I love the Rivi! All of the staff are so polite and the teens working are well mannered. Clean facilities and my kids love the snack shack by the pool. Peaceful and large pool. So glad we signed up. Cant wait to sign the kids up for swim classes. Therese is head of aquatics and she gave me a tour of the Rivi before I signed up. Absolutely lovely exchange and excited for her to teach my kiddos.

Something for everyone - slides, diving pool, lap lanes, food, sumner camp - and a great meeting place for kids and adults alike. Ultra strict membership w/ an inflexible staff (i.e. non-member alternate parent accompanying a member minor to the pool while member parent is out of town and having to pay to get in). Otherwise, Its the new and improved Rivi.

Plenty of parking lot. Nice people.. place with good energy . However, the outdoor pool was a bit dirty. That could be improved.

Previously Rivi was a great place for family and what not but ever since they sold their land it is a completely different atmosphere. Elderly woman who works at the front office is extremely cold and just over all bitter. Snack shack is now a overpriced place, good if you want to waste your money to potentially get sick eating public school frozen food. With a membership there shouldn’t have to be a process of renting towels if you forgot one for your little one or what not... can go on and on.

A great family pool and center!

Love my Rivi community! My parents, brothers family, and sisters family all attend the Rivi. Weve always felt welcome while enjoying the pool and the exercise facilities. Its a great place and itll continue to get better.

The school board should inspect this place!!!We sent our son for a summer program here. The advertised was for Disney themed week.No one sent us any information where to drop off or pick up, the receptionist didnt even know. But finally we found the gathering area which the instructors didnt care much about kids, just let them hangout. My son was new he felt left out there.The female instructors seem to like to hangout with the girls and playing girls stuff and werent really care for anything else. Even when we told them we were new ther .I didnt feel right since the beginning but had to left my son there.There are some points below that made me so sad to send my son here:- When I asked one of the instructor if they are going to do anything about Disney as advertised, she seems to be puzzled and said they MIGHT do something about it - They didnt care for little kids hygiene. No one watch hand before eat nor got clean up after swimming.- They didnt care if they children will eat their lunch or have anything to eat.- When I picked my son up from the classroom I almost cry! The classroom was in a very poor condition! Clothes & towels are everywhere. The place look so scary, not inviting for little kids, No toys or anything, I found my son and other children were resting by laying down on two foam boards each with a brown towel covered them.I never felt soooo bad to send my son to any school like this in my life!The course was expensive we couldnt even have him finish a week there!!So disgusting! The school board should inspect this place. I dont think they should let this place have any class for little kids. its not a good hygiene!!!

Wonderful swim club. Great families, good facilities. Just fun.

Great family place with awesome programming for all ages and family types. Food is fantastic and Thursday night dinners are a great weekly gathering for friends and families!

Was really looking forward to the firearms and fashion show but it was canceled due to political pressure from outside of the business. I guess standing for something isn’t within the principles of this business.

Bad decision rivi. Pick and choose which rights to support ? Would you hold an IBE event ? Don’t count on my membership.

Against Constitutional Right to Bear Arms. Will never go to this facility as long as they will not support all Comstitutional Rights.

A very relaxed place. Their lunch is fantastic, the pool is huge (it is in need of some renovation though), and they have SO many fun things to do.

I read they bowed to the local mob about a NRA event during the event in April. No need to support a place that doesn’t support the 2nd amendment.

Great family experience. A lot to do here. Membership community is great.

Love this for my family. Could use some renovation of non swimming space, but really appreciate the work in improving food and social functions.
