A lot of fun. Clean inside. Can order drinks if you choose while you wait for your time. The host was very friendly. Challenging which makes it a good time

We had an amazing time. We had 5 other people in our room and they were so much fun too!! Alyson was wonderful! She was funny, attentive and she kept us on our toes. I suggest everyone go to Escape Room Indy and see Alyson. We will definitely be back!!

We narrowly escaped the Art Gallery. It was challenging, but doable. There was one clue where you had to count the visible legs in pictures which was kind of ridiculous due to the relative high number, but the rest were good. We will use these guys again.

Contagion Room: This was easily the least enjoyable Escape Room I have done. We had major problems with the locker locks, this cost us at least 10 minutes. And when an employee finally came in to help they failed 3 times before getting the lockers to work. Also the puzzles were extremely linear meaning that if you got stuck at any point you could not work on another puzzle until you solved this one. I am use to having 3-5 different puzzle paths that come together so people can work and try different things, making communication important.This room also has the group split up. (I was in the smaller room) Since there is only 1 walky-talkie we had to talk through the glass wall, and the video plays in the other room so I could not hear the setup story at all.The staff was very nice, and the building was very clean. I may consider going to the place again, but I would never recommend this room.

Escape room absolutely exceeded all my expectations! We were able to book a room with only an hour’s notice. We showed up (about 5 min late as parking is a beast down town) and were treated by friendly staff, they directed us to the waivers, then sat us in the lounge for a couple minutes and offered us cocktails and beverages. Miss Kimberly was our “Escape Room Hostess” for the day and as it was our first experience, she took the time to explain the rules and layout of the room and was absolutely fabulous. We ended up escaping with 2 seconds to spare and have a blast of a time here. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this escape room, the lovey and courteous staff, it’s an absolute must do on the Indy bucket list!!!

I had so much fun, and our guide Symphony was really nice and showed us how to escape after our time was up because we were very curious.

Amateur hour. The room had equipment that was not repaired. The black light writing was not readable. So we could solve the challenge... but could not read due to poor maintenance. This cost an extensive waste of valuable time. They are a service ... act like it for the price. Go elsewhere. It would have been fun ... but the room helper was worthless even as he knew we were not pleased.

This was the first time I ever visited an Escape Room and it was a really fun evening. Brandy was an excellent host. I would highly recommend you book an event. You will not be disappointed.

We did KGB, and this Escape Room was perfect! Ive done these before where the room advisor did not pay attention, and that was miserable. Stephen did amazing and made the experience awesome! Highly recommend!

Brandy was sooooo awesome she made our experience amazing! The contagiant room was so much fun and she made it that way with her awesome personality. I would definitely recommend and come again! Not to mention she was a cutie ;)

Jacob was amazing as a guide. Even though we didnt make it we had fun trying.

Had so much fun stealing the Mona Lisa for Mother’s Day/Mom’s Birthday!! Nick was super fun and played around with us while we were being crazy.

This escape room venue is absolutely fantastic. Visit this place if you like well-crafted rooms with excellent and immersive atmosphere! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced, and the rooms are appropriately difficult for a typical group... and fun for an experienced team!My three friends and I, an experienced escape room team, ventured to Indianapolis just to do escape rooms (we did seven in two days), and when I started calling escape rooms in Indy to make our plans, Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing customer service! He understood what we wanted (interesting and/or tough rooms) and who we wanted to do them with (just us), and gave us advice to help us get the experience that we wanted.Our first room was The Art Gallery, and we were very impressed with it! We agreed that it was probably our favorite room we have ever done. The room was detailed and gorgeous and well put together. It really felt like we were in an art museum, and everything in the room was basically stunning. The puzzles and clues were clever and well designed, and we particularly enjoyed some of the later challenges. Daniel ran this one for us, and he did a great job... we didnt ask for any hints and he didnt give any. We really appreciated his enthusiasm for the room and escape rooms in general... he was very charismatic both when we spoke on the phone and when we interacted in person.Our second room was the KGB Interrogation. We did not love this room as much as the Art Gallery. Admittedly, part of the problem was just that the Cold War setting was not as interesting to us (which was why we started with The Art Gallery). The other part we didnt particularly like was starting in handcuffs... the handcuffs were on very heavy chains and two of the four of us had visible bruises for a day or two afterwards. Also, we find that any time a room starts with handcuffs it restricts the potential advancement to the agency of one or two people who are within reach of the solution, which makes it less fun for everyone else. BUT, thats our own personal preference... we dont like starting in handcuffs. It does definitely make a room more difficult, but not in a way that we find interesting.Our gamemaster for KGB Interrogation, T, did great! She gave appropriate hints when we needed them, and didnt ever make us feel like idiots for missing obvious things! It is important for a gamemaster to make players feel successful even when they arent and she handled that well! We particularly appreciated that T was willing to run a room on the spur of the moment after we had to much fun in the Art Gallery that we wanted to do another one RIGHT NOW.The general atmosphere of the venue was great... we loved that we could get coffee and/or drinks before (or in between) rooms. Have a few puzzles lying around so we could practice was a great idea, and we would have loved to have more to play with, too!Fantastic venue... definitely a great place to spend an evening even if you arent interested in running an escape room! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
