My first visit for Regal was for a Premiere showing of the movie The Photograph. I believe they stated they have advance showing like that often. I’ve always noticed this theater in passing for it’s beautiful neon lights. It has an equally attractive retro style interior equipped with arcade games, waiting area, concession stand, a bar. The movie rooms are larger and clean, I like that the seats and comfortable and has multiple cup holders. The staff are friendly and helpful, I would definitely consider coming back for future movies dates!

A solid theater, but using dated seating since most places have moved to recliners.Staff was nice and the place was clean.I would definitely come again.

Enjoyed going to dinner & a movie. Regal theater has all the COVID bases covered so no worries there. The movie Tenent was terrific.

The whole 4x theater to me self. Better than home theater by far.

Place is really nice, clean and neat .. it cost $10 per person and you can get a free move ticket if you Donate Blood which is really good. I enjoyed my move there and sure I will come back again.

Decent and clean auditoriums. The small screens could be a bit bigger and the audio inside could be a bit better. The seats and materials inside felt very old. I am 6-3 and there is no room for a person to walk across me to a seat beside. This observation of mine is only in comparison to other competing cinemas around this area, which are better in the above mentioned shortcomings.On the plus side, the insides and outside very clean and for people expecting a cozy movie going experience, this might be a perfect place.

What a beautiful theatre! Been looking forward for 3yrs to see a movie here because of lifes busy self but so glad I finally did. The seats arent electric or anything but I do feel its alot cleaner bcuz of it

Very elegant building. Nice seats and comfortable. Great choice of snacks. They also have a full bar. Inside Ambience is pretty with lots of Neon Lights.

This theater still has the flip stadium seats. This would be okay for just me, but my child could not seem to get comfortable. If she sat back the front part of the chair would flip up. I had to hold the chair with my leg. She ended up standing up to watch the movie. Although a clean theater, staff was great, I probably wont return because of the chairs or unless they upgrade all theater with new seats.

Amazing theatre! The staff are always super friendly and this place is really five stars because of their regal member deals! You can’t beat the price of snacks!! All screens usually look the same, so if you want a steal come here on Tuesdays! Thank you regal for your hospitality and the constant free movie advance screenings!!

Very awesome experience. I do recommend if you go to buy the large popcorn and a large drink they have unlimited free refills. Dealer Staffing awesome very very kind and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this place to any families or friends looking to enjoy their self at a great price.

This place was terrible. The floors going to the theater were dirty, popcorn and food all over the hallway floors. When we got into the theater it had not been cleaned (5 min before the show time, so not at all early) We had to throw away garbage that was left from the prior move before we could sit down. There was popcorn all over the theater floor and the trash can leading into the theater was overflowing. The speaker on the right side of the screen was blown so it crackled constantly. The seats are way out dated. Then to top it off the bathrooms where dirty, out of toilet paper and had broken locks. Honestly $10.96 a ticket is beyond a joke, especially for the poor conditions in this theater.

Rolling downhill fast. They didnt turn the heat on in our theater. Spoke with manager Lisa who said they didnt tell you when you checked in? So they knew it had no heat but showed the movie anyway. Theres a reason its Friday night and theres no one at the movies...

This theater had a very cool retro vibe on the outside and inside! The staff was friendly and helpful. The theater we were in was a bit dated, but we really enjoyed watching the Knives Out movie and it wasnt expensive or anything

I was utterly surprised by the seemingly unlimited amount of commercials. In total, there were 30 minutes of trailers, most were local commercials and advertisements for the cinema itself (these were also mixed into the movie commercials). I would highly recommend going to a cinema that has a pre-show and then keeps the commercials to 15 minutes.

Very clean, comfortable, and pleasant staff. They also have a good array of movie schedules and tittles. Overall a great experience.

My family and I go all the time. Havent had any issues with food, cleanings or staffI give 4 stars because they really need to update the seating like all the other theaters with reclineTickets are not cheap but thats okay ..for now.. really want better seating to make it more enjoyable and even the kids sit still longerBut I go at least twice a month

Our Church went for a SPECIAL REVIEW OF A CHRISTIAN MOVIE, CALLED.... THE FLUTE.EVEN THO IT HAD STORMED EARLIER THAT DAY, GOD GOT US THRU, & STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL. THEATER WE WENT INTO FOR PRIVATE SCREENING, WAS VERY CLEAN, & FRESH SMELLING. STAIRS WERE WELL LIT,WE TRULY ENJOYED OUR VISIT.

Great place, movie tickets are at a great price, but the concessions are a bit overpriced. I also wish that they upgraded the seats to recliner. But all in all, this is a pretty good movie theater. :)

The lobby, concession area, theaters and even the bathrooms were very clean. The employees were very friendly. Be willing to spend some money when you go, but in this day and age, the quality time with family or friends is worth what is spent.

Very nice and clean Cinema. We were fixing to leave the area from being on vacation but had about 4 hrs before our flight out. We landed in Jacksonville and rented a car to go to St. Augustine. We needed to have the car back so we just went to see a movie while waiting. Huge theater and very clean. We enjoyed it.

Amazingly comfortable theater! I had no idea that when purchasing tickets you can pick your seats! No more having to go super early to just sit in your favorite seat.... buy your tickets and relax, your favorite seat will be waiting! Great idea!!!

Clean, organized and efficient establishment with comfortable theater seats. Inside the lobby, they even have a bar. From the outside of the cinema, it looks run down during the daytime but the neon lights make the theater aglow at night.

It was clean and nice place. I guess I have been to a movie theater that have great seating I am spoiled to recliner seats.

The spirit airlines of movie theaters - the seats are incredibly uncomfortable. They don’t recline at all in the standard theaters. We moved several times to try to find a better one but my back hurt all through Star Wars. Also, there were over a half hour of previews...and I like previews but that was ridiculous! I think we watched ever trailer for 2020. It used to be okay, but other theaters keep getting better and this one doesn’t. It’s outdated, the only money invested is in the RPX theaters which are overpriced for a ticket. When the new one opens, sadly I think this one will be heading downhill.

4dx is the best experience Ive ever had. That was awesome!!! Better than Universal or Disney!! Its definitely worth the money! Went to see Aquaman here and it blew me away!!

This place turned us around because I had a toddler. Nah I wasnt feeling it anyway. The look of it is pretty cool. If you got big kids you could enjoy yourself. Try it out and see

Some of the seats functions do not work. The seats need to be serviced, so expect that you may just not get the expensive experience you are paying for! Also, can they just keep the snow machines filled with snow! Many times I’ve gone here disappointed due to the lazy and rude staff’s lack of doing their jobs! I’ve had to find a manager to turn off the lights during our 3D film before. The list goes on! With their broken and uncomfortable seats, and poor customer service it’s no wonder their theatre’s are not packed! No one wants to pay top dollar for a sub par experience that is meant to be enjoyable!

A staple in the Jacksonville area! Offers great entertainment, calm atmosphere, beautiful memories, and great for making them! A place of many of firsts, a locals watering hole if you will, truly a place to go for a guaranteed great time, the company you keep and the thoughts that you think, will be the only thing to hinder such a wholesome and promised good time!

Went to see Birds of Prey. Movie was fairly good. We were in the remade 4DRPX theater thingie. Was a good show, except that the chairs have padding right behind your butt ( great if your thin. Or in high school) and each time they rocked back and forth or pitched forward both myself and date had to sit back up and slide back in. Thought it was just me, then noticed the couple in the row under us doing the same.Maybe the chairs need to have that lowest level of padding taken out or you need a harness to hold your butt on. Just saying. I love Regal, and even thought Cinemark literally just opened on my door step I dont think I will be a frequent guest, their ticket prices are a lot more......

I really wish they would update the seats to recliners but other than that this is a great theatre .

Our family went to see Star Wars Episode 9 there tonight. We made an event of it, dressing up a bit. At the door, we were told You cant bring those in here (lightsabers. An elegant weapon for a more civilized movie theater. Although, they seemed happy enough to cater to SW fans in the sense of selling them SW-themed coke and popcorn combos for $25). Then, we were showed forty minutes of commercials and previews before the movie finally began. Not fun.

I thought this theater was awesome!! Seats were great! Not crowded and great service. I will be back!

Happy staff members everywhere. Means a lot to me to be greeted with a smile. Im 64 now and a widow so its nice when people are friendly when youre out and about.

The theater is okay... a bit old school but its kool. I got the Doritos Nachos. It was nothing like the picture... The display was enticing but was literally cheese on the side and a bag of Doritos. So disappointing for the money. I do not recommend you get it. Just stick to the popcorn or another snack.

I love going to the free premier here and so do my boys.

Nice theater. Counter help tried to save me money at concessions...a rarity! My choices were what I asked for, but appreciated the courtesy. And Secret Life of Pets 2 was better than the 1st one by far, I thought!!!Find your inner Rooster will be quoted to my grands whenever required!

Uncut Gems is absolutely THE worst movie ever. We actually walked out. Wish I could get my money back!!HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that you dont waste a dime of your money. Renting it at Redbox when it comes out is still too much money to waste to see that garbage

Really enjoyed the movie as well as the theater. Plenty of easy parking amd lots of ticket windows. Snack bar is big and as always expensive but what the heck. They also have a liquor bar so us adults can enjoy a few after the movie.

Visited here to watch Aquaman in 4DX. Was totally worth the few extra bucks! The indoor effects were amazing. It has everything from lighting to rain and wind and even smell! Totally awesome and Im definitely returning to watch another movie in this theater soon in 4DX.

Seats are uncomfortable.. Theater wasnt cleaned..cleaning guy came 10 before movie . and told us place with new owners was going down hill.. Sadly! I hope this guy is wrong.

We seldom go to the movies, so I cant compare to other theatres nowadays.The seats were comfortable but with single armrests. Decent leg room.Sound was good but could hear the movie next to us when it got loud.

I loved the style of the theatre as you walk up to the lobby. It was mid-afternoon and I wished it were dark so I could see the beautiful neon turned on. The lobby was quaint and fun. There is a full bar so we carried a couple tall beers into the theatre with us. The screen and sound were pretty good; the seats were just ok. I wish the theatre had recliners. Popcorn was ok - at least it had enough butter on it. Ill be go back if the movies are up to it.

So I went to the movies today with my girlfriend, this has been a pretty normal place for us to go every now and then, had no issues until today when this couple decided to engage in some oral sex 12 seats down from us. It was absolutely unbearable and you could hear this very loudly. Me and my girlfriend saw everything and yes, I mean everything. I could not handle it so I spoke to a manager and when he checked it out they had finished. I would have made this review a lot worse but they did give me 4 free tickets to any movie I want. Great service from staff but if you are looking for a place to send your kids alone this is not it. Never had this issue before but I recommend making sure they don’t go into the same Spider-Man far from home movie we went to, yes, Spider-Man

Dont know how this theatre became worse than Regency. Crowd loves to talk during movie. I keep thinking this time will be better but is always the same. Walked out on last one

I love it, close to home but it needs and upgrade badly, seats are uncomfortable, the outside paint is washing off, also need to upgrade the menu.. I still love it though

The assigned seating is new and kind of hard to read on the kiosk, but the staff was excellent in showing me where to find my seat. 10/10 would come again

This theater is average. Nothing that stands out from other theater. Our auditorium did not have recliners. I am not sure about the seating for other auditoriums. There are better theaters around but if youre close by and dont want to drive too much then this will suffice.

We used to come every Sunday for years but its just not the same anymore. This theater just cant keep up with others like Tinseltown or AMC theaters. Most of the interior is very outdated and smells moldy. Compare to the lounge seats in other theaters these old seats are uncomfortable. Even the newer seats are stiff and small. You used to be able to call in with questions and the staff was very friendly. Now you cant even get anybody to answer the phone.

The cashier didnt put enough butter on my large popcorn. We went back for more after we had eaten the ones with butter. The new cashier put more butter where we left off and then filled it back up with more popcorn and more butter. Delicious!

We go to AMC all the time and decided to try something new and I have to say the price is about the same but there is much better value at AMC. The RPX is basically a movie theater at any AMC theater and the seats recline at AMC. The seats at regal dont move at all. The concessions are all the same. AMC is my preference!

This Regal theatre is off Phillips Hwy so it is really close to us. They have added on things to compete with the other big names like adding a bar. If you sell wine for the wife to catch before a movie then you have her sold. Ive seen quite a bit of movies at this establishment but I find myself sometimes wanting to be spoiled by the luxury loungers in a new movie.

Today went to A Good Lier with Helen Mirren and Ian McKellan. Good movie! We shared breaded chicken strips and fries. Yummy!I love being able to pick where I want to sit. You can do this on line or at the theater. I usually do it on line and pay a small fee but you can get your tickets at the counter; just might not be where you want to sit especially with a brand new movie.

Good clean theater. Snack bar has good variety of food/snacks and they even have a bar for adult beverages.

Insisted on checking my wifes purse. Left a horrible taste in our mouths. No wonder we havent been in a movie theater for years! No thanks, Ill watch my movies at home. At least they were nice about refunding my money. Change that policy.

Why do you list the movie start time as 3:35pm? Ive been sitting here at 4:05pm and still watching commercials, trailers and previews.Is this really necrssary?. Honestly my time is valyable. I dont wNt to sit here for this.

It was a pretty cool place! They would have gotten higher rating but the drink areas were so filthy.

Regal is one of my favorite theatres. Good matinee price but like all movies, concessions is expensive. They have a childs popcorn with a soda and candy that is just the right amount and a good price.

Good theater, clean and if you catch the freshly popped popcorn its good. Otherwise they serve stale popcorn. Prices are high prepare to spend. But heck thats what going to the movies is all about. Must try the 4DX its awesome, really puts in the movie.

Business wise Bathrooms were dirty personal this lady with 5 kids wouldnt keep them quiet or set down. Kept kicking seat, spilling drinks and food I had ask several times to knock it off.Movie itself and seats were good

Dirty theaters, non-functional sound, slow customer service, and havent even installed reclining chairs comparable to the other theaters in the area. Overall a bad experience.

This establishment is easily noticeable in traffic and has the best 4D3D experience ever! Plenty of free parking with clean unisex restrooms, wonderful snacks and kind workers

Been several times and we are pleased.

Great people, great movie, great experience. Clean facilities and the place is easy to navigate. Posters outside could be more regulated for young audiences. Could be a challenge for parents to choose what their children are exposed to.

4dx not bad but sound lacking and size of screen lacking, needs improvement especially the sound!!
