Beautiful grounds and very well put together. Lots of military memorials fitting for this Memorial Day weekend to reflect and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Memorial Gardens were awesome!! We took our Gr.children and they enjoyed it also.

Beautiful place. I went with my 2 Marines. We walked the Vietnam memorial and read the names of the hero’s who lost their lives so we have our freedom.

Well maintained!! Amazing memorial with very nice walking paths. A must see for anyone living in or visiting the area.

This is a nice memorial and just the right size. Not too big and mostly shaded. Theyre still adding things here and there. Its the Beirut Memorial exit off the new bypass. Camp Johnson home of the Montford Point Marines is right nextdoor. They have a historical museum there by the way... just a little fyi. It may be under renovation though.

I have been a few times. Its a relaxing place. Initially, I was impressed with all the people going there to look at the tributes and read about the history of the area and how important the USMC is to the community. To show respect to those who have served. Then I realized a good portion of the people were there playing Pokemon go. Oh well.

It was and sad to see all those young lives lost during the Vietnam war.

Very quiet place. Mostly come here for Pokemon hunting and there are a lot of others who do the same. However I am respectful when it comes to looking at the memorial itself. Always pay my respects.

This is such a wonderful and somber place to visit. To see grandparents and grandkids interacting amidst the monuments to our fallen is like seeing those who faught and the very reason they were fighting in the exact same place and time. I adore this place.

Very well kept grounds. They are currently doing a little work on the grounds so there is a little clutter but you can still walk around and view most of the memorial pieces. The fountain is very nice and the display of all the names on glass is really neat.

This place is very imposing impressive and thought-provoking. Definitely well setup and respectful of those who its remembering. Itll be nice when the nearby museum is actually up and running to add to the appreciation shown to the US armed forces in the area.

Very well kept with lots of sidewalks all around the memorials. Lots of benches and trash cans along the way. If taking a dog bring your own bags.

This trail leads all the way back to camp lejeune you can littorally walk from housing on camp lejeune to this memorial and back if you have time and want to walk about 30 miles (15 both ways) its nice.

They have a Memorial Wall for Vietnam similar to the one in Washington DC, a great place in Jacksonville to honor those who have served, and those who gave their lives for that freedom we cherish in America.
