Relaxing, nice, and clean, except water fountain for drinking is not well maintained. I also see coyotes..otherwise Nice!

This is one of my favorite park in irvine. The shades are great, so if I want to avoid the crowd and hit the park at noon and post, the shades help my toddler from sunburn. Pretty clean and well maintained. Happened to use the restroom to wash hands, and was impressed by the cleanliness, more than what a public park should offer. I always find a place to park. Has two basketball courts. I wish people dont let their dogs poop on the grass where the kids play and have picnics.

Nice convenient park right off Harvard, clean, lots of parking (unlike San Carlos nearby) and easy to access.

Park is ok not really a place to lay down a blanket and relax with your loved one. HOA park. Play area for kids basketball courts bathroom good place for a walk around the green belt areas.

One of my favorite parks. I like that I can see the different age level playgrounds from one spot to keep an eye on all my kids.

I lived in the area forever and this was the first time at this particular locatiin and enjoying the company as well as the scenery.

Its a great park with clean grounds and well maintained rides for the kids. Only reason its not a 5 star is because their is only 1 restroom.

Its a fun park. But restrooms only for the residents. They put shades on top of playstructures but the tables are not really shaded. Parking lot with alot of spaces to park.

Very cute park with slides, swings for both big and little ones, sand scoops, and tons of climbing ropes! One side is for 2-5 and the other is for older children. They also have picnic tables around the park and a big grassy field next to it. Visibility to watch multiple kids at once is pretty good! If you are coming with one active and one in a stroller you can take your stroller around the whole park.

They have a huge grassy area with nothing on it.put at least a soccer goal net.something.Almost perfect.

Nice place for kids and all ages..

This is a very pretty park! The playground for children is cool with lot of play options - slides, swings, sand toys. They also have a walk/jog loop going around a green grass field. It is a nice place to have kids birthday parties or potlucks. Overall a very nice place in the neighbourhood. We go there all the time with our 4 yr old.

Small, has a basketball court. Pretty clean, has a lot of stuff for kids to play on. Wouldnt come back, other bigger better parks for me to drive to. This is more so for the people that live right next door.

We are not Irvine residents, but in the area. Cool park, but tons of trash. We live in Costa Mesa and Ive never seen such trash at our parks. My kids and I picked up what we could. It was surprising. Maybe a bad bunch of visitors before us.

Cool park with an awesome playground. My 5 year-old daughter loves the playground.Sandbox is in the shade and the play area has padded floors!

My daughter loves this park. There are good play structures for multiple age groups that are shaded for the most part and nice clean sand area to dig in. There are usually plenty of friendly kids for her to play with. The big field is excellent for flying kites or just running around. A couple basketball courts round out the area for older kids and adults.A couple BBQs and picnic tables under a shade structure are available for impromptu gatherings right next to the play structures and there is a decent sized building that can be rented through the city for larger parties. The building also has nice clean bathrooms and drinking fountains, always a plus.

Needs better/brighter lights for the basketball courts since it gets dark earlier now and soon...the current lighting is not effective

I love this park! It is appropriate for a very wide range of ages and abilities. There is a ropes/obstacle course for older kids, a huge sand area with digging activities, big and little kid swings, a huge field, basketball goals, and clean bathrooms.

Very nice park with play area for kids. Convenient parking and a walking path that loops around the large lawn area makes this a good spot for adults too.

It’s time to see and chill out at Sweet Shade Park. The various of spring flowers has been blooming.

Sweet Shade is a sweet park! My oldest likes to go here because there is a gigantic climbing structure that looks like a complicated web of ropes and blue metal and plastic.

Sweet Shade Park is a place I love to hang out with my Besties, It really does have quite a bit of trees to make it shady and its a really great place for picnics and Entertaining children ALL ages!

It has a nice community room for meetings.

Nice park with some standard play structures, an open field, and some facilities. Tends not to get crowded but there is nothing outstanding here.
