I really love going to this park. My grandkids had a wonderful time there. They have a wonderful playground for all kids. I also love walking around the rock gardens. It is just a wonderful and beautiful park to go too. There is so much to do and such a big area for kids to play.

I have to say that Kearney has so many beautiful parks. Each has its own set of things to do. Harmon has a beautiful walk through area of gardens and fountains. One of the most favorite areas of this park is the tower. It sits in the gardens overlooking the water features. Its absolutely beautiful. It is a popular place for pictures. My boyfriend asked me out in this park a few years back, and my best friend proposed in front of the tower this Easter. There are gardens, water features, a pool with a water slide, a small gazebo, tennis courts, and so much more to do outside. This park also has and amazing activity center that can be rented for parties. Highly recommend for everyone!

Was here taking pictures for my son who graduates this year. Always clean and never can complain about this park. Have always liked it since I attended UNK. Will always be a destination point for my family for years to come

Harmon Park has ways been my favorite park in Kearney. The Rock Garden is a great place to sit or walk and enjoy the ponds, flowers, and old trees. If that doesnt keep your interest then you can probably catch a concert at the Sonatorium on the weekends.

A nice town to stop at overnight and this park was one of the best I have been to. We loved the different areas which included a sand pit, spider web to climb on, and plenty of swings and slides.

Harmon Park offers a variety of beauty on its walking trails around the little ponds/lakes, water streams bridges, the lighthouse view deck overlooking said parts below. Tennis Courts, outdoor area/stage festevities, water fountain... Beauty galore on so many levels in all Seasons.

This place is magical. An amazing park with rock garden and all sorts of other great spots. You must come here if you go to Kearney.

Absolutley a beautiful goto park! This park is a must see for photographers and families. It has two big playgrounds as well as a beautiful walking path around fountains! We love visiting!

This is a peaceful and relaxing place.There are plenty of activities for individuals and families.

Was just there for a family Christmas party. We rented out a room in their rec building. They are always very nice and helpful when we rent rooms. I personally like renting rooms here during the warmer parts of the year because there is a park nearby so the kids can play!

Great park! This is one of our favorite places. The kids like the playground and walking around the rock garden trails. They also have a pool, tennis courts and amphitheatre. Plenty of benches and picnic areas too. There is a large reception building you can reserve for events also. Beautiful place.

A gem of a park in the enter of Kearney. The old fashioned rock garden is worth seeing. It has been there for many years. I think parts are close to a century old.

It isnt a very large or particularly interesting park, but it is supremely calm in a way few parks are. There are often events here as well, making it a great place to check out on occasion.

Great place to take your pups for a walk, also they provide bags in case you come unprepared to clean up after your little guys to help keep the park clean for kids. Beautiful landscapes perfect for photography if thats your thing! Great place to bring your kids, host reunions or have any type of get together!

Favorite park in Kearney. Love the waterfalls and all the places to sit and chill. Also if you have children, they have a huge playground to keep them occupied.

Only place where you can hear live music in a picnic setting on a Sunday evening in the summer months. The kids have a wonderful playground with a nearby swimming pool, rock gardens, tower to climb and beautiful flower walk ways. Picnic tables and indoor facilities. Its one of my favorite Kearney attractions.

Beautiful place to walk. Calm and peaceful. And the all inclusive kids play area is amazing. Whether you are on two feet or stuck on wheels this place is for you! Wide ramps to allow for wheel chairs, lots of stimulating activities and so much more. Another place we always try to visit when we come to Kearney.

The city of Kearney maintains this with great detail... Rock Garden, lighthouse & waterfall are beautiful anytime of the year. (Its drained during late fall & winter months.Bring your camera for some excellent views of the flower gardens in spring & summer months..Huge play area for the youngsters...NICE....Public swimming pool water slide open during summer monthsSome geocaching locations located here also...Overall great place to bring family and friends!

Harmon park is always clean and well maintained. They have a great play area, tennis courts, sand volleyball, covered eating in multiple areas, and a stage area.In the summer months they have music in the park on Sundays, and also art in the park. Family activities are also arranged; acting classes for children are one example.They have a nice area to walk, and take pictures. Just north of the park the have a skate park with ramps and such.

The loveliest park in Kearney. Beautiful water rock garden area is perfect for photos. It is very peaceful. New playground equipment makes this park perfect for everyone (wheelchair accessible equipment!). Sand volleyball court is wonderful. Lots of covered picnic tables but not much shade on the playground.

Beautiful park to visit - something for everyone - not only swings & slides for the kiddos, but lots of other playground equipment And activity centers where they can learn animal sounds, water sounds, all at the touch of a button! Several large shelters for get-togethers located throughout the park, also a public pool - just a gorgeous, pleasant place.

Lots to do. Fairly new playground. No splashground water area. Its right by a school that uses it for recess. Its busy most of the time. Lovely rock garden but dont try to use a stroller there!

We try to attend the music that is held in the park every Sunday night during the summer. The musicians are very entertaining. The park is a great place for the performances.

Harmon park has tons of stuff to do. There are two playgrounds, the pool, a sand volleyball court, 4 tennis courts, a baseball/softball field, lots of trails for walking, an amphitheater, and a huge garden aptly called the Rock Garden, which has some of the most beautiful scenery in town.

Love Harmon Park. Generally clean and well maintained. Beautiful cobblestone path along the waterscape. Sand volleyball, multiple jungle gyms, overhead cover, plenty of grass for play, tennis courts, pavillion, and scheduled activities. Harmon is a wonderful place to spend a few hours.
