Had our company Christmas party here. Great atmosphere. Plenty of fun games and activities to keep you having a good time. Food was tasty. Especially the salad dressing and brownies. Drinks were good from what my friends said. Employees were friendly, helpful, and quick to keep the drinks coming. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going back.

Very unique place. Bowling alley, board games, cool interior, very friendly staff. They have really good food too.Poblano mac & cheese was very good. The noodle were cooked perfectly. The white bbq sauce on the chicken sandwich was delicious. They give you a bowl of petite biscuits with an outstanding strawberry ginger jam to go with them.Overall a very cool place with really good food and drinks.

We were supposed to be holding our wedding reception here in April. They cancelled on us due to the coronavirus pandemic. Theyve not refunded us our money and have been giving us the run-around for months. And now Im hearing that they are going to be filing bankruptcy. Thank you Punch Bowl for not only ruining what was supposed to be one of the best days of our lives and letting us NOT have our money back in order to even have a reception elsewhere.

Very interesting place to chill, relax, drink, play games and socialize! Their unique menu bring out the kid in you. The staff is friendly and informative. Ive never actually tried a Punch Bowl but one day I will indulge.The karaoke rooms are my favorite. And the ping pong always gets really intense.There are a lot of areas you can have a mini photo shoot with cool backdrops.Cant wait to visit again, soon.

We had a very pleasant afternoon stop for cocktails here. Great location. Huge space w 3 bars, bowling, darts. We got amazing cocktails at the front bar from a super friendly and informative bartender, Nick. (Management -give this man a raise! ) He recommended a cognac cocktail that was delicious. Great service. Will be back!

A loud bar/ game room. We were just here killing time between an escape room and dinner. Kids and adults welcome. Not too many games. Crowded. Did get a photo on the famous couch. An ok place, just not my scene. Lots of twenty somethings.

Very friendly atmosphere, anyone can go there and have fun. Drinks werent too high and the food was good. Its a very well rounded place for a group, it has something for everyone.

Fun little place. Good menu. Waiting around for bowling wasnt fun, so Id recommend reservations. Large groups seem to take precedence so definitely keep that in mind. Still had a nice time and Id go again.

I was there last night for the first time, having just moved to the Indianapolis area, and I am giving this only a 2 star rating. It is a nice place and they have lots of things to do. However the reason I did not rate it any higher is because I witnessed something very appalling very early in the evening. Not once but twice I seen two beautiful black women sit at the bar and be passed several times while watching others (not of color) coming up to the bar and getting served immediately. One of the women was in tears and when she confronted a manager he said “oh they are really busy and must’ve forgot.” This was definitely not the case. This was very rude and very appalling. One of these women is from out of town. If this is how you treat people from out of town, I refuse to return. Oh and tell your male bartender stop calling his male patrons baby. That is very unprofessional and unwanted.

Great healthy food and non-alcoholic beverage options (in addition to comfort food and full bar options). Plus games! Bowling, skee ball, ping pong, corn hole, just to name a few.

The decor of the place was really nice.. up scale with an home feel to it as well. Clean restaurant and our server was attentive.. our meals came out in a timely fashion. I just wish the food tastes as good as it looked.. not saying it tasted bad the flavors just didnt hit me as thought it would. The roasted chicken quesadilla was good, the chips with the cheese dip was good, and the biscuit and jam was good as well. The shrimp tacos I ordered didnt quite have any flavor.. neither did the rosemary fries. Maybe the food would be better the next time were in town.On the flip side they have like 4 bowling alley, three dart boards, two bing ball tables, mini arcade, a pool table and nice sitting area with a large jenga.

My workplace hosted a holiday party here and it was great. Tons of activities for everyone, even kids. Food was amazing. So great to eat quality food while bowling.

Made a reservation for 6. Was seated Promptly. Enjoyed appetizers and Tacos it was a good experience. Drinks were ok, tacos we FABULOUS. Nothing remarkable in terms of atmosphere, the to-dos were crowded and many games were out of order.

Fun place. Lots of games. Better on a week night when its not crowded. Friday and Saturday is usually SRO and challenging to get a game.Food is excellent. Try an adult milkshake.

Interesting place. Chicken and waffles were the second best Ive ever had! Just watch what you order because some of the portions are not sufficient. Found this out with some friends food orders. The food that some of them ordered was excellent even the portions were small.

A fun place for adults and children. I was there for a private party, but there are lots of different games for entertainment, from giant scrabble to bowling. Theres something for everyone. The service was great and the food was delicious. Ill definitely come back again.

We had a blast! We were in town for a work event and held a celebration here. Food was good. But I am really writing this because our service was AMAZING!!! The entire serving staff were very attentive and helpful. But, Judy was our server, and a true blessing. She kept our group laughing and having fun the entire time. This woman oozes personality, and pride. She deserves a huge THANK YOU! She is a true asset to this company. This woman is going places!! Thank you again to the entire staff, but most of all Thanks Judy (my nails are beautiful )

Nada is one of my go to spots in Cincy and also now in Indy! The food is super tasty as are the cocktails. We recently stopped in for dinner before a concert since we knew it would be a solid pick. Our server was friendly and seemed to be enjoying her shift.

This is definitely a great date spot. A warm greeting in a very nice designed spot. Got a retro flare and a few bowling lanes. Huge tables, comfy seats and booths, and lots of space.We were seated quickly and welcomed by our server. He said he was only there for 3 months but he was great.I opted for the Bloody Mary Bar, which had everything a Bloody Mary drinker could want. Spicy or mild base, tons of pickled veggies, fresh veggies, cured meats, horseradish, cheese, and more. My husband tried an egg cream and decided that was a big mistake. But it was immediately addressed by our server with no issue. We got the meat and cheese plate because the lobster roll was seasonal so I had yo go with my second choice. They were out of duck so we opted for extra other stuff. The bread was delicious and was an amazing accompaniment. We also got fries that were delicious and cooked perfectly.Every person we encountered was warm and exuded a sense like they liked their jobs. Wolfgang our server was exceptionally great. But the manager on duty (younger, thin, blonde haired gentleman) made it very clear the spark on the floor was not from him. As we called him over to compliment his staff he seemed very lackadaisical.But date or group fun, this is a spot I would suggest.

Punch bowl social is the spot to hang out enjoy friends relax laugh n enjoy some good food. I will say the chicken wings were good but they should have serve more to an order. Customer service was awesome. We will take our there for our next event. We were celebrating two birthdaysAsha and Lauren.

Great company party. Neat concept. With games to help us all mingle. The Buffett style food was good but the warmers were turned off too soon. Everything I had was cold. My wife found 3 hairs in hers and I had to pick though the plates to find a clean one. The chicken was pink in the middle. I know it cost the company a lot to put on this party. I dont feel they got their money worth.

I came with a large group (40+) and when we tried to reserve, we were told the best that could be offered was a 15 top table, but they had lots of amenities we could use and any of the other tables around the amenities were on a first come first serve basis. However once there, we were limited on the amenities initially because they werent all available until a later time, and then when such time came, all the amenities were locked down including half the location with a private party. We felt that we were lied to, and discriminated against. While this place seemed to have a lot of offer, the management and customer service more than ruins anything positive that can be stated.

I had the best of time with my son on his birthday. Some girls even asked if i could help them take a selfie. I love it there we had the best fry. It is a great place.

Never been to a place like it. Not sure how they can create spaces that are loud and rambunctious and still have nice quiet dining as well. Super fun! Great food and drinks.

What a great restaurant. I walked in and was told I need reservations but there was public seating in the back!!! My first drink strawberry daquri was so small, kinda disappointing. But the taste we great. I then tried other drinks but no thank. The Peanut fries, without the peanuts were more than great. I had a veggie burger, that didnt taste like veggies. I will be back.

I hosted a party at punch bowl social in December. Everyone had the best time! The karaoke, bowling and cornhole were so much fun.The event coordinator, Julie, was very helpful and accommodating. Our servers for the party, Michael and McKenzie, were excellent. Great service, great drinks, great food, great location.I highly recommend having a party here. Thanks punch bowl social!

The food here is really great. First time with a group on a girls night. We ordered the green chorizo Chile fries and crab Rangoon dip for starters. Both were delicious. A light tangy Moscow mule was so good. Get the carnitas tacos sprinkled with cocoa powder. Yum! I was pleasantly surprised and will go back with hubby.

This place is so much fun. The servers were amazing and and interacted with their customers. The food was delicious. When we asked about an order that didnt come to our table, the bartender immediately went to the kitchen to find out what happened. The order came out less than 10 minutes later. Very happy with the way we were treated and we will be back!

Wow!! What a bar! Be seen, have fun enjoying every possible indoor activity (including bowling) and alcohol. If everything with the the cool kids is what you are looking for tonight then youve found your mecca.

Cool place concept wise.The bowling alleys are a nice touch however they are not properly waxed and the house balls are acrylic and not resin; in light of that dont expect to have the ability to put a proper spin on the ball and just try to always go straight down the middle.The server we had did a good job.

Cool place but service is not consistent. Our server was great but when we moved to the bar area of took forever to even get the bartender to come over and once he did he seem moody. The food was okay we had the hummus it was very strong in garlic flavor. The games where fun but kind of expensive so we stuff to the darts which were free. Drink wee okay some tasted bland.

The first time we came here was last year for our company Christmas party and it was a great experience. This year was a bit worse. We had an open bar for the employees but service was insanely slow so each person only got 2 or 3 drinks. The food was buffet style but the first round was dry and cold. Later, when they brought more food out, it was better. It even took over a half hour to settle the bill when they already had the card on file. It wasnt my favorite experience. Hopefully it was just a one time thing.

Really good for, atmosphere is amazing, lots of fun to be had with all the games. Food is excellent. However the last time we went they had rented out half the restaurant for a private party. A lot less to do then.

Place is very cool! Stumbled upon it trying to find somewhere open to get food which is oddly difficult to do downtown at 1am. Staff is friendly and attentive to a guest. Food seems really expensive but its also one of the few places your able to eat that late so I didnt think much of it considering it was also delicious. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was they said they have a bowling alley but closed it early with no reason given and the drinks are WAY too expensive. Never had to pay $11 for a lemon drop!

OMG the food was really good but the service was even better!!!! I enjoyed their appetizers and entrees. Its not your typical menu which I appreciate. There was no chocolate type desert though which was surprising, but thats ok. Everything ordered was good. There were many people playing in the back and it looked like fun times

We had a party of 8 come in after a Sunday afternoon game and it was the only place that didnt have a wait. It took a while for service, but it was worth the wait! Food here is top notch and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the crab rangoon dip!

We visited the PBS the afternoon of NYE before a Pacers game. We ordered the chips and queso - sooo good! And the barbacoa tacos and a burger and fries, everything was delicious. Good selection of drinks, both with and without alcohol. Caleb was an amazing server and was patient with all our questions about all the things. The games and activities are a blast. A great place for family and/or adult fun!

Exceptional service from a kind and friendly staff. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door and it continued throughout our visit. The hostess even open the door for us as we left an extended a warm goodbye to us.Everyone enjoyed their food which ranged from macaroni and cheese to a shrimp burger. I liked the Stubborn brand root beer and their motto.The rosemary french fries would be much better if a in-house fresh cut potato was used. They were good but a higher quality potato would make them much better. The fries were very similar to a Frozen Ore-Ida shoestring french fry that you can purchase at a grocery store or GFS. Since I do not eat much and fries is usually what I get, Im a little bit more critical the fries.Again, the staff and service was spectacular. The facility is very nice with many activities to do. The concept is good. I do not think my family and I are the target market. Even so, my family and I had a wonderful time.Everyone in the facility appeared to be having a good time (customers and staff). There were large groups and people on dates. My wife enjoyed playing pinball while the kids and I had a good time playing ping pong. I couldnt convince the kids to do karaoke in the Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto Room. Maybe on our next visit.

Not great for lunch. My wife and I stopped here while I was in town for a business trip. The place was close to empty at lunch time. It took us a while to get a table because no one seemed to care. Once seated our service was subpar. Our server just wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. Took our plates when we were finished, but also took our drinks before we were done.The food was good, but the portions were small...we actually ended up having dinner just a couple hours later because we were so hungry.The atmosphere of this place was really cool and would probably be great with a group of friends... would not go back otherwise.

My wife and I went here on a Friday evening around 6PM for dinner. She simply searched Gluten Free Downtown Indianapolis and saw the menu here and decided thats where wed have dinner. Neither of us realized what this place offered in terms of entertainment. They have bowling lanes, karaoke rooms, board games, cornhole...and the food is AMAZING! The place is huge and theres tons of stuff to do. We ended up bowling for an hour while we ate dinner. This was definitely an unexpected surprise and already a new favorite hangout spot with friends.Side note: the service was good, the people were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very chill. I cant vouch for what its like at 1AM, but for dinner on a Friday evening it was fantastic.

Fun bar, but the business model needs to change.People should not have to pay to play games. That should be a selling point. Make money off drinks.Look at 16 bit. They are killing it as a result.

The place is a bit pretentious, but doesnt really have a backing for me to be fine with that. The food is only okay, the drinks are good, but the marinated feta is fabulous. Also, the drinks are good, but stick with the beer if youre looking for a buzz as the mixed drinks are weak.

I celebrated my birthday here with some friends and our experience was wonderful.I had the Milk-Xologist Milkshake and it was perfect. Think of a Shamrock shake only higher quality, zero green dye, and just for adults.Ashley, the bartender, was kind and helpful with recommendations. She even made me a special birthday shot that tasted exactly like a gummy bear.We had a blast. There is plenty to do if you plan to stay (video games, bowling, shuffleboard, corn hole, Jenga, and connect four...to name a few). We will be back!

Welcome to the next generation of TGIFridays. Everything here feels manufactured and corporate but thats not always bad per se. You know what youll be getting into and it will likely involve exactly 3.5 ounces of alcohol, lots of salt and sugar and overworked employees. Tip a little extra next time you find yourself in one of these stripped down casual dining restaurants because I guarantee the servers/bartenders have had a rough day as both the management and clientele is likely unforgiving.

We went in at 2PM on a Saturday. We were immediately taken to a table - great. We sat for 15 minutes without even being greeted by waitstaff. We reported the issue and left. Bathrooms are so-so.

The place is huge lots of room to sit, plenty to do as far as entertainment, bowling, corn hole, video games. Restaurant menu is limited, the food is good, I had the wolf, which was a fried bologna sandwich with cheese and lettuce on Texas toast, with chips in the sandwich, pretty good sandwich surprisingly. Two bars which is cool. Id go again.

Came here for brunch but also came to scope the place out for potentially having my wedding rehearsal dinner in the back private room.We were seated and we didn’t even get water for the first half hour. One of the people in our party was given the wrong menu, so after the waitress corrected her and showed her the section she could order off of, she walked away in the middle of the person ordering and never came back. It was difficult to get refills. Two people at our table received their food 10 minutes before we did, but we saw all of our food sitting at the bar waiting for about 12 minutes before someone brought it over to us.The manager approached us and we told him how our waitress just walked away in the middle of ordering and she didn’t come back ( the person she did that to received something the waitress recommended, not what the person in my party ordered, because she never got to... ) and his only response was that they were short staffed and he would say something to our waitress. I understand if people call off, but that doesn’t justify our waitress walking away in the middle of an order. Also he never tried to fix the order and walked away before we could mention anything. When we finally received our food I had the wrong order, but ate it anyways because at this point it had been an hour and a half and we just wanted to eat and get out of there. The food was good but not good enough to come back after all of this, and we definitely will not be looking into reserving our wedding rehearsal here. Really disappointed. Our servers name was Simone, don’t recall the managers name but he had dark hair. People beside us left after 45 minutes of no one approaching them to take their order as well.

We had a terrible experience that all of could have been avoided. We made a reservation for 15 people, which included 5 children including one who needed a highchair along with a person in a wheelchair. They had no notes about the reservation even though we called 3 times checking and making notes. We arrived to two rude hostesses. They were going to seat us at high-top tables with flimsy chairs. I had to ask for a manager. She then accommodated us. But the tables were set for too small of a group and we still had to ask for another table. Once we were seated, menus were placed in the middle of the table. Each menu is held together with a rubber band. My five-year-old son was able to get the rubber band off the menu and around his neck before I could even sit down. I had to grab all the menus away from the children. Why would a restaurant make unsafe menus like that?The food was OK. The punch was not remarkable, which was disappointing. Food was not delivered at the same time. Our server was fine. Board games were very dirty. When we were leaving two guys were smoking right by the entrance. I told the hostesses who did nothing and were incredibly rude. I would not come to this location again. I would never bring children again.

I have been wanting to come here for awhile and finally did on Friday and it was such a fun night. The staff, for starters, goes out of there way to ensure their guest are enjoying everything. Our waitress, Francesca, was super personable and friendly. She recommended her favorite cocktails and food to us and everything we ordered based on her suggestion was great. They have many options on games that are both free or you pay to use. We played cornhole waiting for food (food came out super fast though so not for long) and darts. If we had more time we’d try the bowling!

Punch Bowl Social is a fun place to hang out, bowl, play ping pong or many of the other games they have. The food here is alright I havent been impressed any time I ate here but the atmosphere is great for grabbing a drink and hanging out with friends.

Been there multiple times, but not for a while until yesterday. It was a nice day, so we walked around downtown with our kid. We stopped there in attempts for lunch and fun. Upon entry we were instructed we could chose a seat anywhere. We decided we wanted to Bowl so we arranged that up and were directed to a lane with accompanying tables. No severs came to us. We found our own menus after waiting 10 mins with still no service in our area, Having been there for 20 mins already. When asking for service we were then told there was none in our area??? One server did take our orders, but as empty as the facility was around 130-2p everything was extremely slow. At one point I walked to the bar for a beer after not seeing our temporary server for a while. Our temp server then approached while I was at the bar about to order a simple draft beer and told me shed get it. 15 mins later I walked back to the bar asking for my drink. I was told just a min... They didnt have it yet, then oh wait... Its right here she said, as there were 4 servers just sitting on bar stools chatting.?? Atop of the extremely sad service my $15 fried chix sandwich seemed as it were freezer burnt. It was VERY tough and chewy for a fried chix breast. In the end our bill was half comped. Im sure well return again, but not for a long while

We went on a Monday evening at 5. Check to see if the place is full of private group reservations before you go. We basically couldn’t use anything or any bar but the very front entrance to get a drink at that bar and had to carry it all the way through to the back mall entrance where we could use the pool table and giant scrabble board. Drinks were expensive, small, took forever for the girl to make and didn’t taste like any alcohol was in it. The one in Denver is better.

I gave this 5 stars because I think it is a 5-star experience. Man its a really neat fun evening. You can go with your family or you could go with your friends or you could even go with your enemies. Because by the end of the night you may not be enemies anymore. I dont know your exact situation so it may be that it is asking too much for the punch bowl social 2 fix your friendship but it is worth a shot. Overpriced for food quality and the service was poor

So I called this place to ask about karaokeing and if you could pre reserve for a certain night. They said its first come first serve and to just come in. We got here and were immediately told that there was a private event all night long that was pre planned. So maybe tell people that when they ask about it before letting them waste their time and money coming out. Very cool place but very poorly operated.

This place is amazing. Its like the adult style Jeepers fun place. They have bowling, arcade games, ping pong, karaoke rooms, and game boards. I love the drinks, although smaller in size for the price you pay. The staff needed to stay off their cells phones while serving food and drinks.

Cool little place to hang out, wouldn’t suggest coming here to eat though. It can get expensive playing the games. If you live or are visiting Indy you need to at least check it out once.

Quite a unique place. Fair prices and more games to play than you can imagine. Good we had was onion rings, cocoa dusted carnitas tacos and black beans that rival those found in Miami. Definitely worth a stop by
