Wow!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Easy online booking, with a follow-up call from the very friendly and knowledgeable party coordinator. Friday night party, met her at special event table as specified. We were early, but she got the kids going with bowling and drinks, introduced us to Shawn, who was overseeing our food buffet. Hot and tasty fries, sliders, chicken nuggets, and donut holes with choc. and caramel sauce- yummy! The food was served quickly and always with a smile. The entire time we were there, all staff were smiling and accommodating- such a great, fun experience! We paid extra for sundaes - SO worth it!!! Kudos to staff and management for doing their jobs so well. Well be back!

My son got the High Score on basketball! My 3 year old daughter had a blast bowling because they had metal ramps you could use that assist handicapped or small children! Laser tag was fun but there were too many people in too small of an area and the instructions (like how to hold the gun while youre shooting someone to get points or where you need to aim on the vest) was not explained very well beforehand. Overall a Great Experience!

Had my son’s birthday party here...he loved the party, the bowling, and the arcade. Because he was too small to do the laser tag we added money to the arcade card. Each kid had $40 to spend at the arcade. Even the parents had fun and bowled and acted like a kid for the day. Thanks for making it a moment to remember.

Was really disappointed with Maine event yesterday. I realise it was a Sunday and I was fine with waiting, but you shouldnt make anyone pay a head when you have an hour plus wait. Also I asked the guy if I could put my number in somehow so I could go grab a bite to eat up the road and he said we could do that . Then he proceeded to hand me a buzzer and say that I couldnt leave. Luckily, I hadnt paid yet so I just said forget it. I shouldnt have to pay a head to reserve a lane when you honestly have no idea how long it could be. They should try to get some kind of reservation service set up where hot can put your information in and receive a text or call. The prices are also ridiculous. $36/hr plus shoes is way too high. I love bowling but the prices are just getting too high to go much anymore. I would rather go support a smaller local bowling alley. Also when did the bowling get removed from the $7 unlimited play? I used to there in San Antonio when I lived there and it was included.

I had my sons 10th birthday party here. It was a blast. All the kids and parents enjoyed their self. Thank you ME for having a family, friendly place for parties at a reasonable price. The young girls that hosted the party were really nice and fun!!!

Very entertaining place. I would definitely recommend Main Event as a place to hang out and have fun. There was so much to do and my personal favorite (laser tag) was very fun and entertaining. 5 full stars and i would love to come back. Very very fun and best place for entertainment.

Our host, Elijah was absolutely amazing! He was very polite, attentive, quick, friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely efficient and did everything with a smile! All of the parents at the party commented on how impressed they were with him and how polite that he was. He definitely made my sons birthday party flow flawlessly and a memorable experience. We would definitely have another party at Main Event because of him! Elijah is an asset to this location and we will most definitely request him for our next party. Thank you so much, Elijah! Jackson had an amazing 10th birthday because of you! All of the kids had an amazing time with bowling, laser tag and the arcade!All the food that the adults ordered from the restaurant came out extremely fast, looked awesome and tasted great!

This place is amazing. The good was delicious. If you are having a party or event (any size), you need to book it here. This facility pays close attention from the CLEAN bathrooms to the incredible food. Everything in this facility look new!

The night it self was great we already had a loaded card with credits to play. And was able to play pool and Lazer tag. The reason Im giving this a two star review is because the area where you play pool was filthy. I understand it was 10 or 11 at night but there 4 tables that hadnt been busted and part of the bar that needed cleaning. I took it upon my self to start cleaning so my group and i could have somewhere to sit.

Went last weekend with my family. We had a great time. Hubs played laser tag with our oldest while I played video games with our youngest. Food was excellent, service was a little slow because our ordering device was for a completely different table BUT the staff worked around the issue and we were satisfied with our overall experience. We will be going back today.

Edit 11/21/19: I spoke to the GM and he was very kind and genuine about the situation. I believe that he truly went above and beyond because I never felt the customer service was bad or that I wouldn’t record this place. But the GM showed his dedication to customer satisfaction and made it feel like my small mishap was important. So again I appreciate the customer service and would definitely highly recommend this place. It is one of my favorite spots to go out to.I absolutely love going here. In fact I highly recommended it. It’s great for my 2yr old as well as my boyfriend. IWe have a great time every time we come and they have incredible deals throughout the week. Now the downside is that on 2 occasions I ordered food when I first arrived and never received my food by the time I left, which was close to closing time. I have waited hours and talked to countless people, including managers about getting my food that I ordered. I was lucky that I brought a backup dinner for my son because we literally waited almost 4 hours and never received any food. And we didn’t leave until 11:30, and they close at 12. I will probably never try ordering food there again but this is my only complaint. The staff that I spokeoo to was nice, the manager offered a token for our struggles so I’m not dissatisfied with customer service.

Dont eat at the restaurant the service is terrible. Took 25 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them and over a hour to get our food. All the servers were standing around talking. Will never go there again. We enjoyed the bowling and arcade.

Great place big and lots of options! We did wait 45 minutes to get water and appetizer ( some sort of emergency?) However, we had a blast and so did kids. Parents very prepared no lockers, lots of seating but if packed belongings might be an area. Unload the kids, make sure everyone has gym shoes and cross body bags and have fun. We had a 3yr old, 15yr old and us had a ball!!!!!

Definitely had fun at this spot. That laser tag definitely made this better than D&Bs. One of many spots I will have to hit up when I visit the Nap again.

My Friend And I Had A Great Time Playing The Games And What Not But When We First Got There I’m Not Sure How Many Times I Asked A Server How Do We Order Food And Nobody Knew. Also The Area Where You Play Pool Was Filthy. We Actually Had To Sit At A Bar And Order Food And The Server Mixed Up My Drink. I Asked For A Sprite And They Gave Me Some Alcoholic Beverage (I’m Pregnant) After They Gave Me The Correct Drink We Ordered Our Food And Sat Somewhere Else . I’m Not Sure If It’s The Night That We Came Or What But BOTH Of Our Burgers With Bacon Were Burnt . It Was Absolutely Horrible . I Won’t Be Eating From There Again, But The Games Are Fun

I would definitely recommend this place the atmosphere is very nice me and my son twin laser tag is 7.99 for the whole night. it was my first time going and I definitely had a blast. Main Event is a fun place. For teens/adults. I took my teens there for a bday party. They had a blast. The Teen Party is plenty! Only thing I had a problem with - They served food for our event buffet style and didnt have tongs or serving tools to pickup the food, so everyone had to grab with hands Kids didnt seem to mind, as an adult it bothered me.

One of my first experiences here at this establishment visiting with my family member, which so happened to be Employee of the Month. While standing next to the alleged employee area, a manager named Mark decides to bump into me unnecessarily and then does not say Im sorry, but responded with he was trying to get to his team in a designated employee area. After being disrespected, I said let me just go outside as Im not welcomed here and he responds with, yeah, thatll be good.See the attached pictures and images of the person who flat out was disrespectful. Id strongly advise avoiding Main Event period. Also, please do note if you identify any signage that suggests an employee only area.

We rented one of the party rooms for an hour. Our contract stated we needed to order a certain amount of food ahead of time which we did a month prior to the event. A week before, we were called and confirmed the order. 45 min into the room rental, our food hadnt arrived and we had to be out of the room in 15 min. Finally, someone came in and told us the food was on its way and that we didnt need to rush to exit the room, but the next group had arrived who rented the room after us and had to wait outside of the room while we were waiting for our food to arrive. Finally, the food came but we were missing a few items we ordered. We felt rushed to eat it and get out. We boxed everything up and had to take it all to tables at the bowling alley. The manager tried to make up for it by giving the kids free game play. It was poorly planned out on Main Events end. I would not recommending booking an event here, I definitely wont in the future.

Every birthday party is the place to go for my niece and nephews even for my own kids, the service is amazing, the food is amazing, the personnel is very professional, I love it and Im sure if you visit this place youll love it too.

Went on Christmas Eve 2019 and SAT for 30 min before even getting a drink, then about 30 after that our server came back and asked us what we would like to eat, we decided to just pay for my drink and my fathers sweet tea. They charged us $7.70. DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF.

Fun way to spend some time with family and friends. Theres something for everyone. Kids and teens can keep themselves occupied and adults can relax and enjoy some time with other adults.

The bathrooms were disgusting. So dirty pee everywhere. They did not place correct food order. Had to wait over 30 minutes for wings. The waiter asked “if we were straight... if we were cool . Not professional at all. While waiting for food the waiter had our food but stopped to laugh and talk to a fellow employee. I will never come again. Worst experience ever !! Do not waste your time or money !!

My co-workers and I were there over lunch and then played some laser tag. Our food took a very long time to be served and besides a group from another company, we were the only ones there so there was no apparent reason why it took so long for our food to arrive. Our waitress hardly came to check on us during that time. The laser tag was fun but I thought the course was a bit small.

The place seemed pretty cool, but after a half hour waiting to be served at the bar, my group and I called it and left. From the looks of it, those waiting for food were thinking of doing the same. The prices didnt seem too bad, but the service was very obviously lacking.

We were recently there for a birthday party and they took wonderful care of us. Our guests were late getting there, so they were flexible and moved our party down to the bowling lane a little early. Our party host, Inez, was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. All interactions with all of the staff were very positive, and we certainly felt like they appreciated our business. Ive been there in the past and staff were not very friendly or attentive. Definitely a good change. Keep it up Main Event managers and team!I would highly recommend this place for a birthday party.

It is the best place, and they gave me the best last birthday party of my life!! Charity who ran the operation was so awesome and she helped make the party so fun and worked so hard to keep everything organized. The food was top notch and the laser tag and game were so epic. The only downside was we didnt get tickets to redeem for prizes but we could play unlimited games and laser tag. Would totally recommend them anytime!!!!

Employees were rude and obviously did not care about how they treated their customers. The bar tender took forever with our drink orders. We waited 3 and half hours just to bowl. Kids were running around the bar!! This place is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. Even the security guard didnt give a damn. I doubt theyll fix any of these issues. So sad but good luck!

Very nice venue for corporate outings. Spacious and well lit. The staff is super accommodating too. Awesome games.Craft beer selection could be better; there was nothing local. Bottled beer is overpriced.

So much to do! Everyone was happy with the choice, no one got bored! Thats saying a lot for taking two 17yr olds and three 16yr olds! Food was good, we had pizza and the staff was very nice and helpful!

Went for a company outing recently. Fun place, lots of game options (bowling, billiards, video games, laser tag). Catered food was about what Id expect.

The staff at main event are AWESOME ! The GM DJ is great he was very professional and accommodating. My server Shawn has a great personality very funny and entertaining. Tommy was another employee that has a very professional attitude about his self I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that wants to just have a great night out with their family. I wish there was more I could do to let the world know chick fil a isn’t the only place with great customer service. Main event staff you guys ROCK!

Celebrated my sons 14th birthday party here. You definitely get your moneys worth if you book a party the staff was super friendly, very attentive, and the venue is a very clean place for an event.

Never have I ever been to a place so disorganized or racists. Bathrooms are gross. We ordered food while waiting to bowl and we didnt get to bowl or eat because the wait was over 2 hours. We were told food wait was 30 minutes and bowling was an hour. We were there for my sisters birthday. Luckily they did alright. I wonder how they get money because the table next to us left without paying and when we said something they didnt care.

Pretty fun mix to act like a kid again. Went with a group laser tagging. Beer plus laser tag plus good food = happy day

Great for a work party. Not very good food. Perfect for a work party. It took people 30 minutes to get drinks from the bar. Not a cool place unless you are having a work party.

So much fun (for adults too) far better than Dave and Busters in my opinion. For a group of 20 adults with a company budgeted team building day, we got so much more from Main event than Dave and Busters.

We came to celebrate my daughters birthday. It was our first being there. They had really good deals on the games. Everyone enjoyed the laser tag and bowling. Everyone had A great time, except when it came time to eat. The service couldve been better. The wait time was crazy. They were messing up on our orders. I think next time we will eat before we come.

Went for new years eve with two teenagers to be there all night. Nobody said anything about them having to leave at 10pm. They forced us out after.having spent several hundred on food and entertainment. Poor managenent and negative experience. Other issues, food quality and service as some food never delivered out of ice for sodas no lettuce for salad. Would not have minded till were forced out.

Took my 9yr. old for Fall Break. It was fun,we had a good time. The food was delicious. The cost was very high. I spent over one hundred dollars for the two of us. I should have not been surprised due to the location. We did bowl, and Lazer tag.

To be clear, I was not there for entertainment as I attended an info session consisting of different speakers (by the pool tables). Although the space was nice and private, unfortunately, I dont think the venue is conducive to these types of events due to its constantly loud background noise of arcade and bowling alleys - it was very difficult to hear the speakers. Besides this, the staff was very friendly and seemed like a great place for some family fun.

Love it here minus one star for slow service and being open so early on Thanksgiving. A place thats all about family entertainment should know better. They should have a way to page a server and play music.

Great place to take in on a weekend. Lots of activities and things to so for both kids and adults. Perfect door teenagers as well. definite place where you can go spend 2 to 3 hours. Nice bowling lanes with plenty of seating and tables for eating and drinking. Really nice waiting area... Great place to take any size group. The staff was friendly and always checking to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be a go to spot for our family.

Service in the register took forever. The alleys were not oiled up. People waiting on food to be ordered were good. Mainly the registers were the problem.

When we got there we ended up getting the pass for 12 to close at not $20 each but $26 each thoit says $19.99 each and the pass was for laser tag, bowling, and billiards and that is all. We had no help with anything and when we went to go bowl there was a waiting line and we were going to have to wait for 2 hours to just bowl one game. The laser tag place had way to many playing at once and the billiards was half open. There was also 3 parties going at once. I will never go again and should have just got a refund to begin with and it was not worth it at all.

This is my third time at main event and THIS time I was disappointed. There was one staff Brandon who was very helpful and did his job. The other staff there was lazy, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful the individuals working at the front. My sister and law was called a B word by one of the female staff. The food(boneless wings) were not good, the fries were ok. But one thing I did like was the bowling part.

The service was good once it started. You have to use a table kiosk to order which is fine but you cant add notes to your order. We always enjoy playing Billiards and shuffle board.

Recently had a birthday party and the Main Event staff was fantastic! All the kids had a blast!

They advertise gravity ropes but dont have here. Dave and busters is better then here. Unless you want to bowl. Then your good to go!

Like a Dave & Busters, except its in Indianapolis. Laser tag and arcade, bowling, food drinking. Our friend who threw a surprise birthday party seemed happy with the way they were treated.

The Main Event was clean, the food was delivered in reasonable amount of time, and the staff was helpful and friendly. This venue is a combo of a bowling alley and some higher end video games. The bowling was commendable and worry of a 4 star rating, the food was good for bowling alley food, but the games were quite frustrating due to a lack of maintenance. There was a Mario vs. Sonic, which should have been fun, that really stank because one of the 2 controllerS DIDNT work AT ALL. About 25-30% of the machines were defective.

Disappointment. Return ate my ball. Told I was bowling until close for one price. Given armband. My lane shut off after one hour. No one at desk responded to my call but had opportunity. I waited, then walked. I will not return. Poor customer service. Ordered no food or drink.

Liked the venue and location. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Lady running the food area across from the bar has a fantastic personality. Game specials right now drew us in and its a fantastic deal. Not sure why this place gets negative reviews. Its clean, inexpensive compared to other places and has a ton of things to do. I wish Evansville would get one.

Really fun atmosphere for a bday party. The timing of events were not properly planned. There was a lot of waiting which can be boring for 8-10 y olds.

The food and overall interior was amazing. However for serious bowlers, it was very difficult to bowl because the lanes were very dry and the walk up was very dirty and slick.

Not a bad place but could do better people pay way to much money to get halfway services from their employees. They need to hire more people to run the place.

Its a good place to go hang out with friends, co-workers, or even on a date. The food is good, but one of the things that I didnt like was that while bowling we had reserved the lanes for 2 hours and at the reset after the first hour there was a pit crew of employees that were trying to get us out of there even after we told them we still had another hour, they didnt care they just wanted us gone

Not a bad place. Best to come early to take advantage of the unlimited deal. Lazer tag is fun as always and bowling. Mixed drinks arent strong. Not a bad selection of food and drinks. Nice environment. Friendly staff but they arent always present at the front (main) desk. Waited quite some time before someone showed up to book another bowl game.

Would have gave it 5 stars but the 2.5 hour wait for bowling sucked & kids were running around unsupervised & doing what ever they wanted . Overall, it was a good time. I like that its 18 & over after 10!
