One of my favorite parks in Irving. Has 2 playgrounds and one is covered. Splash pad and pond plus a recreational center make this a great place to bring kids!

Awesome place for a quick walk and to see the local ducks

A nice park and spalsh pad. The lake near the park has geese, ducks, and turtles that are super friendly and love bread. The park is safe and relatively clean. They have a Sandy area for working out that kids use as a sand box which is fun. They have grills we used for a cook out. Just had to bring coals, tin foil (the grill tops are yucky) and a lighter. The splash pad was pretty crowded but the park had less people. The lake and waterfall are beautiful to look at. The bridges are well kept and fun to cross. Overall a nice park. The bathrooms were dirty and paper was thrown everywhere so thats the only downside really.

I love the walkways, the water, the ducks. My children like the playground area except for at the moment we of course are not utilizing that part. I do wish there wasnt so much duck poop on the walkways but I guess that comes with there being so many ducks and other birds - which I do enjoy. In summer we like to go to the sprinkler area. All in all we enjoy coming here.

We just enjoyed the day. We fed the ducks, geese pigeons and turtles. The park has great shade in the evening.

There is a beautiful pond with lots of ducks and turtles. And very nice walking trails.

I love this park. I take my grandsons there every chance we get. They have a nice little playground but the best part is the ducks and swans. They have so many different types of ducks and beautiful tame swans. We feed them duck food pellets and theyre awesome!

What a lovely park! There are multiple walking bridges, walking trail, picnic tables, BBQ grills, a water park, water fountain and small waterfall and lots of wildlife! I saw red squirrel, geese, ducks, pigeons, and swans

Beautiful and serene. Family friendly.

Decent area well maintained lots of avian friends and even turtles. Sports areas and playground closed due to the rona but the walkway is marked so you can keep track of your run/walking distance. Unfortunately people like to leave trash everywhere.

A public place, small but nice park to spend good time. It has a running track round the park. Basket- Ball court, kids games, volleyball court and plenty of open space to hang around. Ducks and some other species of birds are attraction in the pond area. You can see people working out in the morning and evening.

Everyone is always respectful of others. There is a nice long walking trail around the lake. Which keeps alot of the path cooler during the hot months. I enjoyed walking here while pregnant. There was quite a bit of dog feces left on the ground that i noticed. That is of course a fault of the dog owners, not the park. Just a warning for those with small children. Keep an eye on them in the grassy areas.

We love the splash pad. Some of the fountains arent working properly. I feel they are neglecting it. Also people need to start picking up their trash. Not the parks staffs fault. I still give the park 5 stars.

Such a cute splash pad for the kids. Everything was clean and well kept. This will be our new go- to splash pad for the hot Texas summer.

Well thats an awesome park walking jogging actually theres indoor gym too.I do my daily activities at this park...i love Id recommend for anyone to enjoy walking there.

Lovely park. Its has a one mile walking path around a pond, kids park with pavillion and lots of ducks. Spray park and basketball court on the otherside.

This is our favorite park in Irving. Playgrounda are covered and huge. Trees are perfect for climbing up and hills perfect for rolling down. Nice walking trail. The grounds are very well-maintained. Highly recommended to anyone with or without kids.

Pretty good overall, but there are a ton of birds around the bridge and they make a real mess! But the trail is good, and it had a nice playground.

Great family park for everone!!!! Tennis court, volleyball, basketball court, swings and a great big playground for the babies. They also have a nice pond for the ducks and swans

Parents dont watch their kids like they should. Theres a lot of kids that dont like to share and like to hit. The area is great its just the people/kids

My daughter and I love to feed the ducks and play in the mini water park and jungle gym.

You can spend your afternoon time here. If you want you can Jogging, walking & gossiping with your friends & dearest one. Calm & quiet place.

Great place to go for a nice walk, or a good run around the trail that is marked with mileage. Good to bring the kids to as well.

My favorite part about this park is the huge pond full of all kinds of water birds, and the bridge and the lovely rocks and waterfalls that make it so appealing. In summer, the splash zone is great for the kiddos; the shaded playground is great year-round. The long looping trails are popular for walkers, and there is fitness equipment too. A fun park for all.

Great park with rec center, large playground, beautiful pond you can fish at (with liscense of course), public pool, tennis courts, jog path, work out area, and a small spray park for youngsters. A staple of this neighborhood for as long as I can remember.

Excellent place for the entire family. There is an activity for every age group. Its a peaceful and very diverse community. I take my walks here once a day. I love it.

Love the gym facility here. Its never very busy, they have all the equipment I use - basically treadmills, weight machines - and a small area for floor exercises. The fans and AC keep it nice and cool which I love. Also, they provide a deep discount membership for those over 50. Its perfect for me!

The wife and I visit this place from time to time. It is a great place to exercise and see some ducks. We love the trails and the flow of the place. Very nicely constructed and fun. Lovely park. Plenty of walking tracks.

I like to go there and walk around the pond. It usually isnt that crowded. Not a lot of trails to walk but the main ones are well kept. Good for short visits.

I accidentally discovered this park on my way to West Irving library. Its one of the nicest parks in Irving in my opinion. Its well maintained with enough trees for the shade. It has lake or maybe I should call it pond, with amazing tiny bird island. You can see plenty of them here: from ducks to seagulls. Park has artificial waterfall, which I loved from first sight. You can sit down on the bench and listen to the water. There is nice playground for children here too. Park has good trail for jogging.There is Northwest Recreation Center nearby with sport facilities.

Had a tharapy session was good.

Good clean area for kids to play. Paved paths where you can cycle or walk. Nice lake with birds and ducks.

We have good family times there.

I love this trail. I have been walking at that park for over 30 yrs.

Very nice park. Has huge walking trail, large lake and great playground area.Playground area has a foam type cushion floor with no wood chips. Part of playground is also covered during summer so you can stay out of sun. Also during summer there is a small water feature you ca splash around in.Large covered area adjacent to playground which can be rented out or used for meals if not reserved

Nice place to run or walk, the pond and the ducks in it makes it super fun for toddlers. There is also a place to do basic exercises with instructions. Basketball court outdoor and the recreational center has clean nice bathrooms.
