Wow the pictures depict a very beautiful place in reality the further in you go the more crossed untappd the park becomes

We had a bit of a rocky start when the cleaners they use didnt do much to clean the unit we moved into. BUT as soon as management was informed they just right on it and made sure it got done, any issue no matter how big or small has been addressed and taken care of extremely fast and efficiently, the people of the community (employees and residents) has been more than welcoming. I look forward to living in this great community for years to come.

My family and I have just moved into lake wood almost a year ago and Melissa and her staff have been nothing but great to us. They have attended to our every need. Time and time again they have come in and worked on our home with no complaints .We love the location and the community. We are seriously looking into buying or renting here forever . If you are needing a good and safe community lake wood mobile home park is the place to be.

I only give 3 stars because the manager is nice but the trailers are run down and not worth the price.Their water rates are a complete rip off.They charge you a base rate plus $12.00 for every thousand gallons.Killeen and harker heights only charge $3.00..This company takes advantage of low income people and people who get a monthly check..It does have some good points.The neighborhood is very quiet and low crime but thats about it.

I dont live at Lakewood. I live at Big Oak but I have friends that live in Lakewood and that have visited there that have thought about living there. They all tell me that Melissa is a great manager. Always professional & very friendly. Very caring about her tenants and their needs.

I have been here almost two years. Since Melissa took over manager with Chris and Sarge on maint a lot has been accomplished. If a problem arises they are right on it. It has been a safe place to live and is community oriented. Thank you Lakewood!

Most peaceful place I have ever had the pleasure of living in and the park manager is a true angel.

Ive been living in Lakewood going on 2 years and the staff now I love them. Melissa is awesome and the maintenance is a blessing and you cant ask for a better staff team.

I live here and the management here is so nice and thoughtful of their tenants Melissa is the best property manger Ive had they also have an after-school program for the kids that live here for after-school meals and Im greatfull that they have that because it helps us single mothers out beyond words can explain I am proud to be a tenant here the staff here is on top of work needed in the homes if your looking for a wonderful community to live in this is the place

Just move my mobile home into this park theyre going through every option that can help us get everything done and get set up very fair prices a good atmosphere an awesome people

Management is great and very friendly and professional and the maintenance crew is on top of things.They are the best and they get the job done effectively and efficiently.Kudos to all of them.️

So far living here has been pretty quiet and peaceful once your used to the trains. I havent had any issues with my neighbors

Mealisa is super awsome and very helpful I very much enjoy her being my landlord ..she has a big heart ..and well she just awsome

I did not like the atmospher of lakewood. Ireally did not like being told if i could not afford 2 pet deposites that i should just leave my dog with some one i know. my dogs are like my children.

Dont waste your time with them, their homes may look good on the outside but inside they are trash. They will steal your money

Messlia friendly but dont like their system for application policy they deinid and refuse info us why and they refuse refund back after deind!

The staff that we have now is great and the job is getting done right.

Worst place to live... Our home was broke into over 5times. Office was rude steal right under you
