Pinewood estates is not yet perfect but strives to be. some negative reviews have come from people not allowed to live here and even from friends and relatives of neighbors who have damaged the park. pinewood estates has room to grow, is slowly growing- and getting better.

Appearance is everything. Needs a lot of work. It looks as if management could care less as long as they get the rent...
