Went bowling with a group. We all had some drinks from the bar. There were 2 girls working. They only served one side of the bar for nearly an hour. One was gathering trash well before closing and ignoring customers. When they were asked for service at our end of the bar, they were rude and yelled at us. The only saving grace was the bowling.Edit: The long wait for drinks was around 11:00 or 11:30.

We did a 3 in 1 birthday bash and only paid 178.00!!! We had at least 20 people it came with free glow golf. And the ball pit was so fun! The staff was friendly and great with the kids too!!

4 adults came here and had a great time. Arcade is great and we played the mini putt course. So fun!

It was fun and different.

Good place to blow off steam. Bowling is reasonably priced, go karts were fun for a smaller track, laser tag is a blast, gambling and game room is available, and food isnt bad for a bowling alley. My only knock is mini golf...there is no telling par nor scoring...it suffices if the goal is to knock the ball around or as an introduction to mini golf.

Waited 5 minutes for an employee to cash out tickets out, not very friendly. BUT we still had a good time!

The 2 girls behind the bar are only working one part. They are ignoring the other part. We feel like put service isnt good enough for them.

A great place to get away for some quick family fun. My 3 year old son loved it as well as his teenage cousins. Go-karts were an absolute blast!

Used to be alot more fun but they got rid of a lot of the fun games like the coin dozer games

Fathers day. Took the kids and fiancé here to bowl a bit and have some fun. That was not the case. All started great then the lane would reset itself while everyone was still sitting down. Talked to the person working and they told me I was doing it wrong and proceeded to explain to me exactly how I was doing it wrong even though I hadnt even done anything at that point besides talking to him about what was going on. Went back to the lane and the resets happened progressively more and more. Started having to reset our scores then reset the lane just to, at that point, TRY and have some fun. Through this all my children and fiancé were getting more and more frustrated. Talked to the person working again and they said I had jammed the reset button. I am 45 years old. I know when a button is jammed. Frustrated we just decided to not even care about score and just knock down pins to just get frustration out. The guy came to our lane ONCE to tell us how, again, we were doing it wrong. He then proceeded to ask why we were changing our scores. I told him because the lane kept constantly resetting and leaving us with open frames and no score. He, once again, told us we did it wrong and it looked fine to him. Then FINALLY he watched as we were just standing there and the lane reset itself FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. He offered to credit us 30 minutes. We would have been fine with that. But the lane started resetting WHILE WE WERE THROWING THE BALL. I forgot to mention that we had requested to change lanes half an hour before and he told us it was too limited pickings to change our lane. By this point we were too frustrated and it was unanimous to leave at that point. If this is the quality of service and equipment upkeep, we will definitely never return and will warn all who will hear away. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Thanks for a terrible first experience at your establishment.

Things went smoothly for first night hard to do 1 team at a time

It was fine. Went to order pizza for supper. It was great but would have been a lot better if he would have asked what size I wanted. I only ordered 2 drinks and that should have been a good sign that I didnt want a 16. Also would have been nice if I was told where the forks were. We dont get there often and things change each time we go there.

Lots of fun. Played laser tag and they gave me a vest with broken straps and one of the food servers at the bar would ignore us and play on her phone but she was fired after the boss seen how she was acting so besides those 2 negatives very fun good food and good staff very clean too!

Pinball, bowling, kids had blast lazor tag. Young kids liked mini golf. Snack bar food was fair.

If youre going to have almost everything closed during the pandemic at least keep whats available open longer. Came here at 7pm and within five minutes I was bored because everything was already closing for the night. Good food and bar though.

Beer prices may be a little higher than the dive bars around town, but on par with the majority of the more popular ones. Service can be slow in the bar area when it is busy but the staff is still friendly and energetic. Great place to catch out of network NFL games and the Keno is another attractive past time. The recent renovation of the bar area provides a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating in a clean cut facility.

It was cool, the workers there were really legit. Id recommend it to anyone.

From out of town, had my girlfriends little brothers and thought it would be a cool place. Prices were reasonable and staff was helpful! Would recommend

Place is full of fun things a family can do. Bowling, glow golf, laser tag, arcade, billiards, volleyball, go cart - and a large bar for adult beverages and Keno.

Fun for all ages and the glow golf is unlimited and pretty neat!

Big shout out to the Big Apple for crushing a 6 (turning 7) year old little girls heart. Went in to schedule a birthday party (for more than a week away) and discovered that the under trained desk help was far to incompetent to help us celebrate our special day for her at their establishment. Fist full of cash I will gladly now spend somewhere else, and definitely share my experience with others. Thanx for all you didnt do and hope no other little people have their hopes crushed at this (newly discovered) undeserving place of broken dreams.

This is your one and only stop day or night! They have a Bowling Ally, Lazer Tag, Arcade, Prizes so win some tickets and redeem them for prizes no matter what age you are. Their is indoor kosmic minature golf, next the giant ball pit, yes the one you get lost in. in the summer see who the best driver in your party is on the gocart track. For the adults they have a giant bar to watch what ever sporting event your heart desires with keno and a few dart boards too. Yes their open every day of the week, day or night!

Great place with lots to do. My family and I chose the arcade and bowling. Had a great time, this arcade is geared towards games that win you tickets to redeem for prizes. If you are looking for classic games or pinball I did not see them here. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked.

For the second week in a row itcwas uncomfortably cold in the facility. People, lots of people were putting on their coats while waiting their turn to bowl. Turning up the thermostat just a few degrees would make a much more pleasant atmosphere for bowlers

I only attended a bowling tournament there, but was amazed at what all that is available at this facility. I know some families that have said they take all the kids and their friends and go there for an afternoon or evening of fun. Plenty of things to do so that they do not get bored.

Lots to do, kids had fun... we had drinks, could use some updating but all in all it was fine. Will return!!

A really good place to go and have some fun with the whole family. Laser tag is my favorite and the bowling. Glad that they make some upgrades to the arcade.

Im the head coach of a wrestling team and after we qualified for state duals we were looking for something fun to do and we found it. Good food at a very decent price. My team had a blast with last tag and there were plenty of bowling lanes to keep us busy for hours. Plus a large arcade to keep that competitive spirit up. I can safely say that we are looking forward to coming again.

Better for small kids, but not for teens or adults. Like a mix of chucky cheeses and wild bills fun center. Very few games. Was bored within 3 hours

Great customer service!! Although when they are done with our food the workers need to communicate that the food is ready to the bar so the food isnt cold when they get it to us!!

Big sports bar with no waitress service and too few bartenders that are, the majority of those, too busy chatting with their buddies instead of serving the ever long line of those wanting served. There is an online jukebox, which is nice, but someone is controlling the volume and turning up or down the songs by their taste in the songs that have been paid for by others.

I was really surprised at how clean they kept this place. Usually, for bowling allies anyways, the standard is low. My children loved ballacity and I enjoyed the attention to keeping things clean and updated!

Fun place. But poor wait staff in sports bar. Go there often and if you are playing pool in the evening dont expect to be waited on.

Took 3 kids and 2 infants here and I would be okay if we never spent money at the Big Apple Fun Center again. An all access pass is $34.00 per person regardless of age (including under 1 years old). The food is below average, the red headed customer service representative is extremely rude, unprofessional and lazy and the Laser Tag viewing area smells like something died in it. Each arcade game is $1.00 and the minimum amount to load on an arcade card is $10.00 (what a waste) and when its time to cash in your points, they only allow you to pick items out based on age. Never heard that before. If you are looking for a fun center, the Big Apple is not worth the headache.

Great place to have fun playing pool, darts, keno, listen to music. They also just recently got 4 brand new pinball tables. Very cool friendly staff. Great to take kids huge arcade, bowling, laser tag, indoor black light miniature golf coarse. Will not be disappointed. They serve both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages with a fully stocked cash bar. They also have a casual eatery to get standard hot dogs hamburgers fries and pizza.

Our grandsons had a great time at Ballocity.

Its a pretty decent experience. They recently remodeled the bar area. They shut the laser tag part down too early in the evening. I feel like they could lower the prices on their wristbands so that larger families can enjoy going. I believe Tuesdays are half-price activities which is really nice. It wouldnt hurt if they put more balls in the ballocity area. They have a pretty decent Pizza. The bowling is a lot of fun for the whole family.

As a family, we came together to celebrate my grandaughters 16 the birthday. She thought that would be a fun place for everyone to meet and celebrate. She and her parents live in Colorado Springs.

This is always a fun place to go and enjoy some cosmic bowling and great music. The bar is huge and a great place to have a drink and enjoy some pool or darts.

We always have a good time when visiting the fun center. Always clean. Lots to do for the family of all ages.

Such a dirty place, carpets smell and have spilled beer, pool tables are worst in state of nebraska, and toilets backed up!

Good cold beer and fun times. Pool area is spacious and there is a game to watch on every screen.

Extremely terrible! Sat two hours with kids to try and do anything and couldnt.All was full and packed. Manager was rude and he wouldnt refund or do anything but tell us to wait longer. Lincoln best place to go than here!

Actually havent been forever.. wondering if your going on a saturday if its best to reserve it if itll be packed and have to wait in a long line to do anything or if its not too busy??

This place used to be really fun. The game room was great. All the games worked and it was affordable. The best part was the tickets you and your kids got. Had something to show off for all your hard work. Now they upgraded and took that feature away. They made it all digital so all you have is a card that keeps track of the winnings. So now the kids dont have anything it is all on a card.

Fun place to play for all ages. The kids bowl free program is terrific and the kids love the ball pit. I didnt give it a 5 because they wont allow parents to catch or slow a little one down at the end of the slide and they can get hurt. Also, some of the workers can be short with small children, while leaving older kids to act up.

Wife and I had fun while waiting for the semi to be unloaded had lunch played a few games, and played a couple games of pool. Fun for kids and adults
