Distraught having recently recovered from heart surgery, the wife and I walk in the mail. We witnessed a horrible screaming scene from a woman working the carousel screaming cursing words at young lady on Sunday May 5, 2019 between 6:20 and 6:40 pm. My wife and 2 ladies tried to quiet that employee . She then proceeded to cuss my wife and the other ladies telling them it was her daughter. The young lady ran out of the mall only to be followed by that employee screaming at her and she was screaming at another lady too. The young lady nor the lady that was with the young girl screamed at all and both appeared shaken and scared. We ask if they need any help. Both replied no. We have taken our grandson to ride the carousel on many occasions and he always had fun. I was unable to find out who owns or who is the manager . My wife did call after I was unable to speak to anyone. I am retired professional and I would never employ anyone that . I do not not normally give review but in this case the guest services advised my wife this would be best for guest services stated most corporations tend to read their customer reviews. We intend to continue to take our grandson to the carousel, we will make sure that employee is not working at this time. We hope the corporation that owns it will take serious look into this matter. We were told the mall has cameras. It occurred over by The Pink Store and Books a Million. Thank You.

Lady who works the counter is very rude! She stared at my son who is 5 years old like she wanted to kill him. Shes lucky I didnt give her the reaction she deserved. I will never spend my money there again. Get some people who likes children to work there instead of old grumpy witches.

People at counter were rude, I called to their free line to complaint, any way they kept offering poor service.
