I have had ongoing issues with maintenance repairs since the moment the new owners took over. I continuously get the run around. Their lack of interest in the issues has made it a terrible renting experience. Dogs continuously bark most of the night on the weekend, yet there is a park rule about animals left outside unattended. It is unfortunate that the previous owners sold out, at least they met with their tenants and appeared to care about the complaints. Make sure you keep a copy of all repair requests with date and time.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years. It’s a good starter place for someone wanting to live off post. I really like the new ownership and property management. Sam is an AWESOME property manager. She always communicates with me via text or email about whats going on or with work orders and office hours. One of the old property managers, Haley was very rude and unfriendly. So it’s refreshing to have someone that knows how to be polite and deal with people in a professional manner.DJ and David are great as well. Whenever I have to submit a work order It’s usually complete within a week. I’ve never had a problem with rent or late fees, I usually notify Sam ahead of time if there’s a situation and she’s very accommodating. They are a pet friendly community. We’ve never had any pet problems and If you get a home without a fence, you have the option to get one.

I love this community. The new owners are GREAT!! Very affordable rent. I love the fact that I can pay my water and trash bill directly to the office. They also have different ways that you can pay your rent. Very quiet and peaceful community.

I love the place. Sam is the best. I am a single mother and she is always working with me. Very quiet community a lot of single parents, older adults, and military. Also the rent is the cheapest in town. David and Dj are great with fixing things. They usually fix things with in a day. I am a very happy resident!!

I have to say this is been so far a very amazing living experience the office people are very nice they work with you Sam is extraordinary the place is kept clean maintenance always works on the places when you have a request and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet I’m looking forward to staying here for a very long time!!

I absolutely do not like the new owners. Since they have taken over we have had noting but issues, and they refuse to contact me to handle an ongoing issue that I have. I have sent E-mails and called requesting that they contact me with no response. I wish we would have just moved instead of signing the new lease. I would not recommend anyone renting from here.

We havent lived here for long.I like that its clean and quiet.Our unit is in good condition. Maintenance is pretty timely with fixing things for the most part. So far theres been few and minimal issues,nothing big,mostly because of miscommunication. However there was an issue recently,that Im pretty upset with. When I went to speak with the office staff to get it resolved. I was told there was nothing to be done and I was out of luck.I am pretty frustrated. I feel like this situation couldve definitely been handled differently and better.

This community is very quiet and appears amazing until you move in and have your first issue. The new owners careless if anything gets fixed or if their tenants are happy. The add extra fees to anything they possibly can. I have been lied to repeatedly over fees and maintenance issues by the management. Maintenance attempts to do what they can despite the lack of interest or respect from the current owners. I would strongly recommend keeping a record of all transactions and maintenance requests/responses if you move here. It is honestly the most terrible renter experience.

Very few maintenance issues that need to get done but over all Scott and Jackie have been more then amazing helping us get everything set up, the process took literally 20 mins. They are beyond sweet and professional. I recommend everyone to live here. Please do your self a favor and take the time out of your day to come visit! And the maintenance man with the blue shirt is absolutely beyond amazing and very good at what he does

The property management staff was very friendly and very helpful. When signing the lease agreement a staff member will sit down and go over everything with you, so there is NO confusion or assumptions. The properties are not perfect in any way, but thats my preference. All in all it has been a very pleasurable experience.

We have lived in a Clear Creek rental property for coming up on two years. Our experience here has been wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. I would recommend Clear Creek Rentals to anyone, and have done so on occasion.

Worst place to rent from.It’s been over a year since we left, they were included in our bankruptcy and after being discharged they sent us the very first bill. They charged for an unauthorized pet but yet we never had any pets in the home but I do how ever have the many emails complaining about the flea infested stray cats under the homes and the replies back from the office staff stating they were going to take care of it.Make sure you take before and after Pictures before moving because you’re going to need them!

I lived in a home managed by Clear Creek Rentals for a little over a year after I transitioned out of the Army. Rent price is extremely good for the area. I never had any issues with maintenance. After a big storm took a few shingles off the roof, they came by and fixed it the next day, before I even had a chance to call them about it. The front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. If you dont want to pay the reasonable amount they charge for lawn care, you can do it yourself. Neighborhood was quiet and clean.

The people and the property are amazing!!! This is by far the best place I have lived at. I enjoy talking to the friendly manager and the owners are awesome!! It is nice to live in a community where you are recognized and appreciated!! Clear Creek Rentals has a good choice of homes and the maintenance will fix things promptly!! This is an awesome place to live and will hate to move to our next duty station!!!

I have lived here for 6 months, I recently had an emergency maintenance issue happen on a Sunday. They were there within 30 min and it was completely resolved the following day! Very impressive, quick and professional maintenance. This is hands down the best place to live in Killeen Texas. Lindsey and Holley are the best property managers ever!

My husband and i were searching for a very long time for a nice neighborhood to move into as we have a baby on the way. We called to see a property and we were promptly taken care of and shown an example home! They take care of their homes and make sure any issues are fixed. Not to mention to staff is very kind!! I am excited to move out of our current apartment complex because we pay twice as much with little space and crime. I am definitely recommending them to my friends!!

Been here for a lil over 3 yrs now and have had no problems. A nice neighborhood and very quiet. Plenty of kids for my kids to play with. A safe neighborhood. And also a very clean place. They do a very good job maintaining everything from the yards to the homes. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is awesome! We moved in and needed something FAST and we got approved the SAME DAY! The also split the deposit into 3 payments which is also great. We have had about 11 work orders that have been turned in over the last 3 months (since we moved in) and maintenance gets to them in a timely matter. The office staff is so helpful and are easy to get in contact with. The community is quiet and close to my kids school, which is always nice. Overall, we like it here. :)

Its nice and quiet most of the time. Some days the kids are out playing but they dont bother me.

I have been in one of their homes since 2013, and I do not plan on moving anytime soon. Love my neighbors, love Mrs. Barbara, and love her girls in the office. Also love the quietness of the community, warning there are airplanes and helicopters that fly over all the time, you get use to them.

The leasing managers are kind, courteous, and professional.

Very nice, quiet place to live. Holley and Lindsey are the best property managers in Killeen!!! I moved here from Austin and looked at more places than I care to mention, I am very happy and will not be moving any time soon. Feel lucky to have found this gem.

Very affordable place. Great living standards and I never had to worry about anything. Always got my questions answered when I needed assistance and the employees at the help desk were always professional and considerate. If youre looking for a great place with a great neighborhood this is a great place to be

No grace period on rent. Late fees are assessed on the 2nd each month, $50 initial, then $10 per day! Also, lawn mowing fee of $40+ if you do not mow yard on their schedule, which they say is on a calendar they supposedly provide you with your lease, but never provide! Other fees and charges assessed for water and trash that is from precious tenants. Ridiculous.

Up until recently we were pretty happy here. Not as quiet anymore, I guess they let anyone in that pays a deposit. AC works when it wants to, heat doesnt work. Called on it, but I guess itll get done later on down the road. Meanwhile my thermostat says its 48 in here. You get charged 22 extra dollars to pay your rent as a convenience fee. Convenient for who. They have forced out some real good people here with this new management BS. About to lose another.

Currently living here we have ad no issues with the home and its very well priced. The neighbors on the other side of the fence are loud sometimes but they arent in our actual circle so nothing can be done. Over all good experience though

Weve been living here for a year and half and it wasnt bad, AT FIRST! The new management is horrible and whoever they have working in the office is unprofessional, rude and ridiculous! I will never recommend this place and cant wait to get out there!! The community used to be quiet. Buy now I constantly get emails of the children terrorizing the neighborhood.

So i got online to do a review for a place i just ate at and i thought hey.. i should write one for the community i live in.. i read some of the reviews written and i have to say I have been at Clear Creek rentals for 3 almost 4 years now...... I have never had any problems.. but i also pay my very convenient priced rent and utilities on time, take care of their home and property and respect my neighbors as they do me.. as far as the lawn stuff i have never had a problem.. again i mow my lawn on time...you get a very fair warning about having your lawn mowed before they do it for you :) which in my eyes thanks guys cause i didnt have the time to do it then, they make everything clear in your lease that you sign on what needs to be done they give you fair warnings and a chance to fix situations that occur or if your end of the lease is broken.. and this is a very safe quiet community! and 5 min away from post! i say its awesome and convenient! as long as you respect your lease and the really nice homes/ property your RENTING from clear creek rentals. also any little natural damages or problems that happen gets fixed as soon as its addressed or as soon as possible even on the weekends! ... thanks guys dont change and dont listen to these guys your great im not going anywhere soon its to good here! -- Sue

Place was quiet and clean but they nickel and dime you on anything they can. I was there for few months and earlier tenants had wrote on the walls i t was already known and they told me to document it and it would be fine. i was also told that if i had orders to move ( i was expecting) that i wouldnt have to pay to get out of the contract or the months rent if i had to leave early. the day came when my orders arrived they charged me for all of the writing and said each mark had to be documented and by each mark they meant each small line and each screw hole on the wall. and since my report date was on the 10th of the month. they wanted me to pay for the whole month since i technically didnt have to leave until the 10th. i had a leave date that was 20 days prior for house hunting at a new station. this to go along with the constant fines for minor things that they saw fit. i only stayed for about 5-6 months and lost about 1,000 in fees. this is after they said my house was perfectly fine and clean.

Stop calling my job. They cannot force me to pay anything. It is a waste of my time. I offered to pay the balance owed on my rent but Sarina said I needed to contact the owner at 11 at the next day. I did that and low and behold I cannot get into contact with them. I had an esa, tried to charge me a grand but I provided the paperwork. Then they said I had too many noise complaints, well guess what? No where in your lease shows quiet hours and also Killeens quiet hours are at 11. So yea. You just used it as a ploy to get me out. Well I am. And all of the stuff I left in there is now your property including my washer and dryer. Hey think of it like this, at least now you can market 5010 Lance Loop as probably one of the few units that has a washer and dryer! That is now your gain! Use that as collateral of what I owe you since you stated on your website No Deposit but then I get charged one. Lol. And again stop calling my job. They can not force me to pay. I just got off the phone with them while we all laughed. Have a great and blessed day!

Dont waste your time with this place. Told me one day I was approved and just needed a cosigner for additional income. Then the next day was denied for rental history. You would think they would do all of it before they tell someone they are approved. Sorry customer service.. And not to mention had me ask my fiance to take off his NEGATIVE review because this is the SECOND TIME they have given us the run around.. Well now they got two.. Mine and his.. Stay away from this place!!

I got back from Korea. The last year has been as smooth as I could ask. I started looking at places before I left Korea and was able to do my whole application process from there. The day I got back I signed my lease, paid and got my keys. I have had one maintenance issue since moving in, the ac stopped cooling about a month ago but they had it fixed the same day (on a Saturday). I feel like the girls in the office do everything they can to help keep things running smooth. They are very military friendly!

They advertise dog friendly but have no fences and only allow pocket sized dogs

My family and I have lived in the community for 9 years and haven’t had many problems. When we have a work order it gets taken care of promptly. Our water heater went out, after hours, I called the office and got the answering service who called the owner. The owner called me quickly and they came out and put in a new water heater right away. We do get grass notices posted on Thursday and they give you until Monday to mow, so you have plenty of time to either pay them to mow or take care of it yourself. As long as you pay your rent on time, take care of the house and the yard you don’t have any problems. It is a pretty quiet area and even has a covered bus stop for the kids. We live in a pleasant area close to everything.

Do NOT rent from them! The will rip you off. We had to move bc of mold issues we told them about for three months. Before we were completely moved out, they had someone else moved in and didnt pro rate us for the month we paid for. They threw out some of our property and refused to pay us back for any of it. They also refused to give us back our deposit they owed us. Trish and company will rip you off...VERY BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The woman who works in the front office is very nice, and requests for maintenance are prompt. However, the homes are older and run down. Plus, there is a really bad roach infestation at this park, with ants, German roaches, and the huge (water bug) roaches.

Was contacted and asked to remove review. My wife applied and was turned down over a 50$ differance. Was told to come back after she spoke with a higher rank,but the only way the would consider us is I delete my review. Delete this clear creek, this place will take your money, turn you away bc you dont make FIVE times the rent....750$x5=3,750$ a month... For rent?!?!?!?! Then on top of that unless you want your neighbors in your house the look else where. The yards are only about 5 feet wide. Their back door is your front door. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND SCAM!!!!
