Staying in a privately owned house which is very spacious and easily accommodates our 11 member group of family members. The pool has been the biggest hit since we walked in the door. The house is very well provisioned for cooking, dining and relaxing. Rented through Vrbo, I recommend this 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house in for a family gathering like ours.

Great place to be! Tiki bar was awesome, and we loved all of the free games to play outside! Cornhole is our family favorite! There are also some really great night time views of the pond :)

Not a bad place to stay in Orlando. All the houses seemed more or less alike, all with heated pools, hot tubs, short driveways. The clubhouse pool is also quite nice, and theres a small miniature golf course.

The home that we lived in for the week was absolutely beautiful!! The amenities of the resort were outstanding beyond words. And the staff at the resort from the gate guard all the way to the maintenance crew went above and beyond!! We will return soon!!

We stayed at our vacation rental home in Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee Florida again and enjoyed every minute and also had our grand kids over and they had a ball as did our nephew and his girlfriend. The drinks and food at the tiki hut at the community pool was great and reasonably priced, we had plenty of fun and sun. Did not do the Disney thing this time around, only visited downtown Disney and enjoyed ourselves there and ate a nice dinner at a great restaurant.We always enjoy ourselves and the people we meet whenever we go. Fun for everyone!

This place is great, will book again with my family. The pool was freeze cold but other than that perfect place.

Terra Verde resort is an excellent place to stay during your central florida vacation. We rented a townhouse unit within the resort for 2 weeks that had its own private heated pool. It came in handy during our February stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The resort itself was nicely landscaped and maintained and provided a heated community swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, sauna, movie theater, and complimentary coffee among other amenities. 24-hr. security at the front gate provides the safety and security you want for your family. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Don’t stay on 4th of July people shoot fireworks into the wee hours and management does nothing. You can’t get sleep due to the loud fireworks. Quiet zone is a joke worst property I e rented thus far

Stayed in the vacation homes and the service was unacceptable due to the fact of a woman name Karen gave horrible customer service. First off we informed her I the first day that the stove was not working. She tried to assist with helping us get it working. But the whole time I felt as if they put us in a house with no working stove on purpose. We called the next day she told us she put in the order to get the stove working, supposedly her coworker misinformed her that he did come to fix the stove. She told us she would informed him again to go fix it, a whole day passes we never received a call from her not the guy that was suppose to fix the stove. No one showed up. And then the sink started clogging up due to I don’t know what reason. Also my mom seen that the toilet seats were so out dated. No good cleaning was done to the bathrooms because we found numerous times mold on different areas in the bathroom. Mold was on the toilet seats, a little on the shower and on the corners on the wall. They must get this together as soon as possible. Huge disappointment.

If you want to be unable to use 2/3 bathrooms at the house, a leaking ceiling with pieces falling off and huge puddle in the kitchen, then maybe I would’ve rated it 5 stars.Specifically unit 4749.

The air bnb we used was great! This was a great little community and was an awesome place to stay. They had a pool and a duck pond where you could fish.

I lived here in a vacation resort for 2 years. Wonderful memories. It is intended to be a vacation development. visited by your ability to be on vacation. Fortunate was I to have almost 104 weeks spent here, when some ppl only get a one week, once in a lifetime opportunity to be in such a beautiful place.

This is our first time staying here, not the first in Florida and our family loves it. So far its been great, clean and we have our own pool but theres one by the clubhouse and yes a Tiki bar, when the kids are off to park I stroll there, Good food,drinks and just beautiful.. Will stay again for sure.

The staff is friendly and there is always a guard posted at the gate so its a nice safe little spot.

Resort was nice and well taken care of. Lots of amenities and staff were very nice. Our condo was spacious for 5 of us, but did need some upkeep things taken care of like broken blinds and crumbling hot tub.

This place is beautiful but our experience was a headache with the manager of this facility. Mr. ARIEL JIMENEZ who disrespected my wife without place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING. In our case, an agreement was made with the owner of an apartment and this gentleman insisted on disconnecting entrance services to the facility. I am more than sure that by not being reciprocated in the way in which our family was detached, he insisted on doing damage (Loser)

The resort is nice with lots of things to do for the kids and the townhome has a lot of space. It is very well thought out. They provide a stroller and a high chair for children. Theres enough room for 8. The house needs some work though. The stair railing is extremely loose and and it needs to be vacuumed upstairs.

Great place for short-rental vacations.

After staying in numerous villas in the area of Highway 27, this has been by far the best placed to visit all of the parks and outlets. It is also well run and very secure.

Its been almost 3 years since I stayed here and I thought Id be over it by now but Im definitely not. We stayed in a large inexpensive house with 9 other adults and 5 kids after a cruise so we could visit Universal.The house itself was more than enough room for all of us but our room in particular was, to say the least, disgusting.Our first night we were exhausted and tucked into bed, only to realize that there was a plastic sheet on our mattress. Not usually a problem, I get it, people dont want their kids wetting the bed. No big deal, that is, until the next morning when we casually mentioned to the friends and family we were staying with that the plastic sheet was very hot and sticky in the night. Nobody elses bed had one! Again, not a big deal, but it led me to believe that the sheets werent cleaned from the last people.I had uncomfortable sleep after uncomfortable sleep, thinking about how dirty everything was and the cardboard-thin pillows and single worn out blanket. Other amenities were fine, but typically, in my opinion, people rent these places as a place to rest their heads while visiting theme parks and attractions in the jam-packed Orlando area. Shouldnt the place you sleep be the most comfortable, or at bare minimum, at least be good enough to sleep through the night on?

Very nice neighborhood. Very beautiful & contemporary furniture. The bedrooms were quite spacious. The only problem was using the phone. There were times when our calls werent going out/coming in. It was frustrating.Otherwise we enjoyed the mini-vacation.

Its a beautiful, comfortable and safe place . Its so recommendable resort for your family vacations. It has all facilities and services you need. Irs close to the amusement parks, about half an hour by car.

Great location with lots of amenities for the price! We stayed in 105 which was extremely nice and clean and even has your own personal hot tub! Local pool was also very clean and relaxing.. Definitely recommend from our experience and will hopefully be visiting again soon.. :)

The place was not as clean as it should have been. The pull out couch had a cover and plastic which was dirty. The floors and carpet were unkempt. And it seemed as if it needed upgrading. The back patio was spacious enough but unappealing to sit out there even for morning coffee. It was decent enough but being a traveler we have certain expextaions. Stay at the Emerald next time!

Excellent resort for family vacation. We rented a two story house. It had its own private pool and a small game room. There was enough room for evert family since we were with a large group.The place was clean and friendly staff. Very good location

The security people is REALLY disrespectful. They think that’s a Disney resort or something. This is the ONLY vacation resort that the company needs an appointment to go inside their own houses to verify. We have houses to set up EVERY DAY. Even Reunion is more organized than this place and it’s Reunion not Poinciana.

Fun place to be with Family or along.. you feel like you are in a Caribbean island with the colorful buildings and the brick roads the staff is very friendly and is alot to do with the kids and adults. Is only 1 thing that you will be kinda disappointed is not a walking distance at the time to get something from Groceries, Pharmacy and even places for munch. However is nice place to stay.

Excellent facility. There is a small playground for the little ones, arcade room for the teenagers, and a relaxing reading room for the adults. The villa that we rented at the resort was in excellent shape. The staff at the office were friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this resort to those looking to rent a vacation home.

We definitely enjoyed this house. Very clean and peaceful just like home.. We all sleep very well. We will be returning again soon. Minutes from Disney parks and stores. Maybe 8 minutes away from outlets also.

Beautiful place to stay. Loved the house we stayed at, it had a pool kids had lots of fun. Each room had a TV with cable, the one in the livingroom was gigantic. House was very clean and we tried to leave it with no trash. Spent almost a week there the kids and I wanted to stay more, but we couldnt.

Were owners and vacationers of Terra Verde Resort! My review is based on both experiences. The staff at the resort are fantastic. Theyre responsive to our needs whether as an owner or vacationer. The common buildings and features are kept in excellent condition, the amenities are tended to and updated as needed, the grounds are impeccable! The staff is friendly from the gate attendant, to the concierge, to employees/contractors you see around the resort. There is no doubt the staff has a lot to deal with from daily operations to communication with the HOA Board, several management companies as well as owners and guests needed anything big or small. When the kiddos need to get out of the house to run around, the amenities are perfect and centrally located. The hubby and I can grab a cocktail and relax just feet away from the kiddos no matter if they swim, play basketball, shuffle board, table tennis, mini golf or the playground. Bobby the owner and bartender at our resort Tiki Bar and Grill is a great asset, shes friendly, funny and goes out of her way to keep her customers happy. We visit TV and our vacation home as often as we can, its our little slice of heaven. Place was nice and staff was welcoming. Unfortunately the spa was not working during our stay. That knocked down a star. But overall we had a good experience.

This place was very difficult to find as it was in a an Airbnb. We had to follow somebody into the place as we did not have a key but its advertised on Google as a place you can go. It was nice enough and the drinks were okay we only stayed for one and left it was not what we were looking for

Very dirty place from top to bottom. The entire home needs a deep cleaning and replace all the carpets. Be ready for the infestation of flies due to the dirty and full garbage cans sitting in front of the house

Mellow resort. Our villa looked out to the nice lake. The gate men always offered a friendly wave.

The house was amazing, LOVE the space...beds were comfy but I think that the place can use some redecorating as far as the furniture in the sitting area to watch TV. Kitchen space is ok, though it would have been a little bigger due to the size of the house, pool area was ok. One major thing that I would advise u to do is ADD THE JACUZZI because this is the only way to heat the pool . If I had to rate between 1-100, Id give a solid 95% & I would most definitely rent again!!

We visited here in the first week in July for the second time. We had a great suite at 114 Pompano Beach Way.The staff from the guard at the gate house, to the woman in the clubhouse, to the people at the tiki hut were all absolutely amazing and made our holiday even better. Facilities are top-notch and beautifully landscaped and maintained. I would highly recommend owning or renting at Terra Verde

Fantastic villa been a few times easy lovely villas welcoming staff and nice food at the communal pool. Not to far from all the attractions 20-30 minutes. Old town is must lovely little shops. Definitely recommend these villas.

Loved spending my weekend there with my friends it was a great adventure... we Airbnbed and could use the pool and it was just amazing... I would go back in a heart beat man...

Rooms are great overall. Comfortable beds, clean place to stay. A couple flaws every now and then but over all great experience. Service is nice and the people working here are wonderful.

Good condos, well maintained, nice swimming pool and kids play area. Good patio in the back, plenty of space. People are good, nice staff however be careful while booking the resort. There are multiple channel to rent out this property. Be careful while booking, there are few condos which are not well maintained, few owners are rude and sometimes very costly. Usual rate is $80 to $150 in peak season and worth as well. But sometime owners demands much more than market rate so do some analysis and research before booking.

Our family just stayed at TV-unit 4736. We loved the spaciousness and layout of the unit. We had some cleanliness issues: dirty sheets, ants, etc.. We called to let the manager know about the issues. He did have someone purchase sheets and hang them on the entrance door for us to change the sheets. We expected a little better customer service. The resort is beautiful and very convenient to the Orlando attractions. However, the customer service was lacking.

Watch out for the fine print! Our $90 per night stay for 3 nights went up to $680 with a surprise owner dog fee of $200 for our 10 lbs mini daschund. This was on top of $80 cleaning fee for the dog plus the usual taxes from vrbo and state taxes. We left the place cleaner than we found it. We gound trash under furniture, old dog toys under kid beds etc...What a scam. Live and learn.

Great location close to Disney,Universal and Hwy. 192 Old Town. Resort has a great pool area with Pool bar and common areas are well maintained. Security gate was nice to have. Clubhouse staff and security gaurd at gate were friendly and professionalWould recommend Terra Verde Resort and will definitely come back in the future.

Excellent Resort Community, less than 6miles to most of the best attractions, retail outlets, food and drinks in Orlando.

It was so terrible there were flies and maggots in the garbage disposal. It was so disgusting. I advise you to not to go to this place and this specific house, 4743 it is horrible.

Terra Verde is an amazing resort. The community center has a nice size pool, an arcade, a fitness center, kids playground & a sauna that you are able to use for free. We rented a house from a vacation company & the house was beautiful with a private pool. All the houses in the resort have a similar look on the outside with perfectly manicured lawns. The staff were very nice & accommodating, always have a welcoming smile with a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely stay in this resort again just use a different vacation rental company.

The property manager is a douche....the neighborhood was very nice and safe. Would choose a different vacation home next time solely because of the property manager...we found a used pad in a drawer, beers in a kids room and dead roaches...his response was thats hard to believe.

Beautiful resort and with all the amenities best of all its budget friendly my family loves this place

The resort was clean and felt safe. Because I was not there primary contact for our group, I was taken off guard by the $10 cash deposit for a key card. Although there is an ATM in the lobby.

Resort is very quiet! Always security at the gate, they do however enforce you to get a card to get in and out of complex to avoid seeing the security guard.

Loved the staff is very friendly also very thankful the rooms included a bidet

Overall, very nice place. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and the hot tub was a little confusing to get up and running (no instructions were left). Very clean, and in a good location.
