Very accessible from multiple directions. Lots of parking that is regularly patrolled by Irving Police. Kept clean and trash free. Lot of trees, nice trail, and fresh air to breathe. No masks required.

Love this trail you can walk, run, bike, roller blade or horse. Yes, your horse this is Texas. Very clean and porta potty only. No actual bathroom

Very small park, tiny playground. Very little parking, but has access to Campion Trail easily. I went to fish and had to hike 200ft or so through the uncut woods to get to the waters edge. Spotted a couple coyotes on the far bank.

Pretty nice here, just wish there was less mud on the sides of the path.

I wasnt here for that long, but the trail was in great shape, really good for cycling, and there were nice bursts of shade every so often.

Nice stretch of trail, good place to stretch the legs and get a little bit of speed on the long straight paths. Would like some more trees around but it is a flood plane so there is that.

Was visiting the Irving area and needed a place to run. I found this place and it was a tremendous blessing. Unfortunately, the parks to the south are closed. So, I was only able to run about two miles before I had to turn around. Then I ran to the park to the north, which is Sam Houston Park. That also was very nice. I was able to go about another 2.5 miles before that park ended. The final run was a little less than 9 miles. Lots of nature by the river. Very clean. Not well lit early in the morning. All in all in was a very good experience.
