Really good clean place. Friendly staff. Ball returns are very fast. Seats are comfortable. Arcade is lively and fun for kids.

I enjoyed bowling at Royal Pin Woodland due in part to its laid back yet clean and modern atmosphere. It was affordable which is important for me, but also I felt like it was an experience that I will remember.My party consisted of 3 adults including myself and we bowled during the day, mostly on a spur of the moment type thing. But it was nice because we got in and bowled pretty consistently for an hour and then headed out.We did get some snacks which were tasty and fairly affordable. Although I would definitely recommend using utensils for eating to limit any exposure to germs. Finger foods and bowling are not really a combination you want, especially with children.I would recommend this place for anyone, seems very nice and well run.

This place is a blast and had everything you need for a friends night out or family night out. You can get great deals on Groupon for their laser tag and put put. Never had a bad experience here and cant wait to go back.

Great place for bowling and entertainment for a reasonable price. Could be a bit more clean. Needed more sanatizing bottles out for readily convince.

Love the decor and overall vibe. Kept very clean and all employees are pleasant and very accommodating. That said, I would have gave this a 5-star, however, during this time to put all patrons in lanes next to one another is a big risk! At the time we were here - 2pm Thursday - it wasn’t even necessary as it wasn’t crowded! Please re-think the way you fill the space. We want to continue to bowl here.

Watch out, some of the games in the arcade are rigged to give out less tickets than what the games say. If the game itself says you win 5 tickets per coin, then you need to make sure of this. The attendant ended up saying that they just work there...How pathetic. I understand that you just work theres, but then you need to take some pride and actually close down the machines and call your boss.

Kendal at the front desk was so considerate and courteous. She should be in management. Will 100% be back because of her customer service.

I bowl a lot and I could go to a lot of different places, but I choose woodland because of the outstanding service. Kayla goes above and beyond with her service every time I visit and she is one the reasons why I bring my business to woodland.

It was great. The was delicious. The service was great and the waitress was very nice and considerate. She was very generous with the I asked for and the ally I was at gave me a lot of good luck.

Visited here for the first time in years for a fundraiser evening. The first lane we were in worked flawlessly. Second lane we played in had trouble registering strikes and would give a 9 instead, which we then had to fix. It wasnt a huge deal as we dont play that well anyway so there werent too many strikes to fix. :) The shoes were a bit worn out and finding balls with big enough holes for my hands was a challenge. However, thats no different than any other place. The one gripe I had was that the fundraiser was for cancer research and at one point there was a cancer survivor giving a touching speech. In the middle of it, the workers at the food area were guffawing loudly and having a grand old time. I had to tell them that it was a very bad time for them to do so and they did stop but the fact that the workers were so out of touch with what is going on in the place was disappointing. Finally, the alcoholic drinks were not very strong. Especially the mules seemed very low on alcohol and heavy on the ginger beer. However, they are also not too expensive for a captive audience situation at $8.95. Overall, still a pretty good, clean bowling alley+arcade for family fun.

The General manager Terri is rude and inappropriate. I watched had have an altercation with a guest as if it was her first day on the job.

Nice bowling alley, come here at times on weekdays around 5, that actually pans out to be a good time because there are plenty of open lanes. Venue is clean and have had friends order bowling bowls at the shop on premise. They also offer customization services at the shop. Overall, nice experience.

Ive been here a couple times now. And the kids always have a great time (Aside from the normal fighting over whos winning.)You can always find a coupon online which is nice, but the bowling prices are super reasonable! Every time I search for bowling places to take the kids we always end up deciding on Woodland since theres extra stuff to do, plus the regular prices for open bowl are cheaper than other places Ive seen. And when youre entertaining 7+ kids thats important to save some money.If youre planning to go mini golf or laser tag, check groupon! They usually have a deal with posted!The food is good too....we always order a ton of snacks and its always good. And the staff is always nice!Well go again for sure! Even my 2 year old likes it!! She has a blast!!

My sons friend had his birthday party here! We had a great time, when it was time for cake & presents, we moved into the diner area. We were able to have our own little area away from everyone else. The parents were able to bring in their own cake! The staff was friendly and the bowling alley was nice and clean!! Definitely would recommend this place! Another benefit that was great, there is an arcade right there so you could play other games if you wanted to! Outside they have miniature golf and I believe go carts too! We had a wonderful, fun filled Sunday!

Great venue for kids birthday party! Staff is very helpful. The kids had a blast. Bowling, pizza and arcade games for ten for less than $200. Great fun and a great deal.

Been here a few times with friends and get set up immediately. They have a great system for keeping names/scores. You can even just set certain names to automatically put up or take down bumpers. Lasertag, mini golf, golf carts, etc. A good place to hang out with friends and family of any ageIm not in the competitive bowling seen but have seen posters to accommodate for the top tier players as well.

Love bowling here! Bought a BBQ Chicken pizza because I dont eat pork! Well what do ya know, theres Bacon on it!! The menu DOES NOT REFLECT THAT!! Thats why you have options so everyone can enjoy food. I just dont understand why not mention that on the menu or even just list it as BBQ Chicken when it should be BBQ chicken and BACON!

WE PAID $140 FOR SIX PEOPLE AND THREE GAMES BUT WE NEVER EVEN GOT TO FINISH PLAYING OUR GAME! THEY KICKED US OFF TO PUT SOMEBODY ELSE IN OUR LANE & THEN WHEN WE WENT TO GET OUR REFUND THEY ONLY GAVE US $14 BACK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ALLEY AT ALL!

Came here for my little sister birthday and we had a ball. The place was clean and really nice. My only disappointment was they wouldnt let me give her a birthday shout out. Please consider that seeing that she did just bring yall a lot of money and new customers that never knew about this place. Overall Ill give you guys an A

I love how we can change the theme of the game on the screen. It makes it more fun for those who are just watching. The arcade is fun too! Theres games for all ages and you could spend forever over there. In the warmer months theres mini golf too. Its reall hr year round fun and we go here a lot.

I enjoy Woodland because it has a little bit of everything. The folks at the counter were very busy on a Friday evening but they were understanding, helpful, and quick. There was a 30 min wait to get a lane but within 20 minutes they had texted me that a lane was available! My only complaint is that a couple of the arcade games are non-functional. Granted, there were only 3 that didnt work right, out of dozens. There are also a pool table and a shuffleboard in the over 21 area that I enjoy using. The pool table needs new cues but both games are free to use and very enjoyable while eating a pizza or having a drink.

Have been bowling at Woodland for years; this location is by far the best BOWLING CENTER Ive ever visited! The only thing wrong since theyve done the renovations was to get rid of the fast-speed MS. Pac-Man arcade game and not bring it back!

Came to visit my lady friend in town and we checked it out here, clean little spot, cute for a first date! Fair price and the themes when you bowl are a nice touch!Plus they have laser tag!

Been bowling in their 9 pin league for 6 years or so and they have a new league coordinator Heather, that changed the teams from 4 person to 2 person. There were 28 people in attendance for the league so we voted and it was 20 to 8 to switch it back to 4 person teams. Heather then interjected that it would remain a 2 person league. 3 of the 4 person teams dropped out because of this. Very disappointed and not a good business move as the league play was over before we finished 2 of our games bowling on our own.

The guy working in the pro shop opens the gat for me when they were closed and let me buy a new ball. Also Nikisha is super awesome

Ok alley with decent lanes and balls but there is ALWAYS some type of event going on, so no lanes are ever available for walk in open bowling. Regardless of all the empty lanes the staff will tell you its an 1hr-2hr wait. We were told 2hrs last night so we added ourselves to the waitlist and left and within 10mins they text saying our lane was ready after we left. Cafe staff and attitudes are terrible.

I tried to bowl here, but they opened later than their website-stated hours that day. As I was on a road trip, I ended up grabbing food nearby and getting back on the road. The site looks great, but Ive yet to bowl here. Perhaps on my next trip through the area, if the hours are correct.

Our family has gone here for years. We have had birthday parties and other gatherings here. Reasonable cost for the service you get. They host a lot of charity events and are great supporters of the community.

Came here with friends, had a great time! The food was good and the bowling alleys were very nice. The device to add names and configure settings was advanced and easy to use and understand! My friends and I had an enjoyable time here!

Our lane stopped working multiple times. It took 30 minutes to get in when the lady on the phone said we would be able to to get in right away and more than half of the arcade machines weren’t working

Soooo many lanes! Great place, in very good repair. 2 games for 2 of us cost $26, not terribly priced. Need a wider selection of balls though when we got there it was pretty busy, and we had a very slim selection of balls. Mine ended up have either too light and too small of holes, or too heavy with holes that ended up catching my thumb and giving my a blister.

The staff and service was great. My family had a terrific time.

Ive been bowling here pretty much all my life. Still love coming here with friends! We like to bowl a few frames, drink a couple beers and thats it. Never had any issues, great times!

Service is phenomenal, prices are amazing, and there is more to do then just bowl. I live 45-50 mins away and always make the drive to come here.

Highly recommended for a family friendly bowling alley :) we went here for a going away party for a friend, and the bar tender was very friendly! Overall, a great place and I highly recommend. Pretty busy on the weekends for sureeeeeeee.
