Absolutely amazing hotel. From the scenery to the food. Breakfast was delicious. It has an amazing pool and marina view from the balcony. The rooms themselves are luxurious and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very convenient because it is close to some beaches and downtown. Staff are very nice. Overall great experience. Would recommend to everyone looking for a nice hotel in the Keys.

I would give 5 stars if we had been told the truth.. we paid very dearly for the room.. Dont get me wrong.. Its a beautiful place. Although we were told by the staff we would have an ocean view room, when it is actually a parking lot view.

This place is wonderful. Friendly staff, clean rooms and great pool. We could not have asked for a better location in Key West. The menus are great and reasonably priced for the restaurants, bars and room service as well. The quick serve items in the room are a little pricey, but CVS is right across the street. Also, be sure to call ahead for your valet. Other than that, this is a great place to stay with spacious accommodations!

Gorgeous views from our suite. We paid for the Safe Harbor package, which included breakfast delivered to our room every day, a bottle of Papas Pilar Blond Rum, and premium channels. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

I recommend this hotel to anyone. The room I got was the Oceanview Boutique suite. It was very spacious, clean and had a balcony with an awesome view. I loved the island theme and the decor throughout the hotel. The staff was very friendly. They are very welcoming from arrival. The valet guy, I think his name was Charlie, was very nice & informative. I could tell he knew a lot about Key West. The pool was amazing. It’s an overall beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. I can’t wait to go again.

Ocean Key Resort & Spa was truly the best Key West Getaway, no other resort in the area even comes close. The location alone is enough to call this resort your home in the Keys. Its a tropical paradise oasis with the best sunset view in all of Florida.We stayed 2 nights and service was outstanding from the moment we stepped in. We were offered a complimentary cocktail while they took our bags up to our room and let us know that they were more than happy to accommodate our early check-in.With everything going on right now they outdid themselves with safety and cleanliness. They followed all the CDC guidelines to a T and I felt extremely safe.We dined at the Hot Tin Roof on the property for both dinner and brunch. Both meals were fantastic and spot on. During dinner, we had a stunning view of the sunset and enjoyed live music.I indulged in a Balinese massage at Spa Terre that was so relaxing and literally worked out every single one of my kinks. Highly recommend!Our room was gorgeous and immaculate. We had an amazing balcony that really allowed us to take in the full Key West vibe, we also had a jacuzzi tub which I LOVED!Service was also on point, everyone was so nice and accommodating. I always say service can make or break an experience, and the service at Ocean Key exceeded our expectations.In my opinion, if youre in the Key West area this is hands down the only resort to stay at. My only regret is that we didnt stay longer!Thank you so much Ocean Key, cant wait to go back!

Marvelous place! The breakfast included is so good, and the coffee shop incredible, great pool and amenities. Will be back. The only thing I would improve is the front desk attention, some of the people there looks so stressed out and is a bit hard to deal with them as they lack of patience.

The room was ok. The floor was dirty when we arrived with sand or some kind of residue. The staff was very friendly and receptive to our request to get it cleaned. I just wished the floor was cleaned before we got there. Social distancing was well managed. Location. Was excellent. Parking spaces were very tight. Best for compact cars.

Our plan was to stay two nights at Casa Marina but we left because the service and room was terrible. From the moment we walked in the service here was stellar and the rooms and amenities are incredible. I 100% recommend this property. Absolutely fantastic!!

Room was beautiful, food was great, location perfect within walking distance everywhere. Also the staff was amazing. Charlie was great and took care of all our quations and trips.

We got there early and we were able to valet park and use all the amenities while our room was being prepared. The staff was overly kind and made sure we as the guest were taken care of. Loved our stay!

Had a lovely stay here while visiting the keys ! A lovely hotel with a caribbean vibe that makes you feel like you are somewhere in the middle lf the West Indies ! With excellent room service, and live music playing in the evening, we were engulfed by the atmosphere and fully embraced relaxing Would highly recommend due to its location alone. Will be back next time.

We stayed for a week. Everything was clean and service was exceptional. Great place to see the sunset.

The whole room smelled of cigarette from the moment you walked in. I’m asthmatic and had to use medication. Very nice place but I won’t be returning.

If youre on the fence about travel plans, this is not the place to book! Hotel states full refund with 3 day advanced notice. I gave a 16 day notice on a reservation, they state they cannot return my CC deposit for 90 days. I will be contacting Chase. Its highly ridiculous that they cannot process a credit card return, and use Covid as an excuse. I own three businesses; it literally takes 2 minutes.

Absolutely amazing! Staff was great...very helpful if we ever needed anything. Booked our boat rental and had it ready to go for us. Brought our car out and loaded our shopping bags without us even having to ask. Place was super clean! View from balcony was incredible.

Amazing! Get the ocean view room if you can! Its expensive but worth every penny! Room service on the balcony, great service we didnt have to leave the resort for any reason but we wanted to visit Duval street. Love love lovity love this place.

Really nice place. But you need to know. The pool is small. They dont have beach access. Good for adults. Nothing for kids. The people are nice. The spa price is ok. You can find not expensive massage ️, My family like the filing of this hotel.

Having been to Key West a number of times and stayed at a few different places I always find my way back to Ocean Key. Whether its eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the water, hanging out in the pool with a couple drinks, getting a massage at the Spa, or spending an evening on Duvall St. close to all of the action Ocean Key has everything I want in a Key West resort. On my most recent stay I had reserved a one bedroom suite having enjoyed a previous stay in one only to find upon check in that they had generously upgraded me to a two bedroom suite which was absolutely beautiful.Thank you for helping to make my vacation wonderful and memorable. I will be back!

Beautiful resort! The room and balcony were very nice and clean. The food and drinks were great and very convenient, especially at the Sunset Pier (highly recommend the pina colada and the shrimp quesadilla!). Pool was peaceful with adequate room to relax in the shade; April from the Liquid pool bar was very attentive, made sure we had towels and continuously rounded on guests at the pool to take drink and food orders. Alessandra from the front desk set up our entire snorkeling excursion with map and instructions included and made sure to keep us in the loop. Mask laws were enforced and we frequently saw cleaning crew around the property. Only setback was the extremely loud smoke alarm going off randomly several times during the second day. Location convenient for walking on Duval street with an abundance of restaurants and bars nearby. All hotel staff we interacted with did an excellent job. Will be back again!

This is a very nice hotel in a central location of Key West. We stayed in a 2-room suite that overlooked the ocean— simply beautiful! The housekeeping staff ensured our room was always clean and the beds were very comfortable! We attempted renting a bike from the concierge, however the hotel staff informed us that they don’t work many hours and couldn’t check one out to us. Additionally, on our day of checking out, we went to collect our bags, but the hotel had already turned off our key cards despite our accepted request for a late checkout, which was inconvenient. Overall, we would stay here again for the location and beautiful rooms and views!

This authentic hotel is really nice, it‘s close to the city center, bars and restaurants- just a few minutes walk. It‘s not renovated completely but we enjoyed the warm welcome with drinks and helpful staff. Also the bed was comfy and rooms are big with small or bigger balcony, depends on the room. I have to coincide with prior critic that the step to bathtub is a bit dangerous. Parking only with valet service but was no problem.You can hang around at the pool whole day and also enjoy sunset there.Drinks were really good and staff is excellent.

The location is PERFECT! One block up is all the entertainment and restaurants. Further up is all the bars. Everything is within walking distance. The front desk was incredibly friendly! They offer yummy drinks when you walk through the lobby and take your bags to your room. The concierge is so awesome! He helped us book a few excursions and suggested ones that were amazing! He is also very nice and makes you feel at home! The only thing I worried about, there was long black hair on the shower wall. So, I dont think they are cleaning the shower walls. The restaurant is also the food you order by the pool, and it is delicious! I highly suggest the chicken tacos! They are awesome! And the ladies that work at the pool bar are amazing! They will check on you while youre in the pool or laying out. So you dont have to stand at the bar to order a drink or food! They also pass out frozen towels at the pool, which felt AMAZING on a hot day! All the staff here are incredible! This truly is the BEST place to stay.

For $1000/night I would expect towels that do not feel like sandpaper and a spotless bathroom. I would expect the front desk to address my towel concern and not send two more towels that were equally sandpaper quality. I would also expect my ocean view room to not include cruise ships parked for the day giving me zero or a slice of ocean view. Restaurant excellent

Overlooks Mallory Square for the classic Key West sunset. Dont worry the cruise liners leave in time!Breakfast on our balcony was a real treat. Fresh juice. Delicious food.Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Unbelievable resort and experience! Would highly recommend!

We just got back from a wonderful weekend. We are only able to get away on weekends do to work, so we make the most of it when we do. (Hilton Head, Destin, St Thomas, etc) When we arrived the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room (usually in places they give us a map and we are on our own) We had breakfast at the Hot Tin Roof, and spent a few hours in the pool after. The Bartender at Liquid was very attentive, she made rounds continuously helping keep everyone hydrated. We had our last dinner at Hot Tin Roof (See Photos) Amazing!!! Some will squirm at this but I like my steak Well Done, and they got it right no sending it back. They Bartender were very knowledgeable to local history and were able to tell us things we did not know. I can honestly say we WILL return. We Absolutely could not stop talking about how much we loved the set up of our Junior Suite. Thank You All for a Great Belated Birthday weekend.

Dinner at The Hot Tin Roof on my first night in Key West did not disappoint. Book well in advance to get prime seating overlooking Mallory Square and views of the spectacular sun set! Impeccable service with extreme attention to detail. Food was sublime and mouth watering! The hotel is chic and classy and in my opinion the absolute best location for accommodations in all of Key West. The gift shop is a must visit for unique and interesting items. A great experience to set the tone for the rest of my vacation in the conch republic!

Enjoyed our week, immaculate facility with great, outgoing staff. We will return.

Great hotel. Fantastic, friendly, responsive staff. Great location, just step through the lobby and BAM your surrounded by all the action. We had a 600 square foot room with a great balcony view of the square and cruise ship dock. The Sunset Pier is closed. Its being rebuilt due to hurricane damage, but the bar is still open. Hot Tin Roof restaurant has outdoor seating with views and great food. We really enjoyed our stay and the bed was so comfortable.

We just returned from our 2nd stay at Ocean Key. The winter in paradise package. The experience is over the top, from the moment you arrive. The staff has been at our service on both of our visits. We will be back next year.

From the moment we entered the resort lobby until the time we left, every staff member we encountered was friendly, accommodating and helpful. We booked a partial ocean view room, but after exploring the property we decided we would like an oceanfront room. The bartender at the pool offered to check on this for us, and without any problem the upgrade was arranged. The room was spacious, and the view of Sunset Pier and the ocean was spectacular. Beautiful sunsets every night, and we were able to enjoy the live music on the pier from our balcony. The resort is located next to Mallory Square and is easy walking distance to Duval Street and all of the shops and restaurants, all well as the shops and restaurants surrounding the marina.

I recommend this place to anyone visiting Key West ~ Its ocean side and right next to the heart of everything ~ They have pool, spa & gym

We recently stayed here and had a wonderful time. Our room was beautiful and the view was amazing! We looked over Mallory Square and saw the sunsets from our patio every night. We ate at the Hot Tin roof restaurant twice and the food was good... the drinks were amazing! Everyone who worked there was friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed in the staff was great and the ships dock right in Mallory Square you can see them from your balcony and the pool beautiful place to stay all the stores are right down the street along with all the restaurants this is the place to stay and the staff will go out of their way to help you in any way they can my experience was excellent just look at the photos Ive put up and youll know that you want to be there too I would give this Resort a 5-star rating look at my pictures thats all I can tell you. We thought this place was, unfortunately, highly overrated. The room had dirty dishes, dirty robes, and we were overall unimpressed with the cleaning service on a daily basis. There was no Sunday paper and the coffee in the lobby was lukewarm at best. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room, while large, was outdated. We found it was very difficult to navigate around the “resort” and signage in general was poor. Even worse is that you have to travel through the very dimly lit parking garage to get to the pool, lobby, or street. The light was out in our stairwell/elevate nook and as a result this area within the parking garage felt even more unsafe. The location was great but we found the facilities and overall feel of the resort left a lot to be desired, especially given the price. After touring several other resorts on Duval Street, we will likely stay elsewhere on our next trip.

We arrived and were greeted with open arms. The staff was great. They immediately upgraded us to a top level ocean view suite which was fantastic and directly in front of sunset pier. Would definitely stay here again. Also ate at Tin Roof which was the best dinner on the trip.
