Lovely small park, surrounded by beautiful view of the valley. Theres an area for a family plus party too, along with bbq pits. For children there are swings, playhouses etc.

Nice park for outings, walking, and play area for the kiddos. Its clean and well kept. The pavillion has sturdy steel picnic tables with benches attached. There are porta potties and water fountains. Located right across the marketplace, there is a Walmart in case you forget charcoal for the mounted grill.

A small park just beside the road, has kids activity area like slides, swings, basketball court, loads of place to sit both in shade and out of shade. It also has a portable restroom, cant comment on the cleanliness as I didnt checked it. Overall a very less crowded little park, we really had a good time there.

Very good park for kids and elderly. Located near regal theater and retail shops. This park is perfectly located on top of the hill and you have nice breeze all the time and less mosquitoes issues than near by parks. Nice walking circle trail . nice inside grass gounds. Good number of swings, slides and public restrooms. Parking size is small but free and you have nearby regal free parking for free and ok for incoming crowd.

Great neighborhood park. Very accommodating. Porta toilets... not a fan. However, the upgrades through the years are nice. More shading and tables have been added. The gazebo is nice for small get togethers and celebrations. Close enough to many homes for walking to the park. The streets around the park are not too busy for walking families.

This is our local park. We go here all the time. There’s some space to walk, a playground, seating, a basketball court, and a large open field. I love it here.

Great little park to take the kiddos. Nice field. Covered playground with lights when it gets dark. Two covered gazebos with plenty of seats.

Small but nicely shaded park. Has swing set and two separate playscapes. This park has lots of open space which would be perfect for lunch on the lawn or a good game of tag. As I left I noticed 2 porta pottys, not sure if thats all they had but definitely something to think about before heading out there.

Best place for small family bbq /grill . It has kids play area and also good for morning walks

3+years, my kids enjoyed a lot in this park, and very neat maintenance all the time, quick accessible to road and Hollywood theatres and Walmart and for all places

Small park, very often you’ll find a lot of people walking, chatting or sitting on bench in shade/gazebo. This has a weather radar soccer ball nearby. Great views because of elevation. On clear days you can see downtown skyline of dallas. And long ways towards Adisson and Plano.

Love this little park. Has benches under cute little gazebo. Basketball court, huge field perfect for flying kites. And the view from the corner of the field out to the city is so beautiful.

Lots of fun activities n lot of kids come to play

Well maintained park. It is small for the neighborhood and gets filled up easily with way many adults than kids. There are many seating spots and covered structures which offer good shade. The water fountain is easily accessible. Parking a limited though and at times there will be a waiting just for parking.

Neat & good maintenance. Instead of temporary toilets If permanent toilets are constructed it shall be excellent.

Not from the area but have been staying close by. My kids and I love this park! Perfect for them. 2 small playgrounds, swings and lots of space to run. Plus picnic tables, we’ve taken lunch a few times! However have had a couple of experiences where I’ve felt extremely uncomfortable. One man appeared to be taking pictures of my daughter and followed us to our car. Another approached my son when no one else was around the area my son was in. However other than that I’ve met somebreally nice people there!

Good park with lot of benches to sit. They have open playground. Also they have grill for public use. Drinking water fountain. And lot of parking space. Would be good, if they plant few trees for shade. Safe place for kids to play and for adults to socialise.

All time favorite park to spend for my kids

A top on the hill neighborhood park, usually gets packed in the evening. Parking is limited, ample playing options for kids, a basketball court, park also has a large pavilion. Great for socializing, family outing and there is a approx. Quarter mile long walk trail. Traffic is increasing since more and more homes keep adding into this area.Check Blue Bonnets and wild flowers in the vicinity, too.

Lot of fun things to do for kids

My kids had fun, clean and well maintained, I liked the environment and the open space.

This is a nice park! The structures are shaded and there is a pavilion with plenty of seating. Water fountains are easily accessible. The only downside is the bathroom facilities - two Port-A-Potties and thats it.

Small park..

Nice little park. Two covered areas with playground equipment, some swings, a basketball half-court, a pavilion, and some open areas. Also a Pokemon Go gym and two PokeStops, though sadly those are not reachable from the playground equipment.

Nice park and my kid enjoys to play here with his friends. Play area with slides, swings, climbers etc. Almost 0.5 mile Walking / jogging area. Picnic spot with lots of covered seating.
