Excellent! From the moment I called to make the reservation, all throughout our stay and on our last day, staff/service was phenomenal! Staff checked in on us from time to time to make sure we were all good. House was as clean as can be and very comfortable for our family (big family)....and beautiful to boot! Loved the location, very convenient for those who have a boat (boat slip right behind the house) and other good amenities offered. No crazy crowds, peaceful and family oriented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a GREAT long weekend!

This was a beautiful location. We stayed in a suite which comfortably slept 6 people. I only wish it had a little sink and toaster. Other than that, I couldnt ask for more. It had the nicest bathroom and best shower! We also had a front row of the dolphin interactions. The location is great! Id definitely go again.

We will never stay anywhere else in Key Largo. The dolphin Villa is exceptional. Soft close drawers, full appliances, very spacious and wonderful 360° porch make this a favorite for us. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!

Where do I begin. The hospitality is everything and more! I literally didnt have a charger for my cell phone and Staff members ensured that they would help and they did!...One of the staff members went all the way to her house to ensure that I had a charger for my phone since she knew that I would be ubering it around town!...Now lets get to the villa. I stayed at the Coral Reef Villa and the room looked specular, immaculately clean and beautiful modern design. I would definitely recommend this place hands down! Worth the money! Not to mention there is a private beach with free access to kayaking!...

Our family stayed here right before hey shut down for the pandemic. We loved this place ! The villas are so spacious and to die for ! Super clean . We brought our boat and they had a dock and slip for us at no extra charge . Just a tip high tide is the best to launch and get out . The staff was attentive - pool was great, kayaks for use ... most comfortable beds and linens ever didn’t want to get out like sleeping in a cloud ! Anyhow my husband left his coasta sunglasses there we called and they found them and put them up for us ... we couldn’t get back to get them because of everything shutting down . When they reopened, they couldn’t find them . Most places would be like sorry !! Not this place . The owner ordered my husband a new pair and sent them to our house ! What class ! Way to take accountability, no excuses, just action! I will stay over and over again here because of the hospitality and of course there property is just beautiful anyhow !!! Thanks again can’t wait to come back !

I would stay here again in a heart beat. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the full kitchen- so much easier than having to go out for every meal. Daughter used a paddleboard every day we were there. Loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee or wine. Staff was phenomenal.

The accommodations are amazing! Well thought out amenities. Designs of the villas are outstanding. Comfortably had 6 guests in the Tortuga Villa. I have not stayed in any accommodation that is better designed for 3 couples.

We have absolutely loved working at Dolphin Point Villas! It’s a beautiful venue that is perfect for accommodating wedding guests! Each villa has a private beach and lawn, so it makes any wedding/event special and intimate. As seen in our photos attached, the sunset is stunning from this beach.Not to mention, the staff is the best! They’re so helpful and kind! It was a wonderful experience to say the least!

Perfect venue for wedding, engagement or large or small group retreat. The Dolphins are real. There are professional dolphin trainers here. So get in the water and experience something special. The elegant architecture as well as clean and stylish interior design really appealed to me. The rooms are so beautiful and the views are stunning. It is so peaceful. We were here for a wedding show! Beautiful accommodation which was very clean and had great facilities. We were kindly upgraded on check in and the villa was gorgeous. Lovely dock area where we got picked up directly for a kayak tour. Also spent time relaxing around the peaceful pool.

This is a new property. We stayed in a suite and it was bright, with lots of windows, all done in soft gray colors. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There were some strange design choices. The suite has an area with a refrigerator, microwave and coffe pot and cabinets. There is no water there but we noticed the piping was under the cabinet. That means that if you need water for tea or coffee or need to wash a few dishes you must use the bathroom which detracts from the luxurious feel of the bathroom and is inconvenient. Also there is no table to sit at to eat your breakfast or take out Even though they mention that food can be delivered. It seemed odd. There is no table on the property either (picnic table). The pool area is simple and quiet. Some days we had the pool to ourselves. There are padded lounge chairs. No umbrellas or tables to put your phone on. The rock jetty is a nice place to watch the sunset. We were able to see inside the villa and it looks equally beautiful.

Really beautiful villas with great amenities and people! Would definitely recommend and will be coming again. Staff was very helpful and always willing to help!

We arrived later in the evening and kids loved the pool. Room was decorated nicely and had an ice maker and frig. Bathroom was great sized. Kids loved to see the dolphins get fed and to kayak and use the paddle boards. We would go back.

This is a perfect family run and owned resort for larger parties. It’s main feature is its modern and heavenly bungalows right on the water where dolphins play and people interact with them.

Very nice stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as we stayed here for 3 nights. Honestly, the way the villas are set up, you feel secluded. And if Im coming to the Keys thats exactly what Im trying to do; relac and be unbothered. We had access to our own private beach and pool. They offered free kayak use with our stay and that was one of the best parts of our trip! There is iguanas and, geicos everywhere so be mindful! Also, the cleanliness of the villa was great, the staff were easy to reach and even though it is gated, uber/lyft is pretty easy to use. There are alot of places to eat and shop nearby. We went as a couples retreat but if you have a family this place is IDEAL. Even in our suite, probably 3 more people couldve stayed in our suite just based off the extra space we had. They advertise for weddings, etc. But honestly, this is great for any other occasion as well. Shout out to their management as they did a PHENOMENAL job working with us as we planned this trip in September and stayed in December. Not one rude person or attitude. And I was not paid or compensated for this review.

We stayed in a villa which was very bright, roomy and updated. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs are lovely. The A/C actually works and gets to the temp you set. The beachy area is swimmable with free kayaks and paddleboards a plus; great places to watch the sunset which is stunning. Bath products are upscale and smell wonderful with nice plush towels. Nice kitchenette with tasty coffee and unique ice maker. Only cons: pool location has no beach view and water needs cooling in Summer months. Porch lighting should be shut off or darkening shades in bedrooms at night...it is too bright when sleeping.

We just loved the property and location! It was the perfect Key Largo getaway. Located on the Bayside, you get breathtaking Florida sunset views which you can enjoy from their little private beach and sand jetty.The property is gated and very private. You really do feel like youre in a little Paradise of your own! And all the units are new with an upscale Florida Keys style.We stayed at the Coral Reef Cottage which was very spacious and luxuriously appointed with a gourmet kitchen and cathedral ceilings. We were impressed with the attention to detail, like the coral reef motif that was repeated throughout the villa.They also had kayaks and paddle boards which you can use free of charge. We highly recommend staying at Dolphin Point Villas :-)

We stayed in the Coral Reef Cottage this last week! It was gorgeous and very spacious but the views were just okay. The “private beach” is very tiny and not conducive to swimming but that is the usual for the Keys. The employees were all super friendly and informative and eager to assist with navigating the “hot spots” to go to. There were tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and shops very close but a rental car is a must. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return in the future! :)

We loved the property feel it was so nice and quiet felt like we were home but we were on vacation the villa we stayed in was beautiful everthing was new we had a private pool which the our kids loved and we loved the private beach with a beautiful view of the sunset eould definitely stsy ag4was awsome vacation stay

An absolutely beautiful property. The villas are beautiful and beautifully appointed. My only criticism is relatively minor: why put so much money into construction of these villas and decorate them with half-dead plants? The potted palms inside the Nautilus House are brown and wilted. Details are important!

The first one we stayed in in January 2020, the Sand Dollar was fabulous. So clean, so beautiful, great bathroom....truly lovely and quiet. On our return trip from Marathon Fl we tried to book the same suite but was told it was not available so for same.price we were put in much larger suite but still one bedroom which is what we wanted but i was disappointed. Still it was very clean but bath was tiny with pedestal sink. Nowhere to put makeup, toiletries, etc except in bathroom window sill. And bathroom mirror was the only mirror in this really large suite. Yes these are minor issues but we really likes the Sand Dollar villa much better but i highly recommend Dolphin Point Villas. I spent hours reading reviews of every decent hotel in Key Largo and surrounding areas to find this jem. You will not find better. I hope to return because this trip we didnt have time to swim with the dolphins.

Room needs to have more mirrors so more than one person can get ready. Would also be nice to have a sink by the kitchenette.

My family had an amazing stay here at Dolphin Point Villas. Beautiful property. Better than anticipated suite. We were warmly welcomed and found that they left two stuffed dolphins in our room for my daughters to keep. The grounds were well groomed. Nice little beach area to hang out and free kayak and paddle boards to use. Id definitely return.

We had a great stay in April 2019. However, once arriving home and unpacking, I realized I did not make it home with 2 dresses and a top. After reading another review from March 2019, it seems like this may be a common a problem with this resort.I immediately called Dolphin Point and spoke with a few different individuals about the situation. I just assumed the items would have been found when cleaning the room, and I was going to pay to have the items shipped to us. However, it has been almost 6 weeks and this has not been resolved. One particular person was rude to me about it when I first called. Another individual was very nice and offered to check on it but the items were never found. Fair warning...if you leave something, don’t count on getting it back. It’s a small place....it’s just surprising to me that these items were not found and easily returned.

We came here for my moms 60th birthday. Not only was the place amazing and the amenities were so much fun but the girls there really went out of their way to make it special. Special shout out to Joy and Crystal for making moms birthday so amazing and that kindness was notice. We will never forget this trip because of you girls.

Amazing family vacation or romantic getaway destination! We could not be happier with our stay at Dolphin Point Villas. My family said it was our best family vacation ever. The villa was so beautiful my family wanted to move there as our new home. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The beach area on the property was awesome and we did some paddle boarding and kayaking. The next morning we swam with the dolphins which was an amazing experience. You could tell the staff love their dolphins and take excellent care of them. The whole place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Keys.

The room was very spacious. If youre lucky, you get to watch the dolphins. Paddle boards and kayaks are free to use. Nice sunsets.

Its a mixed bag. The free dolphin show is just watching other people with the dolphins. The property is beautiful. Some people have complained about noise from the road but that hasnt been an issue for us. The disclaimer lays out particular circumstances for which they will charge a $500 deposit. But be aware that everyone gets charged the deposit. The bed in our suite is old and soft. We didnt have any problem accessing the water use devices, and enjoyed kayaking around their Marina. We had entitled noisy people around and above us in their Villa. Be aware that the walls and ceilings / floors are very thin and you can hear everything from everyone in the connecting villa and suite. There were people smoking in non-designated areas. Management was very concerned about the young man fishing in the marina but did not seem concerned about the smoking or the noise. There isnt enough hot water for all four of us to shower consecutively. Be prepared to have about one-and-a-half people be able to shower. They had free dolphin plushies for the kids when we arrive so that was a plus. There are great personal touches like a USB charging port and all light switches are labeled. The televisions are HD and new.

Home away from home. These beautifully decorated (villas and suites) with high end kitchen appliances (in the villas not suites) were clean and super nice. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. Sharon went out of her way with hospitality. The gas barbecue, kayaks and paddle boats was an additional perk. We enjoyed using their gas grills. If you stay in a suite its better if you eat out. There isnt a separate sink. The villas have a full kitchen. The facility is privately owned and not a corporation. You treat it like a home rental and not a hotel. They do not do daily housekeeping but anytime you need fresh towels,toiletry, and toilet paper you can call them. They are affiliated to the next door Dolphin plus (where you can observe or interact with the dolphins). We definitely found our new keys retreat. Everywhere in the keys, I have often wondered why some expensive hotels were old, unkept and worn down. At Dolphin Pointe Villas your money is well spent. Definitely worth staying here and you wont be disappointed. Its a great place for a couple or family vacation.

Awesome local trip to the Keys. The Dolphin Point Villas were an amazing home away from home retreat. All the amenities were available to be used and enjoyed. What would have made this a 5 Star review was the villa beach area could use more shaded areas and more beach lounges for its guests. We were a group of 8 and basically used all pieces of beach offerings they had and we were only one of the villas on the property. Definitely would love to return for another long weekend.

Villa was very clean and beautiful, especially marble floors and great bathroom. Very safe, secure and not crowded with people.Beautiful sunsets and fun kayaking.Traffic noise a little problem at first, but got used to it and did not noticeafter a while.

We had a great stay at Dolphin Point Villas. We stayed at the Conch Villa. Place is very comfortable. Clean but you can notice some stains already in carpet, curtains, chairs. Needs some painting also already. The surroundings are nice. Boat ramp and small marina was nice. Having the doplhin plus right next door was a nice attraction. The villas shouldn’t use the sylicone bands to know who is staying in their villas or in the dolphin program if they are not going to recycle them. Even with the covid concerns I believe they can be disinfected and reused. Specially if they have a program teaching kids about garbage and plastic that can pollute and kill the dolphins :( I was disappointed about that.

This place is beautiful, new, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again, very private and quiet.

This was a pleasant surprise as it was our first time in Key Largo. The stay was quite refreshing. There were lots of great food choices and recommended restaurants that were both homey and welcoming . We loved the stay. The only downfall is that a private beach is advertised and there is nothing there that is swimmable, only for paddleboarding and kayaking.

This place is great! Everything is new and in great condition! The pool is a little small but very clean and refreshing. We stayed in the Dolphin Suite. We were two adults and two small kids. It’s a decent size with 2 double beds and a queen Murphy bed, but the villas were much bigger and more suitable for those who want a kitchen. The Dolphin suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. There is no sink in the kitchenette so you have to use the bathroom sink which was inconvenient. There were some ants by the microwave. They weren’t that big of a problem but annoying to have them there before we even brought any food in. Besides the ants, the room and bathroom were very clean. There’s a very nice large shower in the bathroom. There were plenty of towels as well. The beach area was small but cute. The boys enjoyed snorkeling in it. My husband enjoyed fishing in the jetty. They also have a tandem kayak, single kayak and Paddleboards. These were wonderful to take out! You can kayak and see the dolphins next door from out on the kayak. We booked the dockside encounter for our young boys at Dolphins Plus next door. It was amazing! Everyone who worked there was so nice! The boys really enjoyed their encounter with Zoey, the Dolphin! Overall, I highly recommend staying at Dolphin Point Villas. It’s a beautiful and very relaxing place!

Very spacious villa. Very clean. Cofortable. We enjoy it very much. Its a newer place with very modern everything. Bring you center cosole. You have the pool and the dolphins but otherwise not much else.

Eine schöne kleine Anlage. Waren eine Nacht auf der Durchreise von Key West dort. Hatten die ganze Anlage für uns allein und haben es total genossen.Alles sehr neu und komfortabel.Kostenlose Kajaks und SUP laden zu einer Sonnenuntergangsfahrt in der Bay ein. Leider war unser Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse gelegen und somit etwas laut. Auch war im Schlafzimmer hinter einer Tür die Haustechnik, die die ganze Nacht gebrummt hat. Leider bietet die Anlage keine Frühstücksoption. Würden dennoch jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a Suite with the possibility for 6 sleeping places. Everything is new and really lightful. Wonderful interieur and wonderful beds and locations. You can use the canoes right on the beach. Everything is really wonderful!Wir haben ein einder der Suiten gewohnt mit der Möglichkeit mit 6 Schlafplätzen. Es ist wunderbar hell eingerichtet und die Suite hat sowohl eine Kaffemaschine als auch einen sehr großen Kühlschrank und Sitzmöglichkeiten sowohl drinen als auch draußen. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Direkt unten am kleinen eigenen Strand gibt es Kanus und Stand-Up-Boards die mitgenutzt werden können.
