Its a neat tidy park. They have a little stream, not sure how clean it is but there are some ducks in it. Fun for kids. Theres some open grassy area where my kids love to run or play frisbee & such. Playground is closed because of covid-19. Ample of parking. Not usually crowded.

I like this park as it is shaded by tall trees. You can sit with picnic blanket and be completely in shade or partially. It is quiet and plenty of space. Often, there are people flying their drones there. I recommend this place. There are clean bathrooms, places to cook out, and they do not use chemicals to keep the grass up.

Very spacious park, the restrooms were very clean when we visited. There is a small creek where several kids enjoyed walking barefoot on the water, even though the origin of the water is from a pipe that who knows were its coming from, but either way, there are several areas were to relax under the shade and enjoy nature.

What a great location! Went there for a place to eat as theres no dine-in options due to Covid....The picnic area was perfect with tons of shade. There are 2 parking lots so if youre using Google Maps, search for Turtle Rock Park Picnic Area.

Love the hike there, its not hard but you can get a nice workout after work. Its not a busy trail, so can really relax. There are many trails in Irvine, pretty safe and well maintain trails.

The only thing bad about the park my iPhone don’t get any signals but there is a WiFi at the park a city WiFi for free but not too strong

Its a beautiful park to take my grandson to so he can run around, see the ducks, and play on the available contraptions when access is resumed. He is 2.5

Tennis courts are not usually crowded. Good parking for walking a network of hiking trails passing thru the area.

Nice little park just outside of Shady Canyon. Clean bathrooms, shade, bike friendly, vending machines with snacks and drinks, water bottle filling station.

Very peaceful family friendly atmosphere. Fun to walk my dog amongst the ducks. Will definitely be back to try the trails soon.

Behind nature center there is a trail. Friday classes are so fun for my 3 year old. Bring a hat for the playground.

I love this place!

Has a good auditorium with stage. The hall is empty and we need to arrange chairs and tables as needed. The stage is not huge, but good enough for small stage events. Thanks maximum occupancy is 454 persons. There is a good size kitchen with refrigerators and gas stoves. There are restrooms in the building. There are some more rooms for other events and a good open space backyard with grill.

Fun and adventures for kiss and family

Love this place. We come on our scooters and we feed the ducks and my 5 years old likes the swings and the playground.

Boomer canyon

A large size community park with abundance of amenities. Tennis courts, volleyball field and playground plus many picnic tables.

Dirty facility, but has a nice recreation area.

Overflow parking to Bommer Canyon. And a nice park in general.

Excellent Tennis courts, sand Volleyball, Basketball half court, Kids play area, beautiful green fields, tall trees, flowing water spring, playful ducks and kids enjoying the water, nice walkways, ample picnic areas, benches, nice meadow and a fun community center! There’s something for everyone at this inviting local park in Irvine. A great place to get out, hike, jog, play, or just relax and enjoy the nature. Leave your worries behind... For the adventurous, Bommer Canyon is just a short hike away. My Friday office awaits...

Great little park without the hustle and bussle of most parks in Irvine. Nice and quiet.

A beautiful community park nestled in the Irvine community of Turtle Rock. The park itself has a large picnic area with a small creek running beside it. It also has playground facilities close by and is a jumping off point for some great hiking in the nearby hills. There are tennis courts and a community center on site.

The stream, nature center, tennis courts, and community center are great! I just wish they had more city events at this park! I spent many hours here as a kid, and its a great place to take a break while running or biking near Turtle Rock.

Nature center has great trails for the kids. The park itself has a huge open field for whatever activity comes to mind. Also, there are rarely parties here, so if youre looking for a peaceful day at the park, this is a great choice

Beautiful, secluded park

This park is small, but beautiful! Green and lush, and so many ducks on the little Creek that crosses through.

This park has a community center, tennis, play fields, and a small amphitheater. It I also the best place to park for a summer evening ride or hike in Bommer Canyon, since parking at Bommer Canyon closes at 6:30.

Good park for sometime to spend on the weekend. Flies could be annoying for kids.
