If i could put no stars i would. Do not buy from here, when you want to leave they try to do everything in their power to take your deposit money, and it’s not as good as the pictures look.
My brother stays here they are new, nice and big. My brother and his wife has it looking great
It’s nasty don’t go there u wouldn’t like it!!!
Nice place to visitNice place to live
Just working here..but very nice place n friendly people!
Very nice community and great amenities. Very friendly
Ive been coming here for 2.5 years to visit an ill family member on a regular basis. I started parking on the street maybe 9 months ago to avoid them having to walk so far to answer their door. One night I happened to stay a little later than normal and at 11:05pm I hear what sounds like a trash can being drug down the road. Wrong, it was T & J Towing walking away with my car. Apparently at one intersection, that I never go through to reach my destination, there is a sign posted stating no street parking from 11pm to 7am. I was lucky to notice it happening, as they literally had snuck up to my car, had a device on the front wheels, and were wheeling it down the road to their parked truck. I was literally getting into my car after the whole ordeal by 11:09. Clearly they were there looking for business at 11 on the dot. My sick relative had forgotten about the rule, and until I intentionally went looking for the sign I had never noticed it posted in the years I have been coming here. I apologize for believing I lived in a city that made street parking rules abundantly clear, and I apologize for not knowing that I had been visiting the trailer park equivalent of a shady section 8 apartment parking lot where T an J creeps around looking for business instead of using their trade to actually assist people in need. So be warned, dont be parked on street past 10:59 unless you feel like interacting with impersonal, creepy, T & J tow truck drivers.
We have been here through several management changes. While we greatly appreciate the beautification this management has brought to the complex. We would appreciate it more if maintenance items were addressed more quickly and more permanently. New management seems to be more concerned in getting NEW residents rather than providing a quality service to existing residents. If you care considering a home here - be sure it is exactly how you want it including the lawn and check out any drainage issue before you sign.
Honestly, Ive already left a detailed review on their Facebook page. As a single mother who moved believing I was investing in a form of home ownership I am deeply disappointed in my experience to say the least. I urge anyone to do their due diligence. I made this purchase right before the holidays last year in December and was told everything was brand new. My refrigerator went out last Wednesday when I called about the warranty come to find out, it was purchased in May so I dont currently have a refrigerator. I could go on and on about the # of things that have broken or given out, but instead Im going to be proactive and put this back up for sale. Hopefully someone will buy it. Honestly... Im a firm believer that God has got my back, nothing good comes when you attempt to get over on people and it will always result in the bottom line being impacted. People over dollars everyday! RUN!!!
Ghetto as hell
Clubhouse is clean. Nice kitchenette. Awful acoustics. Tile floor makes it extremely loud.
Love living here, love the staff. The Manager is awesome, she really cares about the park and the residents. She enforces the rules and treats everyone the same. She gives everyone the same opportunity, pay your rent, follow the rules or find another place to live. Q and J are made because they were evicted and blame everyone else for it. If you move here you will love it just as much as I do. They even have computers that you can use if you dont have one and monthly communities events.
Do not come here if you want any type of privacy from management. Not only are they extremely rude (Kathy in particular), they come into your house every month for an inspection. Ive lived here for 2 years. When Kathy took over the management, these inspections became a search warrant issued every month. Before she got here, the inspections used to just be changing heater filters & checking any problems in the trailer. Now she has to come in every room, & give her snide opinion on your house. She should be fired. They never plow here either. Last winter a person drive through a trailer because they dont plot or salt.
I only drive in there for work to pick people up everyone that I have encountered in there as nice and the park always looks maintain
In 2019, we were appreciated as a valued tenant by Fountain Springs. Starting 2020, our rent will be increased $20 and our trash pickup fee left for each tenant to cover. Their mismanagement is costing us a distrust on the leadership of Yes Communities.
Been living here for about 5-6 years. We havent had any issues with the people that live here, however, management is severely lacking. They raise rent about $11 per year for amenities but amenities get worse every year. We live in the back and they plow the rest of the park except for our street (this is the current situation as I write this). They used to salt the roads back when we first moved in, now they use sand in select spots in the park, which does nothing except get your car dirty. And you better pray that they dont start doing any kind of building/construction near you because you will never have peace and quiet for months until they are FINALLY done. Seriously, hammering non-stop, ALL.DAY.EVERYDAY and no matter where you are in your house or what you are doing, you cant get away from it because they are less than 10 feet away! Maybe they cant do much about that but it is enough to drive you psychotic! All this and yet they still want to raise rent?! When you consider that there are around 110-150 houses in here and they raise rent $11 per year, thats an extra $1,210-$1,650 per month! WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH ALL THAT MONEY?!
This used to be a nice community but not anymore. Theyve made this into a trailer park. Home sites and homes are dirty and have mildew on the house.I wouldnt recommend this place.
Love living here. The office people are all great and the neighborhood is pretty grand as well.
Make you feel like family!
A great place to live my grandparents live here.. Nice neighbors
My husband Roger and I wanted to take the time to share our exceptional experience at Fountain Springs with our Sales and Leasing Consultant Sherry MacKenzie. While we ultimately did not purchase here because of an impending move out of state, our time with Sherry from start to finish was memorable! As soon as we met her she treated us like family and personalized the entire process of leasing/purchasing by listening to our wants and needs. We are slso employed in the field of Sales and Customer Service so we immediately recognize service thst goes above and beyond! We also met Tony and Kathy from the Fountain Springs team who made us feel welcome. If you are looking to rent or purchase a manufactured home Sherry will take great care of your housing needs!
Very nice park, my husband and I should have moved there instead of Wyngate Farms
I lived there 2 years - I had a leaky roof for the first 6 months - I had to take videos of the rain running down my door and walls to finally get it fixed. After the new roof was on - water started running down the front of the furnace — once again numerous calls and videos finally got that fixed.Once a month they do “walk throughs” to inspect every room in your -their place. At first it was the first week of the month - then it changed to 16-18th - then it was whenever they show up- which is GREAT when you work third shift!!Next came the soft floor - 4 months later after saying it was a safety hazard it was finally half assed repair - nailed another board underneath — no warning that they were doing repairs just showed up.My sink was clogged - waited 4 days for that repair - Kathy stated the computers were down so she wasn’t able to put in a repair notice - No kitchen sink and a 4 month old baby !!!Don’t think they will plow and/or salt in a timely manner - roads /alleys are crumbling -The pool closed every summer early due to mechanical issues - tennis courts are in a state of disrepair— my granddaughter bike was stolen - someone attempted to break in — was told these things didn’t happen there — oh but they dooooo!!Only plus is that that people that LIVE there are awesome !Management and maintenance are iffy at best.I had to give them one star — otherwise it would not post
Beautiful place...
Minus 5 stars .... Excessive drama, restrictions on options for wifi and tv, very slow wifi unfixable . Pool is closed frequently in the 3 months it open, maintance issues.
