She like to rent out mobile homes with black mold and I have numverous let her know she never any thing. I have three kids had to go to the er. Because of the black mold that has been in the house. She told me when I try to let her know she told me she knew about and still rented the tailor. I feel that they need new management. She dont let any one know about the bust supposly that no one has time to go get water and more than 3 times out the week she would turn it off. She literally be rude to everyone that comes in dont care who she hurts. Nothing gets done she dont care about no one in the tailor court. The thing is people dont let ur kids be playing out side cause she try to kidnappe ur kids keep them in the office and or where she is working. And not let the parents have their child back until cops are called and calls cps on them and make the parnet look bad when she her is that is taking the kids.

I tried to rent a space for my RV and left 3 voicemails with no call back. When I FINALLY reached the management there I was supposed to meet her the next day at 815. She never showed up and I tried calling 6 times before leaving with no answer and I waited 30 minutes as well. Nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog could manage that place better than the management there!

The property manager is rude, nothing gets done when asked about certain things. Its almost impossible to get ahold of anybody. The manager is never in the office and when you call, if you do get an answer shes nice when she answers but then you get attitude when you ask a question. Our water has been turned off once a week for the last month with no notice and no way to prepare. She always says its a busted line and there is nothing she can do about it. The bar across the street is so loud at night it shakes the windows and floors and makes it very hard to sleep.

Ive been living here for almost a year now, me my wife and our daughter. Our experience here has been the best from the start. From the beginning, even with us being younger, we were treated with respect! The team here has been nothing but helpful. The community has been very friendly and with the family oriented events that happen my family and I have felt nothing but welcomed!

I love it here its quiet and clean and the staff here is awesome and the park is clean and very neat

Didn’t think I would be this impressed with a mobile home park. But I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. This place is affordable compared to some others we checked out. Glad we stopped in and looks around! They are doing great things!

Before coming to SHMHC, Ive read several reviews about how the PM was rude and a lot of other negative things, BUT Id have to say otherwise. Annmarie was not only helpful with any questions I had, but also very friendly. She was very knowledgable when it came to the lease and explained everything leaving nothing to question. Tim was also amazing and very informative when it came to code on certain things and what I should do to stay up to standards. Staff was and is AWESOME!! The park itself has come a long way. As long as its been around, its still in good condition. Happy with the experience so far and definitely look forward to being apart of the community!!

I do not normally do reviews, but I feel like this should be mentioned. I recently went to Big Oaks but they didnt have any 3 bedrooms available. The the women I talked to at Big Oaks was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave me a Southern Hills business card. Against the word of others I decided to give it a shot. I understand now why this place gives people a sour taste. I stopped by multiple times, during business hours (not lunch period may I remind you) and even took time off my own job to go there. Because when I called the number on the card, I couldnt get anyone to answer. Once I finally got someone to answer she was extremely rude and acted as though I was a inconvenience to her. In my opinion from the outside looking in, the biggest issue with this mobile home community is the office personal. But then again I didnt even get a chance to look at the homes, so I might stand corrected.

Thing with covid have been crazy at first i felt like i was just being strung along. but Realized this are going alot slower right now and there are alot of precautions that have to be done. Annmarie has been nothing but nice thru all of this she is so sweet. Hope this will be my home soon.

Not as good still as good nor as happy with it but thats just my opinion,doesnt look as appealing as id expect since sept of 18,looks and still same ol same as i remembers yeap rembembers,maybe someday soon things will get up to date.

I just went to visit Southern Hills Home Community about some property that they own. I had the privilege to visit with a young lady name AnneMarieI have never been more impressed at her professionalism and her caring to help me and answer my questions. If you need a place to live. Go no further than Southern Hills. Im sure that they also have great managers but I wouldpersonally ask for AnnMarie. She Cares and goes the extra mile. I hope to have a long time future with AnnMarie. I definitely would recommend Southern hills if your looking to make a change. Thank You AnnMarie. I have been living here nearly 3 years now, love my neighborhood quiet, friendly and respectful. Mrs. Annmarie is awesome, she works hard on what she does and she plans great activity for the community. The ones Ive known and attended is the last National Night out, the Easter egg hunt, one summer food program, program for school supplies and this year National Night Out was a blastI really love these programs she does, they happen in my neighborhood and I get to meet the people and families that lives in the community.Thank you for the things you doMrs. Annmarie

Ann Marie is a great property manager. Of all 3 properties Southern Hills is by far the best maintained and cared for and it shows.

I went by southern hills yesterday and Annmarie was doing a lease. She was kind enough to help the genital man with his baby she was holding the baby so he could sign all the papers. Even when the baby was upset she started to walk around the office and still went over all the papers with him. Once she was done, we spoke for a while and all though she has nothing in my price range she did refer me to a few other communities that are with in the company. She was very nice, very knowledgeable, and well dressed. Since i have been looking there are a lot of places that they do not dress up, or the office is not clean. Her office smelt wonderful. I just wanted to let you know how wonderful the community looks.

Visit friends.

Dont wait your time,especially if you dont want to put with poor maintenance and things not getting done nor done right

Horrible customer service from property manager. I dont even live there my daughter does. Any problem she has she gets told I dont know what to tell you. When she asked for cooperate information she was told no she couldnt have it. They have electrical issues in the home that havent been fixed. Thats a fire hazard. They have a baby in the home we pray everyday that a fire doesnt break out! Im calling the housing authority if it isnt fixed in the next couple days. I dont know what to tell her now! Plus they had s rent payment come up missing from the fabulous on line payment system. Again she was told I dont know what to tell you. She was told she couldnt have any information to contact the people who handle that. Just if they didnt pay they had to get out. This is not a place for young people starting out. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

Manager received numerous calls while I was in the office, but was always polite to me (as well as those who called, even when being yelled at by the person on the phone) I was looking for a place to rent, but she said they would not have any place to rent until next month. She offered to view a home for sale, but I was unable to afford that option. She instead gave me a list of other mobile home parks that I could try. I would definitely go back if I was looking for somewhere to rent.

The place is nasty, the manager keep their trailer nice, well keep up and the ground around them beautiful, but if u come to the back its nasty, the roads got holds everywhere, back here standing water back here every day it dont go away, they wont fix it im trid of it i hate living over here

Absolutely the worst customer service ever from the Park manager. Ive never been talked to like an idiot before in my life. Worst thing about it there is no one to complain about to resolve this issue.

Quiet neighborhood when visiting. Dont live here, but my friends seem to enjoy it. Wind does cause noise against some trailers, which did scare little kids at first.

The people that live here are on low budget income. A trailer park full of scammers lmao

I was looking for a nice place to rent and i saw this place as i was driving around. I decided to stop and talk to the manager. She was very polite asked me what i needed and was very cheerful and i really enjoied talking to her. Very pleasing and had me laughing . i would recommend if ur looking for a reasonable place going and speaking to thepark manager . they work with ypu on everything.
