Great community! The people here are nice and make you feel at home. Kim in the office does a great job and is very popular with the kids from the neighborhood. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and take care of things well. This is a quite community in a nice area. Im happy I got to be here!

I moved here from Louisiana last year. Kim has been extremely helpful in getting me accustomed to my new surroundings. She has offered advice on schools, shopping and the surrounding areas. The community is well kept. My neighbors have been excellent! The maintenance department has been a 10 as well. Thank you Kim for all of your assistance.

Ive lived there going on 2years and love it! Mrs. Kim Ferguson are manager helped me to purchase my house and it was scary but she was all there and now i can call my house.!I love living in Killeen knob. So quiet and clean. The office staff is amazing. If there are any issues they are fixed very quickly. Would recommend to anyone Great place to live comfortable and clean community. Management/ landlord is always on hand with issues you have in your home Mrs. Kim Ferguson makes sure your problem is taken care of as soon as theres a problem with home. Never had management Care for her community as she does.

My family moved in November and have had a quiet and friendly experience living here. Kim the manager is very helpful and makes sure the neighborhood is kept clean. Our children are so excited for the playground that is about to be built.

My husband and I have been in cedar knob for 3yrs now, we have seen many managers come and go and make many promises they don’t keep. Since Ms. Kim Ferguson became our property manager we have seen a significant amount of positive change. She is stern, kind, goes out of her way to help you, helps get you into your forever home. A month before Ms. Kim Ferguson came along we were ready to move out. She made a huge difference and put things in order. She has cleaned it up, made it an incredible atmosphere to live in and above all there when you need her. I without a doubt recommend if you are looking a place to call a home talk to Ms. Kim Ferguson she will help you with all she can.

I visited the property this past last weekend and loved the welcoming feeling I felt as I toured. Kim, the community manager, was so great! Its a must-see property.

It’s honestly like one of the best places i’ve been to. It’s nice and organized and it’s kept clean. other places i’ve seen are no where near as clean. the community is great everyone is nice and friendly. Its just a good environment to live.

They seem to be very well kept places. Management & staff are great! It is also easy to access local schools and shopping.
