Seaside Place Key West - Vacation Rental

WOW! Seaside Place was a great location for our celebration. We were looking for a place to visit that was upscale, convenient and with a great location, our expectations were surpassed on every front. Abbey(property manager) was super helpful for the months leading up to the trip. She offered to book our activities, reservations, transportation and even offered to provision the house for our stay. Communication before, during and after our stay was very prompt and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her.The house is better than advertised. Spacious and a perfect location. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner restaurants are all within walking distance. There is a bike rental place next door a small market and even a liquor store within a block. The pool was a great place to escape the tropical heat(that you expect in KW). We even opted to make dinner a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. All the way down to the towels and bed linens, Seaside Place KW is top notch.Thanks for a great stay and we will be back!

We loved staying at Seaside Place. It was walking distance to everything. The house was so nice. We enjoyed the pool too...lots of room on the deck with chairs for everyone. The grill came in handy too. Abbey was wonderful...had our groceries ready when we got there, answered all questions we had too. If you ever go to Key West, you should check out this 5 bedroom, 5 bath home.

My family stayed at Seaside Place in August and loved it! Abbey was great! She responded almost immediately to emails and texts. With the uncertainty of COVID, Abbey helped put us at ease and made sure we were provided with as much information as possible. The house and pool are amazing! Nothing like arriving at your destination and having the house stocked with food and drinks! Our family loves visiting Key West and Seaside Place is definitely on the list for future stays.

Our trip to Key West was outstanding. One of the highlights was the house we rented. The Seaside Place was a beautiful, spacious, and warm setting for a wonderful week. It had all of the amenities that you would want for a week full of fun. Everything worked to make the chemistry for the week. We gave them a list of groceries and when we got there everything was there and set up. I can’t think of anything else they could have done to make it any better. We actually had a lovely stay until the last day. We checked out by 11 on our final day and left our bags in their storage for guest bags, explicitly provided for this purpose. My wife texted her at 9am to let her know we had checked out, and had left bags which wed be back to get by 3 pm, and went about exploring Key West for one last time. Over 2 hours later, at this point obviously after check out time, and of course after wed already left, she texted my wife that we needed to immediately move our bags, as they had incoming guests. We were at lunch. Food was on its way. My wife tried to work out some compromise over text message with Abbey where our bags were moved into the house while the maids cleaned. She claimed that covid somehow precluded the possibility of our bags being in the house while the maids cleaned. My wife tried call to work something out She ignored my wifes call. Then I called, and apparently since she didnt recognize my number, she answered. I said we were far away and trying to enjoy our last day, and she was unbelievably unprofessional and rude to me. In one bout of incompetence and laziness, she ruined our trip. She has no business in the hospitality industry. If you are the owners of this property, Id humbly advise you to seek out competent property management. If youre considering renting this place, Id strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Let me say if I could give Seaside Place 6 stars I would. We went on a group vacation with 12 veteran travelers and all were impressed. If you have a large group don’t even shop, stay here. The amenities were unbelievable, they truly think of everything right down to the dishes and beach towels. The pool was our daily gathering spot and it lives up to all the pictures. Abbey the property manager will even review all the local spots your thinking of trying. I sent her a list of 20 places and she nailed the reviews both pro and con. I have never stayed in a better place and would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you Seaside Place for making this vacation everything we hoped it would be.

Property was in beautiful condition with easy access to Duval street and Southernmost beach. We enjoyed the heated pool each day. Abbey was very helpful when called upon. We would definitely recommend this property to a large group and will be coming back!

This will be our first time staying at Seaside Place. We have been Key West visitors for the last 5 years. For 2020 we wanted to bring the whole family so we found Seaside Place. We needed a larger place for all of us. Even though we have not stayed there yet, We feel like part of the family already. The house and location are awesome. The customer service by our host Abbey was stellar. We will be going back. Highly recommended.

Seaside Place offers an authentic local experience - having your own home, pool and private off-street parking is a hard-to-find luxury in Key West. The location is perfect, around the corner from Duval and across the street from South Beach. The beds are luxury quality and the upstairs wet bar and downstairs kitchen are fully equipped with new tools and serveware. I loved drinking my coffee every morning on the upper balcony and watching the island slowly come to life below.

Big quality house, lots of ammenities, great location, internet, two washers and dryers, helpful manager, pool, two ice makers..on and on great place!

Great place for a group of friends to stay.
