couch. I really would be staying there again

Stayed from Friday through Monday and during our entire stay the elevator was broken. I understand things happen but I had two children and a baby with me and we were on the top floor (4th floor) making it extremely difficult to tolerate it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. I booked the two bedroom apartment that was spacious with three bathrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen and patio. The pool area was nice and they provided pools toys for the children. The daily activities in the rec room were also a plus. The kids got to take pictures with parrots on one night and made candles and ice cream sundaes the next day. Location is great, near all the attractions. Highly recommend for families but once again had to knock them a star for the broken elevator!

Positive: Love the proximity to Disney and great restaurants. This was our second stay here in a year. Negative: I hated having a room by the pool, it was noisy most of the day and the music piped in was too loud and stayed on too late (11 PM). We had a two bedroom villa, but the second bedroom where our daughter stayed was locked and sealed shut. Not good!!

I’m A new owner & this was my first time staying here with my family!! Our 2 bedroom suite was very nice, well supplied & immaculate!! They even had A Christmas parade on the premises & passed candy to the kids!!!️The only complaint I have is about their towel exchange policy. They don’t do daily housekeeping...understandable. However, I was given 1 towel exchange day upon check in but given extra towels the same night upon request AND the gentleman told me Towels could be delivered TO MY suite earlier if needed. So I requested towels on my original quoted day & was refused towels. The front desk person on the phone told me it wasn’t My correct day. I told them I needed towels because I was expecting to be able to exchange them on THAT day. She told me towels couldn’t be delivered & to come to the desk & pick them up. We went to the desk, there was 1 towel available, I was refused towels again, I was told that there were NO more towels available and that I could buy my own towels. I politely explained that was enjoying my vacation experience here but I would be complaining about the towel exchange policy.Miraculously about 30 minutes later, A gentleman delivered 6 complete towel sets, dish towels, pot holders, cleaning supplies ...YOU NAME IT!We Check out today!!! Other than that we had GREAT 7 days here. Can’t wait to get back!!

Was very good air conditioning work but not as well as it could but over all good

They let me check in early, the price was very reasonable, my room was large and clean, i had a balcony, there was an activity lounge for my daughter to play in, the pool and hot tub was fun. Around alot of food places. Stay was awesome!

But itâ€s spacious, condo style, jacuzzi in room, 2 restrooms, balcony, full eat in kitchen all stainless steel including dishes and cleaning utensils? I LOVED IT! Negative: The location, not much in walking distance and the pool was pretty small not much recreation.

Quite disappointing! We got a value package to stay at a two-bedroom condo at this resort. They first wanted to charge me more at check in (even that I prepaid), then found out the bathtub doesn’t have a shower head. From second day we heard noises from upstairs every night so we can’t sleep. When I tried to call the phone doesn’t work. When I got to front desk to complain the person ignored all my comments. Worst management ever!

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was nice. Cleanliness was decent. Hotel is kid friendly with plenty of things for the kids to play with in the activity lounge. Attitudes of the workers were pleasant- Those we encountered smiled and were glad to help! Overall the pleasant workers, the room + the kid friendliness with our 2 children made our vacation one of the best we’ve had! Especially for the price. Thankyou for helping my family make great memories with a great stay! We can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed our stay here. We were here for nine days. It was quiet and quite delightful. My kids and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. The rooms were also very nice and clean.

The place has definitely seen better days. Upon check in, we had gone shopping and came back with items to stock our room...many cold items. We opened the fridge to find that it was not working. No power. Since we checked in late at night, there was no one to call for maintenance at 11:30pm...so I did some handy work by finding out that all power along that wall was out, ran out, and bought an extension cord from Wal-Mart to run to an opposite wall for power. Crisis averted. Dishwasher was also impacted. Reported next day and it was fixed.TV was out in the B-side bedroom. They never fixed this. It would be on for a minute, or just a few seconds, and it would just power itself off. I like to fall asleep with a TV running and set the sleep timer, so this was an issue for me that went unresolved.Water was not hot. One night after a long day at the theme parks I got on my daughter about delaying to get into the shower. Well, poor thing didnt want me to be upset with her, so she sat under a freezing shower crying, trying to brave the temps so that she wouldnt disappoint me for delaying again. Once I heard her crying, I went in to see what was wrong, and there she was, shivering trying to take a freezing shower. It was like this the first two days, but eventually was fixed, and then the water temps were back up to par.Overall, this place serves its purpose, but I feel that cleanliness was not quite on par with other resorts in the area, and the facility itself (I can only speak for Tower 1) didnt measure up to my expectations. It needs work. Broken tiles in the foyer area. Tubs and showers that seemed to need a good scrubbing and grout cleaning. Overall, just sub-par. Glad my wife wasnt here with us...she would likely have not let me stay here with the kids, and would have marched us straight out and to another place...but during Thanksgiving week, vacancies were likely slim in this area.

It was really nice . Clean and beds were comfortable. Great deal for the price . The only 2 things that I didn’t particularly like is the elevator made noises and the room didn’t have a great smell. It had a stale smell to it. Wasn’t stinky or anything so we just lit candles. Overall it was great and I definitely would stay again.

Spent several days here while on vacation and was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially considering the price. The staff was amazing as well. Would have rated five stars but the walls and floors are a little thin and the couples kids above us kept us up past midnight.

I Gave this place 3 Stars because of the roaches.. Dont get me wrong the place was very clean and nice but they have a bad roach problem in the kitchen. Didnt notice anything the first day because I didnt cook but the next morning I made breakfast before we went to Disney and they were underneath the toaster and the coffee maker. They run behind the stove so I could only imagine if they move the stove what they would see. I feel like if they get the extermination out there. That problem could easily be handled. Other than that the place is Awesome.

Would I stay here again.......NO! We had a 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, and thats it for the positives. Our unit didnt smell good, the showers and sinks had hair and smalls traces of mold and mildew. The common areas were dark and dirty. The elevator looked like a scene from a scary movie. The pool had too many leaves. It took several minutes to be acknowledged by the staff upon check in, and they werent friendly, vented their frustration with the maintenance staff in front of me like they couldnt wait 5 minutes. Talk about first impressions. And on our last night, there was a bug in the bed!

Great place to stay at 2 bedroom with 3 bathroom, a kitchen everything you need. For a small family vacation for a decent price. Very beautiful comfortable Villas to stay in and also easy very close to shopping stores. And very nice people who work in the office. I would recommend.

Negative: The room was infested with little black bugs. The smoke detector went off for no apparent reason at 1am. When we called security, the solution to stop it was to take the batteries out. There was no one at the desk to change rooms.

Place looks great but service is terrible. If you come in late. Theres a security guard to check you in but he has no details or know-how to check a guest in.We were put in a room with one queen and a double pull-out couch with a connected room that he bolted off with a queen bed. We paid for 2 queens and a double. When we asked the next morning, they said we had access to the bolted room so we should have used it :/ so, the are just going to take our money :/ I would VERIFY room number by calling ahead bc there was a screw up with 2 other rooms which led to our room being messed up.Overall, location is excellent and room is very clean and nice.

So far, so good. Its my understanding they changed hands. The lazy river and water slides are at the other location. We did go over there for a few. The pool was okay. I like reggae music, which plays from the speakers. Housekeeping I understand if youre staying a week, you have to call and schedule a room cleaning. I asked one of the employees for change of towels, no problem she gave me a bag full. Just no facecloths.The room 2 baths; 1 full, 1 bedroom with jacuzzi and shower and a pull out sofa bed. They have daily activities, I havent attended any. Will go to the store, all shopping is local, to pick up items to put on one of the grills they have on premises.

Roaches, dirty underwear on the back patio, one beat up chair on the porch, sketchy employees, mold and mildew everywhere in the bathrooms, loud neighbors, couldnt even walk out our room at certain times when the sprinklers were on cause they were pointed straight at our doors. Dirty pool bandaids in the bottom of it.This is not a resort, its a run down hotel with a resort name.

I had to cancelled the rest of the reservation & moved to another hotel. I had to stay one night because I arrived late 8:00pm. There were cockroaches in the BA & kitchen, air conditioner broken. I couldn’t turn it off. It was so cold. I put all my winter clothes on, & winter coat on top of a very thin spreadsheet so that I could sleep through the night. There was no blanket. It was good that I arrived from DE, I had warm clothes on me (12/7/2019).When I arrived at the reception, the receptionist was busy on her phone, I was patiently waiting until she finished whatever she was doing on her phone. She even didn’t look at me asking with a very cold attitude “Do you have reservation?”. I said Yes. She said “I need your debit card”. I asked her “Sorry, for what? I never used my debit card for paying hotels”. (Esp, this time I already paid my reservation through Expedia). She said for deposit. I said “I can give you my credit card, but not debit card”. She took it.The apartment bldg was very old & dirty.On the websites they didn’t post the pics of the hallways, front doors, which would give you a full imagine of the place.It was quite noisy with a couple with kids in my next door room that night. You could hear clearly a conversation of your neighbors.

Positive: The off-season rate was really low. Very easy to reserve the room using the DEALS options. Negative: The mattress was hard. There was a beeping coming out of a service room nearby that disturbed my sleep. When I told the staff they silenced it.

A/c not working took some time to check it out......changed a filter flipped a switch.....still 80 degrees.....not good for infant and toddler. Moved us to a different unit where patio was blocked by fallen tree and different floor plans then the original room we paid for. Seems like you dont get what you paid for and you should avoid this place at all costs. We were told to speak to manager its 10:50 PM on Friday but there is none on Saturdays and Sunday when they are most occupied. So looks like nothing will be done. We are looking for another hotel for the last night. Were checking out early just so we dont let this place ruin our vacation. No security lock on door and outdated furniture also.

I like the condo style unit where you have your own privacy and kitchen to cook. Also, the jacuzzi in the bedroom.I didn’t like that the A/C unit is shared with the apartment next to mine, so if like cold and turn the temperature down, I would get sick, which what I am right now.
