I been to this movie theater thousands of times and the staff are very kind and the chairs are comfortable. and it has really great prices on tickets and food. And it has the best picture on the screen.

Much cleaner and a safer feel than some of the other theatres in the Jax area. The seats are the absolute best! They do have a bar, but only serve beer and wine. The sound and picture quality of the movies are fantastic. Best theatre in the area.

They cant help it but because of covid no food except drinks, popcorn and candy available (may have changed since last time I was there).Everything has to be paid by credit card. No cash taken which stinks.

Very clean; seating is socially distanced so you can take your mask off to eat popcorn and enjoy the movie safely. It felt great to be back to the big theater experience again!

Best theatre in Jax! Just wish people would actually sit in their assigned seats that they chose! Literally every time we come somewhat is in our seats and we either have to ask them to move or sit somewhere else!

Very clean. Make sure you wear your mask. However no more self service butter for your popcorn as before. Not if the machine was broken or turned off that day.

First time back to the movies since the pandemic began. Felt clean and spaced out. Loved that when we purchased our tickets it showed us that the seats beside us would not be sold for social distancing.

Ive been here multiple times and have always found it to be clean and well maintained. Ive also never had a single incident with any of the staff. Anytime Im in Jacksonville this is the theater I go to.

Glad they are open again. Love that popcorn smell as you enter, greatly missed. The lounge seats are ok, but I would not pay more if I had the option.

Great movie theater! The luxury loungers are fantastic, and the arms of the chairs do lift up to allow for cuddles during the movie. This was a concern of mine, so perhaps it is a concern of yours as well. The popcorn is delicious. The Cinemark Movie Club is definitely worth it - it pays for itself every month as long as you go see at least one movie per month. The surround sound is clear and immersive without being deafening, the way the aisles and seats are constructed ensures that it never feels crowded, and the picture is always good. The staff are always friendly and service is fast. This has been my favorite movie theater for years. I would definitely recommend.

We came to Tinseltown to watch Creed II and were so excited to try out the reclining chairs. We were not disappointed. Seriously these chairs are a game changer!! They are comfortable and recline way back with built in cup holders.The theater we were in was small with just a few rows up the stairs and 3 down. It made it feel more like a private home theater which we liked.So why not 5 stars? We felt the security was seriously lacking. Multiple (20+ not joking) people came in and out of the theater throughout the movie. Im not sure if they were lost or just theater jumping but all would come in, sit down and then leave after a few minutes. There were also a few teens talking throughout the movie. We could also hear the movie next door very clearly and it really was a distraction (along with all the others).At the end of the day we would return for the reclining seats and sound system but we still prefer our own home for movie night!

Best place in Jacksonville to watch a movie. The XD theater is a must see.

Great place to catch a movie in Jacksonville. Very convenient to Town Center. Always showing the latest releases. We really enjoy the reclining seats. Be sure to reserve your seats early and online (the place is very popular and you want to get a good seat).Concession stand is well staffed.

Great theater. Needs some renovation to the outside and concession stands... but the actual theaters are great and renovated with everything including recliners and even raised arm rests which is not present in all theaters with recliners. The theaters are also good size specially the XD ones.

Boooooom. Havent been to a theater in years, so when my wife and son finally baited me out to see Mile 22, I was in shock. This XD theater thing is incredible!Super big recliner chairs, newly renovated theaters... impressive.I must say that my recent experience has changed my opinion of what it means to go to the theater.This place is awesome!

Wonderful prices with wonderful quality! I was expecting a higher price with reserved premium recliners, but it was actually cheaper than most other movie theaters I have been to. I have been to Tinseltown when it first opened and I remember it was one of the best things in the area. Unfortunately it is starting to show its age. It just isnt new like it used to be. People ruin everything. The recliners were much slower than I remember last time and everything was starting to wear out. The good side is the cleanliness. The cleaning crew must have a lot of people because my seat didnt have one crumb or piece of dust in it. They are doing a very good job at keeping this place clean and they are definitely proud to make it known. It remains one of the best theaters I have been to.

I love going to this theater. It is clean. The service is relatively fast and friendly. The Cinemark app is fantastic for skipping the lines and for discounts at the concessions. Also, the seats are so comfy and no seat is a bad seat in the theater!

Absolutely love this place. Great safe clean environment for the family. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because concessions is slow at times and the movie club only allows 1 free movie a month unless you earn it buy the points system. Just seems out of date esp with the competition having extremely better deals. AMC and Regal in particular.

Nice and clean. Seats are good, foot rest and reclining, etc. All the staff I interacted with were friendly. Prices seemed to be lower than some other theaters.

I dont have any real complaints. I love new d-box seats I just wish they had hot pretzels and pizza.

Went and saw sonic here. The theaters were clean and the seats are very comfortable. The lines at the concession stand were long and not moving very quick, but everything else was nice.

I only go to the movies a couple times a year. Its just ridiculous how much they charge for the movie tickets. Plus the prices for food & drinks is criminal! HOWEVER, if u go early to the matinee showings, the tickets are cheaper. Just stop at the store & get your snacks 1st. I love the recliners there, way comfy! I dont recommend if have sensitive hearing, its LOUD!

I really love this theater. Taking one star off because I keep getting put in theater 2 which is right next to the big theater and the bass travels through the wall during the movie Im watching and is very distracting during quiet parts of a movie.

They have wonderful comfy reclining seats. Wish they werent so expensive best time to go is during the day of taking children otherwise go broke. Prices are outrageous for a family of 4 cost $40 and thats with no refreshment.

Its a beautiful area with a lot of things around the movies. So when I go there. I also eat in the area in walking distance dont have to move the car at all.

This place has the best prices in all of Florida on Tuesdays! Clearly they have put money back into the business and furnished every single theater with amazing reclining chairs. It gives the option of the d-box, 3D and all the bells and whistles you need for a great movie! Even their normal theater is more comfortable than any Ive ever been in. Of course all of the food and snacks are pricey but they have a large main counter and then a counter off to the side which does more food than snacks oh, they also have two other side concessions down the Halls towards the movie theaters. They also have a little bar area in the front where you can get alcohol for your movie if you are 21. Overall this is a great theater. they seemed to station a police officer out front just in case... Although Ive never seen anything at all happened there. Everyone seems genuinely happy going in and coming out. Is also located next to a ton of great restaurants in case you want to get dinner and a movie.

Lovely chairs, comfortable seating (no view obstruction or skinny aisles), and very clean! The womens bathroom is also decent for a busy theatre.

This theater has the good seats just like being at home except you cant go in your pajamas. If you go early in the morning the prices are low and the theater is virtually empty. Which means you can sit there and peace and listen to the movie without listening to everybody else.

Theatre is waaaayyy better then AMC regency. I drive out of my way to go here because its much safer then Regency. Kids in regency act like fools there on the weekends. Cinemark keeps police outside.

Hannah that’s in the food stand, the one that sells the ice cream. Well my experience with her was magnificent, she was so nice and understanding she met all my needs and expectations. Hannah went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I really want her to be recognized by someone for the extraordinary experience I encountered. Tinseltown has actual reclining seats, clean theater and restrooms. Careful that you only buy tickets for Tuesday on Tuesday or you will not get the reduced price online. The websites dont reward proper planning!!

1st. off, I will say the service is a bit slow, 2nd. I had to sit in row A. These seats r not good for anyone. No one should have to break their neck to see a movie. This row A should b tore out completely. 3rd. why was the volume turned down so low, I thought I was watching a movie with my grandma and she had the volume on 4, instead of 40 where it should b to properly watch a movie. 4th. I did expect the drinks to b expensive, but it was 11 dollars for 2 large drinks. Thats way over board. Overall it was a bad experience. At least the movie was great.

Nice theatre. Very clean. Friendly staff. Adult beverages in the lobby. 7 Bridges Grill and Brewery next door. Mellow Mushroom on the other side. Culhanes Irish pub across the parking lot. A great night out and no driving!

Had a great first movie experiment for my 3 year old grandson. Pretty sure we will be bringing him back again. He loved it.

First time going here. Nice theatre, but too dang busy. Comfy seats, yet theyre so squeaky when you adjust the recliner.

I went to see Little Woman here and it is so nice. Very nice snacks too. Lots of parking.

Good prices for Senior Monday... Theaters are comfortable, but AMC is better... Stairs in the auditorium are too high so I have to hold on to the railing in order not to trip or fall coming down the stairs

This theater was amazing. It felt like home( if that make sense) I love how the seats recline all the way back. You have the usual pricey movie snacks and drinks. The tickets for a matinee are always cheaper in this case splurge on the snacks. Plenty of parking available. Try the game room, plenty of games to play while waiting for the movie to start.

The theater was clean and the staff was very kind. The prices were high per usual but the bathrooms were fully stocked and very clean. I saw Shaft with Samuel L Jackson and there were no problems with the technical aspect of the theater. There is a ton of parking despite construction in the parking lot. A great experiment and family friendly

Very clean and the chairs are remarkable, however my husband pointed out that they are not conducive for younger dating couples making out like we did some 47 years ago....also the sound was a bit much and I turned my movement on my chair off as I felt it was giving away the excitement of the next clip.

Watched a movie with my 7 and 5 years old boys here. We bought tickets for the viewing with recliners. It was awesome.Plenty of room. Very comfy seats. You have assigned seats that you can choose online when you purchase.This allows you not show up so early to find a seat. Anything that minimizes wait time with children is crucial. They already have a hard enough time waiting for the previews to end.This is the only way to watch movies with your kids.

Clean and large theater near many good restaurants and Town Center is cpl miles behind it as well. The seats could be larger and recline more but not bad over all. I still find Regency theater to have the best seats in town. Here they have $5 all day movies on Tuesdays, so that is a big plus. Well kept restrooms also.

The new XD seats are very nice. They have an adjustment for a foot recline as well as back recline making it way more comfortable to position for taller people. Hats off to Cinemark. Sound is also top notch.

Toy Story 4 was so great I had the best time with my daughter she loved it I like the fact that you can recline back in chairs you dont get bumped into by other people the bathrooms were very clean the staff is very friendly to enjoy the movie it wasnt me bad price

Recliner seats are nice. Im spoiled and dont like general admission theaters. I like to know where Im sitting! My only constructive feedback is to lower the salt level in the popcorn. Good food choices and real Coca Cola.

We drive almost an hour from St. Augustine to see movies here!! We LOVE this theater!Theres nothing better than a comfortable recliner to enjoy your movies!The best part - there is 0% chance someone behind you can kick your chair.

Dating is excellent view viewing is wonderful no matter where youre sitting even if its a very very front row and the person I was with it couldnt be beat!

Love it! Great place to have a nice date and the upgrades theyve done to the theater have made it a place to frequent more often. My only wish is that they would implement a time period where kids under 18 are not allowed into the movie theater. They do that at other theaters and I feel it would allow a more consistent base of consumers to come at a specific time because they will KNOW they dont have to worry about underage kids... being underage kids and disrupting other movie goers experience. They do a moderate job of managing the crowds, but this is definitely an area of opportunity for Cinemarks Tinseltown location.

Been going to this theater for over ten years, and have never been disappointed once. Always go early and enjoy the movie then. The theaters are clean, concession stands are clean, the team members are courteous and polite. I love this place. I drive past the AMC in Regency to come here. Well worth the drive.

Great theater. Make it even better by buying the Cinemark subscription and the yearly tub. The subscription costs $9 a month but includes a free ticket so its basically free. The subscription gets you discounts in the concesions. The yearly tub and cup gets you discounted refills for a whole year.

Food and drink variety, reclining decent seats, fun time. Decent service, more movie times than other theaters.. it was late at night dont know what their schedules are, but.. bathrooms couldve been cleaner, stank badly. Otherwise, good for a relaxing fun evening~

After going to this place for the first time, I just can’t go back to the other theaters without reclining seats. I love the idea of being able to reserve your seat. The theaters are always clean. I have seen the staff sweep and wipe the seats after each show (i happened to see it because we arrived way too early for our show time). I enjoy their refillable large bucket popcorn and large drink. And this place is much cheaper than the other movie theaters in east Jacksonville.

Tinseltown is probably the best movie theater around, (besides AMC because i never went there but Tinseltown would probably be better because its cheaper). However i dont like the fact that you cant bring your own food into the theater. However, i usually sneak snacks into the theater anyway so its not really a problem. P.S. SPIDERMAN HOMECOMING WAS AN AWESOME MOVIE!!!! ESPECIALLY THE BOAT SCENE!!!!!
