I dont like to complain but the service wasnt good with my experience. Seems like we did more waiting then anything then the food came it wasnt hot but it was tasteful. I will go again give it another try cause you know some days be better then others. Just step it up you guys

Took 10 minutes just to get a server to get our drink and appetizer order. Then the appetizer came out with our food it tasted delicious but Im sure it would have been even better if it was hot when it arrived! There were only a handful of customers so plenty of games were open. We did enjoy playing the games and the virtual reality game was pretty awesome. It was a little pricey for the amount of games we got to play for the amount of money. I had high hopes for this place and I gotta say I was kinda disappointed.

Good place to go to with family and friends!! Good eats. Good games. Ok prizes. Have been to this location once. But other locations back home in NC. We really enjoy coming to Dave and Busters. Good customer service. Good atmosphere.

Great time. We got the 40$ Game card to share between the wife and I and had a blast. Then at dinner and got some good food and drinks. Expect to spend a bit if money. Well worth it though.

What a great place! Fun and exciting atmosphere. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. There were lots of really fun games, I had a blast. Was there for a company team building outing, hosted by Dave and Busters and they did a great job. The food was good and the staff was very engaging. On your own, it with a group I would recommend this place.

Terrible place. Waiter NEVER came after over 45 minutes of waiting. Someone (assuming it was a manager) came over and asked if our table was okay even though THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE TABLE. We told him about not having a waiter and he said he would send someone. 10 minutes later, still nothing. People being seated and orders being taken before ours. Terrible. Won’t ever TRY to eat here again.

Very rude employee. Was getting in my face pretty much yelling at me for talking to my niece with my mask a little bit down so that she could hear me through the whole Ruckus in the building. Not once but twice for not wearing my mask properly when I had her and so many others were doing the same but only attacking me for it. Let alone people not even wearing a mask at all. And absolutely no social distancing. If theres going to be a mandate on wearing a mask, then they need to be mandating them over their nose instead of just their mouth because its respiratory illness and not a mouth or lung illness. And hire polite workers instead of ones that get in your face and rude workers.

No offense.. We stood at the front reception desk for about 15 minutes and no one helped us... there were also kids congregating inside of the bar area. We ended up leaving without being greeted. The bartender also saw us and didnt help. - this was our experience.. I would have given one star, but the place did look covid-clean.

Had snacks and drinks in the restaurant area and had a terrific waiter whose name tag said you. No sure of real name but we had some great nachos and he kept our drinks full.

They really did amazing in a post Covid-19 world. My ASD son was having such a hard time and Bailey was so amazing to help, and when we told the manager he was quick to go compliment her too. This is the reason we keep coming back here and giving them our business. My son loves it and the staff is always helpful.

To be honest, we lost money at Dave and Busters when we went to celebrate my sons birthday.1. First, we had an issue with the app. My son added money to purchase chips and it didnt properly load. When we discussed it with the manager, he said the app was run by a third party and he couldnt help so we were out $40.2. There were 5 of us in our party and between all of us, we counted more than 6 games that took our money but didnt allow game play. The first couple of games, we asked an employee to help and he gave us a replacement game swipe but we waited quite awhile for him, so we gave up after that.All around, it was both a fun and a frustrating experience. But then again, were dealing with a pandemic, so I gave grace and 4 stars despite it all.

Had my daughters birthday party there... Wonderful staff and fast. They were friendly and did a great job on keeping everything clean.

Im 15 and Dave and busters is really fun. Its for teens and adults. Even kids. Somewhere to have fun and forget about time.

Good food, good drinks, service was fast and he knew all about the menu. Games were fun. Bought lots of toys for the kids. Had a really good time.

Our waitress constantly had her nose peeking over her mask, but luckily we had her tonight, and not the other, older waitress who had her mask down at her neck while she was serving food to another table. Yikes. Menu is still small due to Covid, which is fine, but the Goldfingers tasted like they were out of a bag from Costco, and not their normal quality. Plenty of signage out front about wearing masks, but no enforcement in the arcade area. Just a meh experience overall, like everyones feeling Covid-fatigue. The number of maskless kids and adults made us uncomfortable enough to leave without recharging our game card. Well be back, but itll probably be several months, and hopefully theyll be back to their pre-Covid quality.

Arrived 830pm. 20 min wait. Got in. Sat at a table. Waited 20 mins for a server. 5 mins. for a drink. 30 mins for the check and if it was sooner we wouldve ate. We almost didnt have time to play the arcade. Was poor service. 4 server 2 bartenders and only 6 tables occupied.Every other game is running. 5 were broken. 1 ate my credits.Wont go back. Not by personal choice.

Love this place - the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because a machine was broken and we lost a bit of money trying to reload a card. It was definitely a very small inconvenience and I wouldnt let that hinder you from enjoying yourself here. The games are fun and the food is quite tasty as well. The staff is always friendly.

Not off to a good start, took forever to get seated and get drinks, no one to seat us had to walk back and forth between the 2 areas to eat until someone finally sat us down. Finally get seated and the waitress was rude and kept cutting us off when we spoke and at one point walked away while we were talking to her. She yelled at other employees in front of us and the customers who were being seated. We had to talk to a manager to get a paper menu and get appetizers since waitress walked around and talked. I dont want to blast her name on here. Then to top it off our food came COLD!!Then we get to the VR ride and we had to load the attraction to card, coming back after loading it the guy at the vr ride took off and was playing a game and we had to wait for him to come back. NOT IMPRESSED.

Very nice place to hangout, i liked playing connect four basketball and air hockey so many different games. The food is very expensive, but the token prices are reasonable and the prizes are not toooo bad lol

Very safe even with covid19 they had hand sanitizer and gloves to wear before you played the games and it wasnt very busy so it was almost like I had the whole place to myself so if you like arcades with good food but dont like large crowds this is the perfect time to go.

Food was cold service was bad. Only people in bar area. Ordered drinks got them then its like our server(busy doing the diner side) disappeared. And when we where able to order food it came out luke warm and we where never asked if we needed anything else to drink. Good thing the water was cold and good.

Its a little pricey but we played a ton of games for what we paid.the food was super good. We shared a plate of loaded nachos and three chicken tacos between the 3 of us and we were all stuffed.They advertise this place for adults to have fun, but it was swarming with kids. I was expecting it, but it was really busy when we went on a saturday afternoon. The games were fun though and all but like 2 were up and running and we saw people out working on them and cleaning.

I am here right now. Too many people are not wearing masks and are wearing them inappropriately. They walk in with them but once they get inside they pull them down or completely take them off. Staff is not ensuring that their mask rule is being enforced.

Wonderful staff! The food was really great. Our event was so amazing! The chiro bar was spectacular (it was unbelievable how many toppings they had). It was such a fun place! There were many games and lots to do. Thank you Jennifer, Jasmine, Ghee, Levi and staff for making everything so seamless and taking such great care of our guests!!!! ️️️

First time visiting this weekend. Overall I really liked this place. Kids had a great time and the food was delicious. It was busy when we were there. Didnt take long to get a table. What I didnt understand was children arent allowed to sit in the bar area (like at tables not at the bar) where there were several 4 top tables open. But adults are allowed to bring thier drinks in the game area? We saw several alcoholic drinks unattended while they played games. It was fun though. Well be back.

Overly crowded, none of the games were being wiped down people running around with no masks. menu is very limited. left quickly. felt too dirty and unsanitary for COVID-19 standards.

Boo. So many people letting their kids run around with no masks- touching everything- games not working - couldnt find an employee any where when a game was freaking out with an alarm saying notify an employee - its not very clean unfortunately. The team at the front desk was friendly but past the front door-forget about it.

We have a great time when we are there. However, it seemed like whenever there was a problem with a game it would take longer than usual to fix.

It alright, hard to talk somebody when have loud music going and hard to hear what service say. Also had wait on service to bring refill longer than you think even not busy. Wish they could turn music down where we can hear and talk same time instead screaming. Not enough ice when I ask for to refill with ice tea. Should had full cup of ice for tea.

Brought my son here when it opened on Monday morning. We were the only ones in there for a bit so it was actually nice. They werent doing the 20 dollar unlimited wings and games deal but the waitress gave both of us unlimited game cards for free with our meal. That was unexpected and awesome. Food was decent and the games were a blast.

Kids love it way to much money. I wish they had things for toddler to do.

I called to book a party and was told I was getting an email sent to pay 50% of the party and an confirmation. Two hours go by, no email. So I call again and I am nowhere to be found in the system and the all of sudden the shared space is booked. Terrible customer service.Edit: I was contacted by a Sales manager and this issue was resolved.

Lighting is a little bit too dark for me because I am vision impaired but I still love to visit and play games. I do agree with one of the comments, things could probably be cheaper. Is the indianapolis location open again or is it still closed?

Dave and Busters is a fun atmosphere with lots of different arcade games. Food is decent. Dessert is good, but inferior to Cheesecake Factory. If youre looking for casual fun with the family, this is a good place to go. However, as a casino gambler, I find Dave and Busters jackpots to be high in frequency, but severely lacking in size. In other words, it is a lower dosage form of entertainment/gambling. Less exciting, but a lot cheaper.

Dave & Busters is always fun I just wish it wasnt so expensive. I feel like they could come down on some of their pricing especially for food I mean already spending a billion dollars on video games while youre there or maybe make the video games cheaper so people will stay and eat more food I dont know. I like the place I just wish it was cheaper.

This was the first time we had ever been to Dave and Busters. It really was a great time, a bit pricey but the food was great as well as the games. The kids walked away with prizes they wanted. You seemed to be able to win tickets faster than other places similar to here.

Always helpful and friendly staff. The do really well at keeping up after the amount of people in the building whether that is people eating or games. This location is always clean. Me and my friends will keep coming back!

I was excited to be going to a Dave & Busters for the first time. We didnt eat or drink, only came for the arcade. A decent collection of games to play but a good portion of them were broken down at some point during our visit. After watching people play them before us, then it becoming our turn the games have had a malfunction with various issues.I would return without a doubt. Just better maintenance would be nice

We love Dave and Busters! This visit was to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and they did not disappoint. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the worlds largest Pac-Man. I never said the were good at it, but they enjoyed it . We will definitely be back!!

I wish I would have known to request a table to eat when I first arrived. It was my familys first time. My son had fun but there was no where to sit unless you ordered food or went to the bar. It is definite3ly a place for just my husband and I. The wait for a table was almost 2hrs for a table. It just wasnt a good experience, especially because we drove 2 1/2 hrs from South Bend to go. But..my 10yr old son had fun!!

This is adult and kid friendly. There is something for everyone. Food is good and customer service is great. I would highly recommend this place for some family fun!

Food was just OK, games are crazy expensive but $350 later we had fun. Social distancing practice is ok, they close half the games usually the good ones.

I go to Dave and busters a lot and I really enjoy their game selection. I have had problems before with machines not paying out jackpots properly but most of the time the management will do the best they can to fix a problem. Their food is good and the atmosphere is fun. It’s a Great place to take kids and also a good sports bar if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall I would recommend visiting. Wednesday’s are the best for their half-price games.

The food was pretty tasty but not worth the price in my opinion. We shared the nachos and each had an entree and the seven of us were plenty full. My nephews had fun playing the games, but there werent really any that enticed myself or my husband to buy a play card. Overall we had a good time.

Every single advertisement you see about D&Bs show ADULTS having a drink and a good time. This place is a glorified chuck-e-cheese. Kids crawling all over the place. Amazing selection of new and modern arcade machines of many varieties. I had only ever been to this location, and was let down when I realized this was nothing like the place in the commercials. Staff seemed unenthusiastic to be there, and I honestly dont blame them.

We have been coming to this location for many years. The staff has always been courteous and friendly, we always feel welcome here! I highly recommend, a fun place to take the kids or just to be a kid at heart!They also have great food, bonus... and lots of TV’s to keep everyone in the group/family happy!!!!

Lots of fun for my granddaughters birthday celebration.

A friend and I went here for the first time. We are HUGE arcade fans but this one wasnt the best. There were still way too many kids running around (could have just gone to Chuck E. Cheese). It was a little busy but nothing crazy. The game selection was alright, but a little bleak. It had all the basics and some of my favorites even but it was still missing something.

Absolutely great time. Everyone there was super friendly and way helpful. Will definitely be back over and over again. Thanks for the memories. Big smile on my face when I left.

Everyone had a blast from me all the way down to my t year old. Amazing place. No place has ever been able to please all 6 of us. This was our first time there and definitely wont be our last.

Dont get me wrong we had a blast here eating and playing games, but I have no desire to go back after we paid our final bill! This place is so expensive! We had 2 adults and 3 teen age kids and after eating and buying 4 club cards cost us $320.00! It cost $208.00 for the game cards and $112.00 for food and all but two non alcohol drinks, which wasnt bad for the five of us to eat on. The food was pretty good, but I can think of so much more we could have done for that price.

It was really great fun game and great food me and my sister order this one drink that came with a light up ice cube and we gotten to keep it. We had my older sister birthday there and it was amazing. The wait was a little long and it is a pricey but other than that we had fun. (And those are the cubes in there mouths lol)

Parents can wait the kids playing while having meal at the same time. There are many games to play. This is a fun place.

Amazing as always. While the food is good I didnt visit for that this time. I usually go here to spend the afternoon with my son doing one of his favorite activities, video games. Dave and Busters have an amazing arcade. Games from almost everything imaginable. VR, cornhole, Halo, Terminator, Star Wars, Mario Kart, Simpsons just to name a few. These games are something you cant play anywhere else. I highly recommend for the arcade, the food is a bonus. The atmosphere is a little loud and crowed but all to be expected. EPIC time was had and will return again.

We have been here several times always as a family. The food is great, always something new on games. I like how we could seperate and play our own games then play games as a family. It was just so much fun

This place is AWESOME! It was our first time to visit a Dave & Busters and they did not disappoint at all! Lunch was reasonable and very tasty, the restaurant was clean and pleasant, wait-staff was friendly and very responsive, even though they were very busy with what we noticed were a few large baseball groups!Bathrooms were spotless as well as the game area. All the games worked well without any issues that we could notice!There is plenty of parking here and every staff member that we came into contact with was friendly and helpful... We will be back, thanks for the great time!!!

Its a bit expensive for what you get, I spent $15 on tokens and got to play for about an hour, ticket payouts arent good at all. With 200 tickets I was able to get two packs of fun dip. Food was good, but service was sub-par.
