Pizza was good. They are definitely taking the cleaning seriously and was happy to see staff out cleaning while my toddler enjoyed some rides. Definitely miss chuck dancing over the virtual but I get it. I do hope you can expand your toddler zone a bit. Losing the ball drop was heartbreaking to him.

My great grandson enjoyed having his 6th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese. He had several relatives there and they also had a good time. The people working there are very helpful and very polite. They kept in touch with all of the people there. Im sure we will be other times. The food was good also. Im sure this will not be our last visit there. Thanks very much for everything you did to take care of us and everyone there.

The staff on the southside of Indianapolis chucky e cheese was not paying attention two kids going in and out I feel the safety of children could have been better and the host could have been more energetic on Dancing with the children on the dance floor and the games should have more than just one chance at a time before you used to get three chances when you played a game now you just get 1 credit I feel this is cheap it is cheating in children out of tickets Chuck-E-Cheese need to put digital animatronics screens in the back side so the kids can have a better viewing and interactive experience Chuck-E-Cheese needs to train their employees better on safety and health concern some staff was wearing their mask below their nose not acceptable not responsible Chuck-E-Cheese need to up your game or close your doors my visit was Oct 3rd 2020 we will not be going back

Me and my family came here to see how different things are since covid 19. It was very different no more salad bar. So far every place I been that had buffet are gone. We came in they was doing temperature checks to get in. Once inside we ordered was told no salad bar. All tables were space apart and some games closed. Of course you have to wear face mask. The kids had fun. They even had hand sanitation that smell like cookies

Its a really nice place. Its been remolded. Kids had a great time. Only issue was a few games were out of order. And try were my grandsons favorite games.

The last time I came here I was brought in the back by the charles entertainment cheese. As he brought me in the back he started to lick my eye aggressively and making robot noises. Other than that I give it 5 stars.

Did the hour unlimited game play for myself and my family. Had so much fun, even with our 2 year old. Was bummed they took out the ball pit and tunnels because we had so much fun with that as kids but it was still a great time. Only complaint would be the tickets not coming out correctly but the attendant fixed it as quickly and as best she could. When all the games are open again it will be really really fun, playing each other in ski ball and b-ball shoot outs and what not. Much closed for the purpose of physical distancing, meeting the requirements to re open.

This has all ways been a fun place to go and have birthdays. Even if its not a birthday I love to visit there and have fun.

Pushed us into the timed token pass, turned out to be a complete ripoff, no wonder thats what they are trying to go to. Also for some reason the temperature needs to be 80 degrees and they can turn the heat down.

We had a really good time. The employees are friendly and helpful. Chuck E Cheese makes frequent appearances and will pose with your child when asked politely. The games are fun and kid friendly. Adults can play most of them as well. I deducted a star due to the quality of the pizza. Definitely going again!

This Chuck E Cheese location was recently renovated. It is always clean and the staff members are quick to replace tickets and repair machine issues. The new system of paying for unlimited points for a set amount of time is more cost effective than the previous token system.

Great fun night with my two 6 year old boys !!! We dropped 91$ got an extra large pizza 4 drinks small wings and two 2 houre unlimted play cards we ended the night with over 3000 tickets !

We were here on Mothers Day and my grandkids had a blast! The manager was courteous and very friendly!!! The majority of the staff was courteous and always helpful. I really like this location. The girl they had sweeping the floor, was RUDE and needs a attitude adjustment!!!!!

A lot of the games didnt work. The payouts on games are set so low it is impossible to win a decent prize without paying ridiculous amounts. Paid $40 (with coupons no less) just on tokens and walked away with 2 Tootsie rolls, a ball knocker party favor, and a tiny tote that didnt even have Chuck E. Cheese branding. The pizza is alright, but more expensive than any decent pizza place. The staff seemed disinterested. Rascals Fun Zone is just down the road a ways and they have more games, attractions, and even though the games cost a little more tokens, the prices vs what you trade them in for is a lot better. Last time I went spent $20 and got a little cookie pillow and two ice creams with the tickets I won.

Good food. Kids love it. Since they have hourly game passes, its much more affordable. My kids want to have birthday parties here every year.

Boy oh boy! This place had birthday party mix ups, tried canceling my friend RESERVED and paid for party. Sat our family late, never served us our paid for food and then continued to kick us out from the party area because they had another reservation.Also, if you lose sight of your child- they have NO emergency plan to find the child or the child family!! Never again will I go here. Oh and the mouse has no enthusiasm while it interacts with the kids.

$20 bucks for one card to play for a full hour and one beer! This is fantastic!!! On busy days the mouse comes out every so often for the kids and throws around things. Tickets can be turned on for a variety of things. My wife and I probably abuse our childs card, so good for all ages! Great way to kill an hour or two.. they have other time options.

I dont like the price of coins now a days and the timed amount is also high. I used to b able to spend 3-4 hours there n now I dont have the money to do that. I think u should consider lowering prices. Also u dont get many tickets n the prizes suck!! Plz make this better for the KIDS! Thats what should matter more

We went there this past Friday for my daughter’s birthday. A lot of the machines were not dispersing tickets. One of the fountain drinks was not dispersing the syrup only water. The air hockey game still quits working in the middle of a game. The staff was extremely rude including what appeared to be a manger. When Chuck E came out for his dance a worker left Chuck E hanging for over 2 minutes after the dance without tickets for his ticket splash. She didn’t say a word and looked like she hated her job when she handed him the tickets. Both machines designed to allow you to reload pay passes were malfunctioning;when I went to the desk to have the staff reload the card at the register, the manager greeted me by saying “What do you want?!” What I want is for your newly upgraded and remodeled machines and facilities to work but when they don’t I want you to provide the customer service you are paid to provide. Poor customer experience = decrease in sales = cut in hours and pay or even layoffs. Without happy customers there is no income which means no $$$ to pay employees. This place did not get much of a facelift other than they upgraded booths and carpet. The machines and staff are still broken for the most part. It is such a shame because this used to be such a wonderful experience for children. I guess those days are gone.

First time ive been since they remodeled. Its really nice and the games are a lot of fun. My 6 year old fully enjoyed herself. Its crowded but thats typical for the type of place it is. Always a fun family experience for parents with young children.

The kids had a blast we done the biggest b.day package plus ordered lots of food on top of the 2 med pizzas . And only 1 pizza was messed up which wasnt our host fault. She was great..

If i could give it negative stars, I would. Everything sucked from the host to the party to the management. Most of the games didnt work. All around.... I will never be back. And dont worry about their corporate customer service skills either. They wont do anything. They asked for the receipt...i dont keep receipts... But I did send them a picture of my bank transaction. Apparently, proof of purchase can only be from a receipt. Also sent them screenshots of my reservation order number. Obviously they dont care about their business suffering. There was absolutely no compensation for the lack of customer relations.

I must say I dont know what happened to Chuckie cheese it used to be the most mediocre pizza place you could attend. I was really impressed with the pizza. The games arent a bad price considering that there is 6 of us and one of us is the runner swiping. The customer service is not super they need some more help in there it wasnt real busy but the lack of communication between team members made them really disorganized aside from that it was a pretty good deal.

Family friendly. Plus you dont have to buy food, you can just take your kids there and get a card for unlimited play for 45 to 60 mins. There is a coupon on the site for a play card deal.

The newly remodeled Chuck E. Cheese now has an open party room, which is nice. But they need to have more of a selection of games for the younger kids.

The staff here was rude, especially the manager. I had my daughters 3rd birthday party there and they were very unorganized. i was promised a free salad bar, and then they told me i wasn’t allowed to get a salad with a regular plate, i needed a black plate. my party host never gave us a black plate. do not tell me i can get something then take it away. they also CHARGED ME for something that i didn’t even get to eat. Also, when i went to get a refill on my drink, i heard the manager and other staff talking about my party. i am livid. i am never having my daughters birthday party at this location ever again.

Great place to take kids to have fun. Pizza was okay but the games were awesome. Wish they brought better, newer games into the store too.

This place has adapted well. Definitely has changed for the better. The employees were friendly and helpfull.

The games was for older kids like 6 and up. My two year old didnt have much to do there. I think they should get some better games for the smaller kids.

Our daughter had a terrific 2nd birthday. The staff was super helpful, food was great and Chucky took his time with each child making it special for everyone. Thanks for making our little ones special day extra special.

Ghost town due to covid

Had my sons 4th bday here. He had a blast. Would have rated a 5 but or party host had the personality of a rock.

Had a great time. The recent remodeling was....hit and miss. Our favorite games were gone. The new games were less ticket friendly. But we still had a good time.

Everyone was polite and the games are clean and wiped down often thru the day .and it was fun

Awesome staff and lots of fun! All the games were working and since we used a coupon the price couldnt be beat! I highly suggest looking up coupons before going, but we had unlimited play for 3 kids for an hour for only $25!

This one was amazing had so many helpful workers Bri, Jaylyn, and Sarah to name a few and my niece loved her bday party!!

While I appreciate the recent remodel the birthday party tables are WAY too close together. I understand more parties means more money but this will prevent us from booking a party in the future.

They have made some major improvements in their operations over the past few years. Good options for birthday parties, decent games, very good pizza, and better service than it has been. The kids enjoy it, and that makes us happy. Recommend it if you have a birthday planned for around 10 kids...

Not what it used to be. There are no refunds on food even if you misorder and inform then immediately. Pizza is overpriced and they no longer have the animatronics that this place was known for.

Most of the games did not work. I do prefer this one over some others just because this one wasnt as packed with people. Also the workers didnt check our hands upon leaving I actually asked if they needed to and they said no. Hope they get more games working. Even the ticket counters were down only 2 worked.

Pizza was very good, salad bar nicely stocked. Fun time out with 3 yr old granddaughter for Christmas. We got the game care with points but the timed card would also have been just as nice.

Glad the ball pit is gone! My 2 year old loves it there! Had her 2nd party there. Our host was prompt and friendly. Facility was pretty clean. Love the breadsticks with ranch! Cotton candy and dip n dots are always a favorite for the older kids! The ticket blaster was a riot and hilarious to watch my daughter and husband in!

I love Chuck E Cheese! The entire time concept of unlimited game play is amazing. No more tokens is a thing of beauty. For two adults and one game pass for 45 minutes, we spent around $45 which is a bit pricey in my books but Im full of pizza and had fun playing games. I wish the show at the back of the restaurant was better. I was very disappointed in the production of the animatronics. Ill def be back though!

The store was clean, food was fine for this kind of place, only thing was the employees. Not one person smiled, were not friendly in anyway. Felt like everyone was a bother to them. It is a place for children, the employees should be kid friendly. I never seen them interact with one child with a smile or some excitement.
