Stonegate Estates is first MH Community I have lived in. Moved here from Ft Worth 3 yrs ago. Ms. Belle is 3rd Site Manager since I been here and AWESOME! Ms. Belle & Ms. Erika from Day 1 worked with Us on an issue. Together they listened, found a workable solution that allowed me to resolve. Ms. Belle stood up for us too. Proud to say I didnt let Ms. Belle down. Stonegate Estates is Surprising a very QUIET n Friendly Community. Residents very friendly collection of Families, and Retirees. Since Ms. Belle been here ~ a new safer playground, her enforcement of community rules is a noticeable improvement. Roads are maintain...very few pot holes. Pool became more awesome when those improvements were done. One more asset to this community is Billy ~ Maintenance. Very well LIKED n TRUSTED.Yes....We LOVE living in the quiet, clean and well maintained community of Stonegate Estates. Thank You too! Kip

Stonegate is a good place to live I just wish it had a basketball court I bought my kids one an it sits in the yard but because it’s a trailer park it doesn’t have a lot of yard space the goal just looks like it doesn’t belong in the yard I would love to go ahead and bug my home I fell I love with it I have never had any issues with my neighbors so I’m not sure if any had issues with me but everyone sort of minds their business here I actually enjoy living in this quiet park verses the other trashy parks around killeen I’m supposed to be buying my trailer this year the only issues I had was the pipes under the house they seem to have all gave out. But due to covid I haven’t got my inside of my home repaired yet but there was a lot of damage I ended up paying mad money in water bill cost but I’m sure I called the PM an asked her if I had a water leak because my bill was too high but that’s the past when they found the leak my bill was lowered and they fixed the pipes all that’s left is carpet and that’s it hopefully I can keep the trailer

By far my favorite place I’ve lived in Killeen. Bell is the most hospitable, and approachable property manager I’ve ever had. She stuck her neck out for my family to be able to get approved for our home. As well as planning events such as movie night under the stars, and pumpkin carving contest for the community to come and enjoy together. The community is very quiet, and clean. Maintenance has always been same day, or very quick after a request was put in. 10/10 recommend living here.

Not sure why business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm if the office is never open at 8:00. I’m sitting in my car now since 8:08am and it’s 8:54 am and the office is closed. This is not the first, second, third or fourth time that I noticed that the community office is closed when it should be open. Was looking into purchasing a home, but not the way I see things are run in this community.

If the manager doesnt like you you are definitely singled out what makes one violation and more important then another? Favoritism. Kids cant even play safe outside with the cars zooming down the streets . My house has been broken into . You name it I can go on and on

This use to be a great place, not anymore, I would really advice people not to buy a home in this community rent goes up each year and and roads are horrible, if you need to speak to office manager good luck because office is always closed, when it it’s open and finally able to talk to her about an issue she’s doesn’t do anything to resolve it. Very rude.

Bell has great customer service and very Knowledgeable and super sweet she helped me find my home on the property she showed me a few and have found the perfect one. I just had and amazing time. I also love how they got a pool with code very nice .

One of the most comfortable places Ive lived at for the past 10 years. Not to mention the property manager Bell, she has cleaned up this place so well! Way to go girl! You are making this a better & safer place to live. Thank you!!!

When I visited Stonegate Estates I had a pleasant experience. The manager Maribel was very pleasant person. The community was clean and very quiet. I visited on a Saturday and found the community very quiet. I think this is a nice place to live.

Don’t buy in this park. They are quick to ripe you off. I have lived here for over 4 years. I have seen several people loose their house even though they never missed a payment. Even if you get far enough to be able to pay off your home, if you have to leave they low ball you on offers as well as make it very hard to rent it out or sell it yourself.

Sweetest property manager, along with all the maintenance staff! They work so well with people and ensure the neighborhood is safe and very clean! Would recommend to anyone!

Ive been living here 12 years and the new management has changed but absolutely see night and day. Bell has been enforcing the rules that we need in our community. Thank you!

I would recommend this place to anyone, they are soooo helpful and the place has been improved with a new pool and playground, luv how friendly.

The entire neighborhood surrounding the park is trash, but within the park? Its its own community. There are never any police here, everyone is super friendly and background checked.

I hate to say this because this use to be a great place to live. Now they take residents just for the money. You have residents that play loud music in their vehicles where it shakes your home. If you ask them to turn it down they go into a child rage. The teenagers that live here are more mature then most of the adults living here.They do have good residents but they get the short end of the stick. Managements does nothing, half the time they dont even answer the phone or return your calls or email.Do not rent from here or purchase, its not worth paying 800 dollars a month here.When I first moved in here in 2006, they had a manager that would enforce the rules go around and keep the music down. Well they ran her off because she did her job very well and now they bring in the do nothing management team.They say to call them instead of the police, well answer the phone and actually do something about peoples complaints here.If you love a lot of loud music that shakes your home and disturbs the peace, etc. then this is the place for you, otherwise I would recommend to look elsewhere.

Clean area

At first I love the community so I decided to move here in principle all super well but since last year they closed the pool area and removed the little fun they had for children and even on this date even the pool remains closed by repair and the reality is that no one repairing it has deprived us of the greatest and only benefit offered by the complex, as well as other residents we have tried on multiple occasions to contact the owner at his main office in Austin and not I have not served because he apparently does not mind spending money to repair it or at least that is what I have been given to understand since not even the administrator of our complex knows the reasons why it is not yet repaired. We are one of the communities with the most expensive payment of lots and we do not even enjoy a clean community. After the last change of administration things in our community are going from bad to worse and almost the office is not open .. the truth is that it is not worth living here or recommend anyone to join this community

Its great place to be after buying your own place. Theres only one problem rules are stupid stricter then step out of line once and your vehicle can be towed or you may get charged extra for the trouble you cause.

Management is very friendly. New maintenance guy is good at what he does. Most bad reviews are from people who were bad news in this community. They left because they couldnt follow rules! It is a great place to live, been here for 10+ years.

My family moved here in 2013 it was pretty nice then but the past couple yrs its gotten worst the pool has been down all summer this yr no play ground for the kids and you cant let them play in the street because people dont watch out for them it seems like they are more worried to fix up the upper half and not do anything to help the bottom half of the park managment suck all around they dont even try to work with people and would rather fine then evict people who have never been late on a payment and has never complained bout anything unless it was serious

Really hard to locate the actual address on the homes here. Some roads were ok, but others really need repaving.

This place is not half of what it was 4years a go, last year the pool was open jus like a week and this year it go same, the street its broken, it have broke like 2 years at the back entry, but... They stills raise the rent, if you need something or somebody in the office... Good luck... Is so hard find someone.

Larger lots. Well maintained. Family atmosphere...not a noisy party place! Fenced yards and pets welcome.
