Very friendly staff. The room was larger than we expected. It was updated and very clean. You could catch a glimpse of the ocean from our back balcony. It wasnt an ocean view room but you could still see it. Its not a big deal but it would have been nice to have vending machines at our building instead of having to walk over to the main complex. It was a very short walk though a tree lined tidal canal, which was very pretty. We would definitely stay here again.

From the beautiful grounds, great facilities, cleanliness, convenience and INCREDIBLE staff, house keeping, concierge and check in (Angie at the front desk, you set the gold standard for customer service), Hampton Inn Key West is the top choice! Having been to Key West several times previously, we only just discovered this hidden jewel. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We had an ocean front King room with sleeper sofa that was roomy and had beautiful views of the ocean. It was clean and very comfortable with a nice balcony that had comfortable deck chairs and a table. The pool and bar were great and shuttle service just tops it off! We will be back! Highly Recommend!

The location is great, you came beat it. I had the room with a pool view and you can see the ocean. The room also had a balcony. The rooms was clean upon entry and it was later out nicely. Breakfast was good, even during covid. You went downstairs got your food and had the option to return to your room which is what I did. I ate breakfast on my balcony and you can catch the sunsets. The pool was nice and not crowded during the week I was there. The only complaint I have is the drinks that was being served at the bar. I dont think the bartender had a good mix. The pool also had a lot of seating so you can social distance.

Everything is good unless I checked out after a day I found a $28.13 transaction charged from Hampton inn key west on my card! I called the hotel ask what it charge for and they said they did not charged me 28.13! They only hold 50$ deposit and will give me back to my card in a few days! After called bank and call them one more time and same lady answered explain to me one more time but not with patient also hangout the phone after I said thank you so much!Never will go there because really really really bad service

Thank goodness for the help by the employees and desk staff at this Hilton Property. Hilton Corporation now uses foreign customer service individuals. The old Hilton.com help the customer attitude is gone. Now knowing this...I will no longer book through Hilton.com. The hotel staff were excellent and turned a disaster into a positive.

Not gonna lie watched a man vomit for a good 10 minutes at 1am from my balcony. Breakfeast is good and the pool isnt to cold and the showers have hot water. Besides that the rest is like every other hotel

This hotel/resort is directly on the Caribbean and Atlantic Oceans. Very clean and comfortable with a great staff and is within walking distance to Key West International Airport. Only a few miles from Duval st., Ernest Hemingways residence, southernmost tip of the United States and more.

We stayed here last time we were in Key West during the Christmas Holiday Season. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Key West. The staff was friendly, and our room and bed was very comfortable. Look forward to our next return. Parking was easily accessible. Kid and disability friendly, with Public Restrooms we enjoyed lounging around the pool and having drinks at their outside bar/grill. We crossed the busy Highway A1A and sunbathed on the rocks and walked along the very nice sandy beach . Very enjoyable time.

Absolutely great hotel!Location is great, although not walking distance to a beach it is just a short drive.View from room is great. I wouldnt recommend a 1st floor room as you will hear your upstairs neighbor. The hotel actually accomadted us and moved us to the second floor after the first night.Breakfest included 7-11am. Free parking. One free drink per day at the on-sight bar, which also has delicious food to order. Bar hours are decent, 11am-9pm. Pool is beautiful and clean. Complimentary pool towels and bottles water.This hotel also offers a free shuttle service that drops you off at the waterfront brewery in the downtown area. Simply sign up for a departure time in advance and pick up is first come first serve. This service saved us some money on ubers for sure.I read reviews about traffic noise, however I did not find it to be too loud whatsoever. The airplanes are far more noticeable, but this noise is noticed all over in key west as it is only 2 miles wide with plans flying in and out.Would highly, highly recommend this hotel for your Key West stay!

Amazing hotel with a great View of the ocean and pool. The hotel is prestine... its very clean, very convenient and a great place to spot wild life. It also has big, newly renovated rooms. Enjoyed my stay, I will be back. Free drinks and breakfast were a nice touch.

The place is as advertised. Friendly service, clean rooms, beautiful view and most of the rooms have the beach in front of them, so the view is astonishing Worth paying for. Best vacation ever.

If it wasn’t for the extremely friendly and accommodating front desk employee, Angie, I would be giving this place a 1 star review. Yes it is a nice Hotel. The rooms nice and the pool is nice. However, When I was trying to sleep both mornings of my stay, the housekeeping would prop the locks of the and repeatedly go in and out slamming the door into the stopper which shakes the building making a very loud noise and it is impossible to sleep. This was happening before 9:00a.m. So I wasn’t able to get a good night sleep. We also had an issue with ants in our room only 2 hours after bringing in food from the bar. I will try to upload a video of the ants. Apparently sugar ants are a big issue here so I recommend keeping all of your food in the refrigerator.

Clean, new (not sure how long its been open, but looked and felt very new), great service (except at the bar), nice pool and tiki bar. Ocean view is beautiful, but you do have the road noise due to being across the street from the water. All in all, we felt the value was good considering Key West hotel prices.

Good Hotel!It’s overall a good hotel, they have a large swimming pool, however it doesn’t get deeper than 5ft due to the fact that they serve alcoholic drinks in the pool. This also means that you can’t swim properly here, merely cool off a bit.The breakfast room is quite packed, there weren’t many seats and it was pretty small, making it less pleasant to eat.The rooms are good, with nice showers, and plenty of bath towels. The TV is also high quality.The best part however was that when you wake up you are greeted by a bunch of giant lizards, like iganuas and such.The only downside is that you are far away from the action in Key West, you have to drive or walk quite a bit to have any fun.Overall it’s a good experience for those who prefer to stay at the hotel and not venture to the central city.

The hotel, resort-like style, is beautiful. The room is spacious and pretty. Service is great. Great pool. The only thing that I do not like is the breakfast. It is not a typical Hampton inn breakfast. It is one level below. It could be because of covid19. There is not enough fruit and more variety. It is rather a good continental breakfast.

Couldnt have been happier!! We booked our stay with the ocean view and enjoyed the most perfect sunrise. The pool area was great and all of us loved being able to sit next to the fire at night. Its the perfect hotel for a family weekend getaway... We cant wait to visit again!

I had minor issues here that I wasn’t expecting from a Hilton owned and managed property. My stay was from a Friday to Wednesday. Room service is on request. I requested room service on Sunday around 10am. We left for the day returned at 4and our room had been skipped. We called the office and they sent someone over an hour later. The did a brief cleaning since we were getting ready while they were clearing. We requested room service Tuesday around 9am and left for the day came back at 5pm. Once again no one had cleaned our room. We called and they sent someone over and apologized stating they had to take priority on check outs since they are booked back to back. The lady came and kept asking if she should clean this and that or change out the sheets and blankets. I told her of course she again asked if we needed new sheets And the last time they were changed: I ended up telling her to just change the sheets and do the beds. She finished cleaning. The bar tender (the Asian female) at the cheeky bar by the pool was extremely rude when u asked questions or when I ordered drinks. Rolled her eyes and became sarcastic even laughed and was very rude when we went back and forth over the drinks on our check our date. Other then this overall the place is beautifully kept up. Clean. Nicely renovated. Breakfast is I guess the best they can do given the circumstances but not that great. We went to have breakfast elsewhere.

We stayed here during our 25th anniversary trip and it was awesome! Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Angie was phenomenal she helped me with any questions about the area shuttle services etc me and my wife had the ocean view room 155 1st floor great room clean and absolutely great sunrises every morning we were there pool was nice clean and relaxing Bar Drinks were fantastic will definitely be back next year for Fantasy Fest whole weekend was Amazing not to mention right around the corner from Airport so worked perfectly again Thanks for Everything Angie

We had a fantastic stay at this former Best Western property. It is essentially a mini-resort with comfortable rooms, a huge pool, and a tiki hut that serves both drinks as food. It was really convenient for our family to be able to swim and eat dinner every night and not have to venture into Old Town to find food. The menu selections were great and the food was really tasty. If we ever visit Key West again, staying at this Hampton Inn is a no-brainer.

We booked a reservation for my Birthday weekend, the lady on the phone told my husband a price for an ocean view room, I was so excited!, she sent us the Invoice and told us the amount on the invoice we have to pay, everything was great, we drove almost 7 hours to get there, nice trip, we got to the hotel, the lady in front desk really rude, like nothing about a good welcome or nothing :(, we keep going to our room, everything looks amazing, clean, organize, nice ocean view;), except of the ants we have all around the room the whole time, we can leave not even a water open, they were everywhere, we told the front desk people they supposed to send somebody to check, never happened;(, pool was beautiful, we had a great time at the pool....we booked another day till monday, they gave us price and we said is ok. At the moment to leave, we check out.... They charged us almost more than $1,000 for 4 days....wao.....my husband called them because it was a lot of $, the frond desk lady on the phone again said she cant do anything thats how it was and thats it!!!! So the price the first lady told us was just for the rooms, she never mention all the hotels fees, water( 2 free) they charged us, taxes etc was on top !!! They never told us that when they sent me the invoice that I still have!!!! We are a Hilton Member and thats nothing for them they said.... terrible experience for been my birthday for that price I would rather go to key largo or cruise!!!!

We are currently here right now. So far so good. The atmosphere and all of the workers are very warm. When we come back we will definatley stay here again!!

I use Hampton Inn quite a bit. That I enjoyed it is probably no surprise. This time was a little different with Covid-19. The breakfast I usually enjoy was still available but a watered down version. I suppose its still better than nothing at all. The staff was nice and friendly and overall it was a great experience.

Hotel was clean, staff were very nice. I truly enjoyed my stay here, there were a few sugar ants in the room and they infirm you if this at check in but nothing major. I would stay here again.

Nice clean and newly renovated. Quiet room and while close to the airport we were not bothered by the small number of incoming flights. Great water pressure and sufficient bathroom size. Overall and depending on the price it is a good alternative to paying crazy prices to be in downtown Key West. This property is on the outskirts but easy to reach ducal street by bike or car. Pleasant staff. The only negatives was the king bed because the frame design created a lot of movement of the mattress. The AC was one of those noisy wall units which was loud when it came on.

I think it was kids love this place we go to it all the time we live locally beautiful ocean view nice surroundings very neat clean environment public bathroom pretty birds and a huge 5 foot pool enjoy going every time with an outside bar in pool area has a pretty cool waterfall enjoy the experience

Outstanding hotel and staff. One of the cleanest and newest 4 star hotel Ive stayed in Key West. Of the hotels near the airport, this one has to be one of the better ones. They have the pool overlooking the ocean, the hotel feels so new and fresh in comparison to the ones nearby ( I visit KW often). The rooms are very spacious, they all have balconies, and they are pet friendly. My whole stay was effortless.

Beautiful Hotel, excellent price, Breakfast included, you can rent bikes, clean, BUT they have to put different music on the pool. The customer service is awesome. Recommend 100%

Seem kind of dated and far away from a beach and it was kind of hard to find as well my Google maps and my OnStar got us mixed up. Relaxing it was nice and a good view of the ocean plus the bar had good deals and the pizza was really good and they have private secured parking.

Didnt stay here but stopped to get water for my dog on our walk. Very friendly lady at the front desk didnt hesitate for a moment and filled our bowl. Nice location across from the ocean and the pool/resort looked so inviting! Would consider staying here in the future.

This is a wonderful place to spend a few days in the Keys. They have a shuttle that can get you just about everywhere on the island. Parking is impossible near the 0 mile marker, where all the action is, so that makes it very convenient. The room was super spacious, and comfortable with a great balcony and chairs to enjoy the air. Be aware, there is an airport right behind and the planes take off right above the hotel. They take good care of you with friendly staff, good breakfast, extra pillows and towels too. The only disappointing thing here is their pool closes at 10, their tiki hut food closes at 7 and the bar closes at 9. All too early if you do evening excursions or step out to see the sunset, which is a thing to do in the Keys. We never used our drink tickets because we were out and about and the hut was closed by the time we got back.

Great value and large clean up to date rooms. No restaurant on site but nice pool and tiki bar. Transportation to downtown free, running all day.

My wife booked on booking.com and we realized she booked the wrong day so we canceled the booking and they charged my card the full amount for the room. Needless to say we went elsewhere and very glad we did. Found a great condo style hotel 3 blocks from the Duval strip and it was less money and included pool, full kitchen, King bed, and full living room with 2 tvs.

We had to walk to the hotel, or wait 30 minutes for the shuttle. They only had one shuttle and it was taking people downtown.

Cant say enough about this hotel. Spotless and everyone in Key West is respectful and careful to keep their distance. Breakfast is fabulous. Location is great across from Smathers Beach. Pool with tiki bar. Parking is free and convenient. Rooms are spacious stylish and convenient to the pool and parking

We arrived and I wasn’t happy with our room. (I thought it overlooked the parking lot instead of ocean view that I paid for.) Went to the lobby, and the front desk clerk and manager were so nice to explain the room entrance was back there but it opens up to a balcony on the other side. (With Covid I didn’t want to enter a clean room if I wasn’t going to use it.) We are celebrating our canceled anniversary get away trip from April, walked into the room and there was a lovely gift and card for us. And the view is AMAZING!

Great clean rooms nice location to the beach. Airplanes can be a bit yet not too noticeable. Charlie hit serves serious drinks. Shuttle is perfect for going downtown.

Room was very clean. Everything at the hotel is like new! The pool was the best part. Only negative, we were on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor was extremely noisy. Not sure if it was the guest staying above us... Would recommend to anyone.

This place is great, outdoors, so of course, hot. Food is excellent, prices fair, portions good. 6 of us shared 3 itemes, about $20.00, plenty.

Ive been a Hampton fan and customer for years. Unfortunately, I giving a bad review because of hidden fees this location has. We bought our vacation online and then we came to town and they surprised us with a $300 refundable and $168 nonrefundable fees. I will be contacting the attorney generals office tomorrow and file a complaint for the bait and switch technique they are actively using. Definitely not a fan!!!

Great place to stay in Key West. While true you are a little ways from the Southernmost area, its still a great value and quiet.

Absolutely the best Hampton Inn location I have stayed at. Room was freshly remolded and beautiful. Ocean view and extremely clean. Couple ants after the rain, but awesome. Pool and bar were awesome, kinda like being at a resort in Cancun. Bartenders not the best, but the food was amazing. Mahi tacos were the bomb! Only one negative thing was the $75.00 per day pet fee we were not expecting. The Hilton Honors app did not point that out when we made the reservation. Its may have made a difference in my choice, but I still love this location and plan to return. COVID restrictions were kind of a pain, but it is what it is for now.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Super clean, excellent location, beautiful views, and the staff was awesome. The rooms are very roomy, and very comfortable. The cleaning crew is 5 star. The sheets smelled so good and the pillows were just right. I cant tell you how much we enjoyed our stay.

Newly renovated. So comfortable and clean and welcoming. Only stayed one night but entering the room, it was a welcome sight. Would def stay here again on return to Key West. Only issue was booked a room on ground floor poolside and did not get that upon arrival. Even did the online check-in into specific room and room had been given away within a 5 hour timespan. Not impressed with that and less so with the nonchalance of the two young women at the front desk. Anyway, did not let that affect our stay. Enjoyed it and would go back again. Definitely lives up to Hampton standards!

Used to be Best Western but got bought out by Hilton. Pluses: better breakfast, a free drink each day at the pool bar, renovated rooms, exercise room. Minuses: higher prices. And the big downer for us is they put in heavy shatter proof glass door and window in the rooms. No more sliding door with a screen door. We dont go to Key West to be hermetically sealed into an air conditioned space. We like the fresh ocean breeze, sounds of waves. Had to prop open the door with a chair. No screens. Also it seems like they are getting rid of the iguanas. We enjoy them. And they have some guy running around throwing small firecracker type things to scare away the ibis. We love the ibis. The guy is a lot more annoying than the birds.

We had an awesome stay here! Nice, clean and sanatized. The room was beautiful... nice little mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Awesome breakfast in the morning they had a grab n go because of covid. The ladys in the breakfast area did a very good job. Also Taylor at the front desk is great. Also we order food by the pool and the chicken wings were amazing!

We stayed here in June during the coronavirus issues and the place was great. It is right against the ocean you cant really use the beach and prephero the hotel but amazing views. This is made up by a large pool great staff cool cheeky Hut Bar and Grill. Dr facility provided you for the time being when you check-in bit off and give you free drink tickets to use at the bar which is also a plus. Simple easy parking and rooms are new..updated and super clean. Thanks staff!!

As frequent visitors to the Keys, it is always nice to find a reasonable but great place to stay. The Hampton Inn was great! Super clean, great breakfast, fun bar, great view of the ocean. We liked that it wasnt close to Old Town. I know some have mentioned the airplanes, but they were truly few and far between and not at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Giving 4 stars instead of 5 for 3 reasons...need something more in room to place suitcases on (only had one area by tv for one suitcase besides the desk which we had to use for other bags...need a couple of rolling ottomans), the front desk could have been more friendly and welcoming upon checkin and the beds were okay (we are a firm bed with foam pillow top type of people so found the beds just basic). Pool was great, room was spacious, nice walk-in shower, big screen TV. We had a east facing pool-view balcony room since all the other ocean facing balcony rooms were taken but we still had an ocean view through the palm trees at a cheaper rate so worked out just fine.

The hotel room was great, friendly staff and good breakfast . they had complimentary drinks, 2 per room so that was an add on .. However the hotel is very close to airport, so the airplane engine noise would be easily noticeable but with doors closed, it is minimum . We had the ocean view room which was nice but the hotel is not right on the beach, there is a main street between hotel and beach which adds to intermittent vehicle noises at night .. The staff was very friendly, helped me with getting a bday cake delivered to our room for my wife and they complemented it with champagne so that was great. Overall good place to stay. they have shuttles to go to the beach and downtown as well.
