Got to our room and instantly fell in love the employees treated us like family. Its been a great experience 100% recommend

Very nice personnel, great apartments, clean, well subdivided and equipped. Some very minor maintenance issues were noted. Nice heated pool, kid park (small) and outside BBQ area. Not the greatest location for evening walks, but very convenient location of Walt Disney and other great attractions. Do not take the complementary breakfast if you dont want to hear more about timeshare type of deals.

I dont know what to say other than I love the pool, very clean, went there cause my sister in law lives there, very nice place.

The place is a little dated. But its a cheap stay for a family to see Disney. Nice sized suits.

I visited friends who stayed here. Wasnt much around and looked like older apts but inside actually wasnt bad. It was a good value for what they paid. Kitchen with appliances and dishwasher, dining room, living room, patio, bedrooms, bathrooms. Small pool with grill in the community. Decent but no fluffy perks

DO NOT STAY HERE! Arrived at the unit, the beds were crawling with bed bugs. We left immediately

The rooms are a little dated but very roomy. Good size bedrooms with lots of closets to store everything. Beds were comfortable.

Weve been coming here for many, many years. The best thing about it is its central location to all of the parks. The resort itself is a little run down. Its hay day was in the 80s. Comparable money wise to a resonate hotel but you get an apartment setting with a full kitchen, pool, and access to laundry facilities.

This is not a resort and it’s not in the resort area. It’s a seedy place in a seedy part of town and I didn’t feel comfortable letting our teenagers out of sight. The photos are no representation of the property. The pool was ok and the rooms not dirty, but far from what an acceptable timeshare experience should be.

Great hidden place, good maintenance and friendly staff, close to Animal Kingdom and Disney Magical Kingdom as well as The Loop shopping area. Big rooms, 2 bed 2 bath, living and full kitchen.

Spent two separate nights here visiting and staying with family. Our unit had issues with the Master Bath Shower drain draining water in a timely manner. It became a bath by the time your shower was done. Also, the mattress on the pull-out sofa couch has long since been due for retirement. There was no padding at all, and felt like I was sleeping directly on the support beams. These were the only true negatives of staying here. The unit is almost twice the size of my current apartment, and while it is dated, I doubt it will be a place that will be more than just a bed for your visit.

Save your time. Place is in a seedy area. Checked out after sirens and found out some one had been shot down the street. Accompany area is residential for low income people. Drugs everywhere. Not gated. Not safe. Staff is ok but otherwise not surprised when we left. Rooms are dirty and moldy. One pool. Looks.like and old section 8 housing development.

The Furnture was very out dated beds not comfortable at all!! Mold in Ceiling of wash room blinds needed to be replaced Tv’s way to small They can’t do much of any cleaning because medicine was left out a child could easily get it so at check out they may clean at the unit and don’t clean it up which it not good all!! For the money that was paid to stay here they need to do better!!

I have never been in such a peaceful place and still have all the amenities of a luxury hotel. I truly feel I found my home away from home.

Omg...run...RRUUUNNNNN!! The pics on the website are very misleading. It’s literally part of the projects. Not ghetto but projects. The inside actually looks better from outside (if you dig the 80’s). No ceiling fans in rooms. It takes 3 different remotes to operate tv. There are no curtains on the windows and almost all the blinds are broken or missing a section. I wouldn’t stay here unless it’s during a hurricane evacuation and there was no where else to stay. Around a 30 minute drives to the parks. My tv volume keeps going from loud as it gets to hardly can hear it...by itself. *update* this big cold front just come through and 2nd night with lows in 30’s and no heat. I reported heat not working and no one has fixed it. There’s no one in the office and now the emergency line says heater is not emergency to come fix even tho I have young kids. I changed to 1 Star.

RUN!!!! Like Forest Gump!!!! This place is TRASH!!!! Booked through a popular timeshare site. Arrived to an outdated, creepy, site. Got key to room, opened the door & saw something scurry across the floor before I could even get in the door good. The WHOLE place is outdated & in the ghetto. Wouldnt spend one thin dime to stay here & I didnt! Contacted timeshare operators & was able to upgrade to a 5 star resort for the same $. There are too many more updated, clean, & safe timeshares in Orlando for this to be anyones option. I am NOT exaggerating. Its THAT bad!#runforestrun #dontgetpunked #unlessyoureusedtothis

The apartments were nice and roomy with an in screened patio. 2nd bedroom did not have a television, otherwise we enjoyed our stay here

While we were at the theme parks someone came into our unit and was watching tv they left it on and turned up loud which frieghtened us when we came home at around 9 :30 pm, we came home to our unit and someone had turned the chair to face the tv and had been watching Rambo with the volume as loud as it could go which scared us coming in at night, they also had out patio screen door open, and moved some of our personal stuff around and it wasnt maintained or housekeeping and the hotel stag couldnt explain it, nor could they say who came in but whoever did it had a key. Moldly and smeely room loud upstairs neighbors, black mold everywhere had the unit stinkinging like mildew and mold...

The place is very clean...I understand the reason for the mixed reviews. The shower heads need to be changed..again its very clean, however a gate around the property and a few more updates and ammenities...good experience thus far

This place is not what I expected . The gecko s are running around in the so called CONDOS like mice, the of your entrance door has a 3/4 of inch gap, which they will not fix. Now theres two in the stove, time to turn the heat up on them before I leave this place.

Looks old and not updated, rooms look like motel rooms not worth any type of money. And its in a bad area.

Looks like a motel. Nothing for the kids. Very dirty. I checked out after 10 minutes of doing the check in. Far away from what a timeshare is.

No tv in 2nd bedroom. TVs in LR and MBR had serious sound problems

Clean and reasonably priced. Not fancy but youll be spending your time at the parks anyway.
