Well they overbooked me then they tried to cancel at the same time that I was supposed to be arriving. Went into the resort house and nothing was in order I had to wash all the linens clean the bathrooms like if I was at home not on vacation. The sliding doors had no stick social security purpose. They upgraded me three days later .Only because they were going to do work on the house .So they put me in a four bedroom but I really didnt need it .. Cuz I rented already big home cuz its was just 3 people and we had already rented a 3 bedroom with private pool .The second house was nice and the resort area was beautiful.

My company has spent over 1,000’s of $ renting Airbnb‘s from this resort and I have had the worst experience and we will never rent from here again just because of the security guards are super unprofessional extremely rude for no reason. Me and my company will never refer this business with the way there customer service is.

Do not rent 4567 adam Lane.... the place is poor... no coffee maker, the bed was broken, no barbecue grill, the pool is too small, my Godd... the mattress was terrible, the toilet always clogged... we very disappointed...

The house comes with nothing, no toilet paper, no dish washing liquid, no trash bags, Comforter had stains, Glasses were dirty. Overall the house really nice the pool was clean. Make sure to bring your own items.

Since finding this place several years ago we don’t stay anywhere else .Love this place to stay very central to Old Town, Disney, shopping outlets, Walmart and of course you do get to see some wild life in the complex . It set behind medieval times. The small gator was alone no mummy near by but loved its photo taken . Those who love the gym it’s free to residents staying on complex plus the complex has a hot tub and a large pool .

Loved the location, the home was nice, the twin size beds were horrible but everything else I loved especially the pool for just the house and didnt have to share it was a great plus during this pandemic. I wouldnt mind staying again if Im in the area again

4529 Stella @ Bella Vida was the address that I stayed at & the place was a mess!•The place was dirty when we arrived.•There was no table in the livingroom.•The family room couch needed to be put in the garbage.•The kitchen sink has a burn in it and it looks dirty.•The mattress on the beds are all horrible( the cheapest that you cant get) it felt like I was laying on a spring covered box spring Im 220lbs•The AC units in this house are not large enough for this house.•The upstairs unit AC unit did not work it would run for about 10minutes and cut off... set temp was 75° but the upstairs would always be 83-89° until overnight with no sun the upstairs would drop to 79°•I WOULD HAVE GIVE THIS PLACE A 1STAR BUT I HAVE BEEN TO PLACES THAT ARE WORSE.•The washer and dryer was small, old and not working very well.•DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET!!!•The trash collection is a joke•The community entry gate code that was to me NEVER WORKED•The water took a while to get hot•Not a entire roll of toilet paper in the house•I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THIS HOUSE AGAIN

The resort is beautiful from The outside. The house was full of cheap furniture old musty smells and stains all over the carpet ! these people are scammers ! They tried to take extra money and I had to get it back from my bank . They also charged me $145 for a day that I was not there ! Didn’t mention about me having to pay for my pool being heated either . You should go to another resort. There are plenty of other ones !!!!

We have been renting houses at Bella vida every summer during the last 9 years, different houses and different management companies. We like the area and most of the time we are very pleased. But not this year with BVR Management LLC! According to this management company their houses are luxury accomodations. I beg to differ!When we arrived to Stella street 4530 the house was quite filthy (the floor between the furniture had been cleaned, but under the sofas, the beds etc it was dirty and in the rugs we could find chips, pieces of cheese, pepperoni etc). When we told BVR they sent a woman to clean but she only swept the floor once more. According to the manager, Gustavo, we could not expect the small rugs in the bathrooms (full with stains and hair) to be changed between guests).A lot of furniture was broken, for example a chair on the patio (just left on the ground) and a sun bed, which only had 2 out of 4 legs. We were told that the owner wanted it to be left like that. Two beds were broken, we had to repair one ourselves the night we arrived, to be able to sleep. In the kitchen we found two broken toasters and the garage was full of garbage (more broken furniture). 4530 Stella street simply wasnt a luxury or even premium house, not with this poor management!When we contacted the management company they fixed some things (got us another sunbed, got a guy to terminate the roaches in the garage), but many things were left unattended (clean the garage, clean the filthy floor on the patio etc).Such a pitty, as the house could be a real gem with some proper maintenance and cleaning. The pool is nice and there are 4 bedrooms and baths. But maintained like this ... choose another house and another management company at Bella Vida!!! There are a lot of others!

Absolutely incredible! I stayed there for about 10 days and it was amazing. A very quite place, very well designed and built. Security at all times and it is easy to move around to go to the shopping center.

This is a great location, looks nice but its not all its cracked up to be. We rented a 3 bedroom townhouse on Groupon for a week to celebrate my sons bday ( instead of going to Disney). The Groupon instructions were very simple but not 100%clear. The guard assumes we check in at the clubhouse. At the clubhouse, the woman I assumed worked there said I must be talking about the rental agency onsite, and pointed down the hall. I walked in and it was a bit awkward as the receptionists welcomed me but were in the middle of a conversation. I explained why I was there, took my CC and ID, gave me quick brief instructions about what to do and my home address. We walked into our rental and an odd, unpleasant, faint smell wafted through the front door. Upon inspecting the home, there was very obvious water damage primarily in the master bedroom and bathroom in several spots. Even the wall was peeling from the damage as well as visible mold. We quickly contacted the agency, they got us another home in much better condition but not other compensation... As of yet.The walls are thin and its amenities are slim for the cost. There were ants coming from a window onto one of the beds. No sponge for washing dishes but dish soap was provided in a gift bag.I dont think we will stay here again.The photos are from the 1st rental we were given. The peeling on the wall was in a video I took, not attached.

Great if you like views of rubbish.vile. Villa was ok but tired in places.

The host was extremely sexist made some very rude remarks; we were three mothers with children and he was very unresponsive there were broken items in the home and our kids got hurt. We had no wifi, no t.v, no air conditioning and he did not address any of these issues. At the end of our stay he finally came to the home. When we tried to discuss these issues he became aggressive and threw us out. He refused to compensate us for the broken tiles in the pool that injured our kids, and for the broken shower stall that fell on one of the kids during their shower. The host was verbally abusive and disrespectful to us and our children. I would never return to this place again and would never recommend this Airbnb to anyone else I strongly advise people to stay away from this Airbnb as he is an extremely arrogant and rude host. Also the screen out back was cut open and extremely unsafe.

This place was very clean and comfortable. It feels like home. I stayed there for 4 nights and I did not want to leave! Anytime Im back in town itll be here where Im staying again no doubt.

Recvd deal through groupon, did not receive what was promised. Instead of 3br w/queens 3 bath, 3 br (2 with twin beds one full bed) and 2.5 bath. Rug was dirty, only 3 working stove eyes, ice machine didnt work. Was promised heated pool, at check in, opps your unit doesnt have heated. The staff seemed rushed, very nice but wanted to rush you off phone and rush out office.

Pool was small but the resort was clean. The house we stayed in was nice and clean. I just wished. Id reccommend others to stay here for sure. The price was decent for the amount of days we were staying for.

Our stay at this vacation was great except for the following issues.1. Our reason for choosing this location was for it amenities. How does one charge $30 a day for the use of the jacuzzi. This location did not give us the use of ironing board, broom, or mop. Lastly, we didnt particularly care for the mattress. Other than those issues. The home was pleasant

The villa and location for visiting the theme parks is very good but Bella Vida as a place is terrible. A noisy building site with workmen starting at 7 am. It can also be incredibly noisy at night with neighbours having loud parties until 3.30am and using the gated community as a good reason to have a drag race. There are also very few on site facilities and the pool was shut for maintenance. That is just unfortunate but it doesn’t help.

Pretty nice place! But if you’re into late nights in the hot tub or pool, you’re outta luck. They both close at 8:00 pm. We had a private pool at the house but not very big and extremely cold. The condo it’s self was pretty decent, so over all not a bad place to stay!!

We have been here numerous times over the years. Very quiet and restful. House rental this year was great and perfectly located and the house was well taken care of.

Our rental was clean, smoke free and in a quiet spot. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated. There were plenty of fresh towels and blankets.The kitchen was nice with stainless appliances. Loved the added bonus of a dishwasher.Next time we will remember to ask for the pool to be heated..

We stayed at a home on Alberto Circle for two weeks and I must say that Ive had a blast the whole time. The house itself had a pool, plenty of space and nice furnishings as well. The whole subdivision is gated, safe and has fun amenities. The only things Ive noticed are the huge piles of trash that accumulated a few times next to the compactor that the local critters got into and spread it all over the place. Other than that its a pretty sweet place with decent rates too.

To be fair with the resort, i have never stayed here because i am a local. However, i have visited the resort a number of times. The location is not very desirable from a local point of view, nestled behind Medieval times and neighboring Super Walmart it sits on a connector road running parallel to 192. The resort provides security at the entrance and they work diligently to keep us safe. The club house and resort pool are at the very begining of the resort. Good thing; that all villas come with their own pools. It is a quaint little place. Villas are designed to eschew Spanish/ Mediterranean look and feel. The look and feel aside its still Central Florida and if you are visiting, heck check out the place. WellLeave the door open

It was a lovely spacious villa for a good price. The pool was big and 12 people could have slept in ours!

Absolutely lovely vacation rental. Only reason for not giving 5 ★ is we were tols the trash would be picked up daily from the trash bench. No one came, by the 3rd day I just decided to take it to the compactor myself.

This place has gated security and I of the reasons Ive stayed here 6 times. Very near the Wal-Mart for groceries and Aldi across the road so good choices. I use the bus service to get out and about and then use uber to get back to the villa if late. All the way down on the 192 is various shops,ie Tommy Hilfiger, adventure golf,restaurants too many to mention and finishing at old town. Very near the theme parks and weather has been hot as well. Love this place, almost like a second home.

This is a great resort to rent homes in for folks coming on a Disney vacation (Holiday). I personally know the owner of 4512 Stella and I can say that he keeps the home in Impeccable condition. Most of the homes in this resort are fantastic.

Great experience staying. The resort is well managed and the landscaping looks good. The apartments are spacious, well furnished and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom townhouse. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Quick drive to Disney and during February school vacation there was minimal traffic. Many amenities nearby like Walmart, restaurants and Dunkin donuts :) pool and clubhouse were phenomenal. Zero entry pool is great for kids and water was heated to perfect temp. Securities gate keeps traffic out. Very quiet. Prices were very reasonable considering proximity to Disney and amenities provided. Management was easy to work with and they accommodated our late check-out which was so helpful with our late flight. Will be back again!!!

One if the nicest places Ive ever stayed

For the price point it is an adequate home. Actually it is a very nice home the upkeep is average. They charge for damages to the house, linen, towels etc. So I was nervous when entering the house I saw a few things damaged. I contacted the realtor to inform them and left it as that. It was close to the amusement parks which was nice. And the area was not loud at all. It was fine for a quick family getaway.

The house was nice but the rules made no sense. Why can I not smoke outside by the pool? Tf.... never again. And we visit Orlando at least 3 times a year.

Immediately cancel your reservation if you are assigned 4512 Alberto Circle. Rip off as paid $259 a night for a filthy house with broken electrical, water damage with Salvation Army quality furniture and filthy dirty carpet.Total rip off as basically staying at a motel six but for $259 a night!

Very nice resort we enjoyed our stay

This is a very nice subdivision. The gym was A fair size, the pool was nice and my kids had a good time there. Security is top-notch. I felt very safe that there wouldnt be anyone coming in who didnt belong there. I actually stayed here because of a home I found on airbnb dot com and Im so glad that I did. The units are the same a lot of ways but also very unique. They all have a pool which is private to that unit and are townhouse-style with various numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our particular owner was very meticulous and we had a nice stay.

First, let me say that it looks like a nice community and Mary, the guard at the gate, was amazing.However, I encountered many issues during my stay within this particular residence. I rented this house for my family and I to stay in due to the fact that I was in Orlando for a week doing an accounting seminar. After receiving the keys for the 4-bedroom home, I was told on Friday evening that the check-in time was after 3pm and that there would be a $115.00 clean-up fee and a $200.00 security deposit fee, an amount that I was told that I would be reimbursed for shortly following my scheduled check-out. This however, did not happen as I was told that the puppy that I had carried with me had made a mess, both within the upstairs as well as downstairs area of the house. This claim holds little ground however, as the puppy was of an increasingly small size, so much so that he was physically incapable of climbing the stairs without any form of human assistance.Secondly, the heated pool present upon the property was ironically, not heated. Huh, who wouldve thought? Despite this, I was charged a price of $25.00 per day to heat the pool and was subsequently told that I needed to pay a 3-day minimum and it would take at least 2-3 hours to heat. In my eyes, it seemed as though the sincerity and honesty within the property owners of this residence was few and far between as the pool remained frigid for the entire duration of our stay. In such a scenario then, one cant help but wonder, was I really paying money for such a poorly constructed lack of service? Service that couldnt even be bothered with providing us with trivial things such as toilet paper and soap? I travel a lot and I know that there is a minimum time one is required to stay at certain places, but to rent a house for a two-day weekend and have to deal with problems like this seems to be a bit unfair. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and I really dont appreciate it.

Folks, please do you homework! Lets just say, if I could move forward on this review without selecting a star, I would! Just to be clear, the outside ambience of this place will have you thinking you arrived at a paradise but once you get past the secured gate, beautiful fountains and the clean club house to you enter and inspect your townhome, that is when your nightmare will begin. This place had a slew of cheap flimsy Kmart furniture throughout, wall decor that looked like someone tried to Gorilla glue back together like a collage, chipped paint throughout, a foul musty smell in the bathroom, water spots throughout the ceiling of the master bedroom, oh and let’s not forget to mention the ROACHES crawling out of the kitchen sink. I was disgusted and stuck as was no option for a refund at this point! The ceiling leak in the master bedroom had obviously been a ongoing issue that had gotten so bad that water was leaking onto our bed spread below, the paint had bubbled up and separated from the wall and mold was exposed at the very top of the wall/ceiling. Terrible!!!! There a a MAJOR ROOF LEAK at 4514 Alberto circle. GET IT FIXED and stop trying to collect money from vacationers to cover the repair costs in the meantime! Just Tacky! What is the property management company being paid to do! This property is not being managed but they know how to collect your money and enforce the rules! I’d like to get a hold of the insurance company for both the Association and Unit Owner to let them know what kind of liabilities/defense costs they are facing from these conditions! I usually try to give people a chance to resolve issues before taking it this far however, no one obviously thought these issues were important enough to respond to. Seems like a normal day at the BellaVida resort to me! We expressed our concerns with the office and sent photos but no one ever got back with us. How convenient that the office is closed the day we check out! People save your money unless you are ok with a Motel 6 type stay.

Our family had a great experience here, we like to get a place for weekend getaways and go to the parks, we have a lot of family who comes into town and there is room for everyone. My wife said we will have to come back again.

Our family stayed here during March break. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with most of the supplies we needed and had every kitchen appliance and utensil imaginable. The resort itself is well maintained with a clubhouse, pool, park and basketball court.

The resort itself is very nice. But lighting is VERY bad, you cannot see house numbers if arriving for a stay at night. The gaurd service is non existant as we have freely driven in and out with open gates. The pool area is nice with a lot to do. Club house is great for teens.

My friend and my family rented a house in the Bella Vida community on July 25-31 2018. The was nice house but maintenance extremely poor. The house was infested with roaches, the carpet dirty, trash left under couch pillows, door handles on bedroom doors falling off, dirt and marks a on walls, some of the bedroom sheet were stained. The home owners association is suppose to enforce that owners maintain their property. We have called a lady named Maddie several times at the homeowners association at Bella Vida and she keeps giving us the brush off. Be careful renting a room in Bella Vida because you won;t get any help with finding the owner if something goes wrong
