Thank you Zip city for a day of adventure for our high exchange students from all around the World. They all had a blast. Thank you for the extreme fun and adventure through covid. Thank you for keeping the facility safe. Great activity.
Wonderful Family Place..!All options are great!Associates need a little bit more training on be more friendly...Just a few were really helpful with information and attention. They need to take care more about the food area....wasnt really clean and the person that was taking orders was acting as a dummy ( Im not going to say details).about the price its not too bad but I guess it could be a little bit cheaper.... main thing for familiesthat have more than 2 children .After all I guess its a great place!
This is a hidden gem in Indianapolis. Awesome place to take kids of wide ages. Had family visiting and went there with kids age 9 to 15 and all had fun.
Fantastic staff, a wonderful time with lots to do! They have all ages covered, too. Really appreciate the toddler town for the littles. Birthday planning & implementing made easy. Love it here. My crew could play all day!
My daughter and her friend had such a fun time today. And Brennan deserves some credit for being the nicest employee here they’ve ever seen. And we come several times a year. Thanks for a great day!
Brian is one of, if not the worst referee I have ever seen. Not a clue on how to ref or control a game. Player safety is not a concern to him. You should never use your position as a power trip. Awful!
The girls here are so helpful! Everyone is so helpful here. Your children will love it here!
Had a great time, but the prices are a little steep. I would definitely check for group rates, Groupons, or package deals because the zip line is fun but very brief. Lazertag doesnt have the greatest layout or good lighting but who cares when you get to shoot somebody
Super fun! My favorite is the zip line. Very friendly staff as well. Will be going back!
Awesome experience. Always have a good time when Im there.
Took my grandkids, they had a great time. It didnt cost a fortune and they were somewhat Covid-aware though they could do more. Im from Michigan and were a little more concerned than the people I met in Indiana seemed to be.
Great time. Clean and friendly
Visited for a birthday party. My 5 and 6 year old girls enjoyed the zip line, rock climbing and trampolines! Zip City also had laser tag, and an above ground obstacle course. There were a few arcade games, a lounge with TVs, a concession stand, and an area for 3 and under children. Staff was helpful. They did not require you to buy their socks like many other places.
Not somewhere you would enjoy going if your kids range in ages. I have a 2&5 year old and there’s different areas my toddler wasn’t allowed in. It was difficult for them to both have a good time and to keep an eye on them as well since the areas are so far apart
So much fun! Lots of activities here, and great for kids. But I saw some adults hitting the zip line too, which was cool. Definitely worth checking out!
This place is a ton of fun! Was better than Get Air. you get more bang for your buck.
Definitely worth your time and outstanding fun for all ages! The place is clean and huge so no matter how many people are there it never feels packed. Obviously if you’re an older kid you’re gonna want to go later at night when everything becomes cashback and there’s more kids of that age group but during the day it’s very family friendly and has tons of little kids of all ages plus families having a great time!
Not very clean. Had a very small area for a Birthday party. And right next to us was a very large space not being used, it was area for employees breaks.
Workers were rude and ran out of cheese mid way. Also if u pick 3 hours you cant reduce ur hours.
Good prices and fun times for all. Zip lines, climbing wall, obstacle course, laser tag,and plenty of trampolines for dodge ball, basketball, foam pits, or just general jumping around. Vending machines are cash only, but there is a snack bar that accepts cards. No special footwear required. There is a lounge area with couches, chairs, and tvs for parents to hang out while the little ones play.
Good place for a party and at a single rate charged, but honestly, this place has become much more of a younger kid place rather than a teen party place. Don’t expect to bring a bunch of teens for a party and not be a little embarrassed that it looks like a Chic-fil-a play place with all the littles around. Still, it’s a good and wholesome way to have a party that is active for kids who need a little motivation to get moving at times in the winter.
We had so much fun, the zip line was awesome, trampoline, and awwwww the laser tag, the kids had so much friend, and I took a big kid with me (my husband) and we had a blast!!! Not to pricey! Today (Saturday) we purchased 2 hours of unlimited play, which is everything, for two children, it was $49 bucks!! Then my husband wanted to join in on the fun, it was $18, for a hour, but it wasnt unlimited play! We might have our sons birthday party here!!
It was dead when we arrived. I think theyre only ever busy when theyre hosting birthday parties. This seems to be their bread and butter.I held my 4yr old sons hand as he stepped onto the trampoline. He was nervous and wanted to feel comforted. My big toe touched the very edge of the mat and because I wasnt wearing a wristband I was abruptly scolded Back off the mat! No touching! We left and went to the basketball area because the yelling upset my son. Unfortunately, I leaned over the line to pick up a basketball for my son. Another employee saw this and he also scolded me. No crossing the line!We left and met up with my wife and daughter who is in the infant/toddler area. Just as her time ran out (we paid for 15mins), we collected our things and as were carrying her out another employee tapped her wrist to remind us or time was up.The zip lines are expensive, slow, and dont seem like much fun at all. Their trampoline area is small and it gets boring quickly. But worst of all is how overly strict their employees are. I get it, if I didnt pay and Im injured theyre liable. But this was over the top and infuriating. Its not worth it. We wont be coming back.
Its a great place for the kids to have a birthday party there. Its pricey to throw a party so we did a party without there help cheaper. Had a blast .
You ’t zip line is scary but it’s not
Pretty cool place! My daughters first time rock climbing, she was very scared but the employee Samantha walked her threw all the steps even calmed down my daughters anxiety! Loved her very great staff
It was not good because my granddaughter was not able to anything she is 2 years and weighs 42 pounds I think they should have something for them too.
This place is awesome for kids of all ages. There is so much to do and experience. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for lots of physical activity. The kids can choose from various activities at any time. The staff is courteous and patient. They interact well with the kids and always had a smile for them. The only downside was the food cafe....slow service, out of most hot items, and not very good quality. We didnt go there for the food though so not downgrading them for that. Overall, we had a blast!! Thanks for a great day!
We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves!!
The kids can have fun and great entertainment for the price. Snack bar is reasonably priced.
We Had to wait to open. Workers are young and not friendly. Went to laser tag and not even open. Went to desk and asked when it’s gonna open. The twenty looking year old in charge said it should be open. I said it’s not. He’s blowing up the obstacles. He said well they should already be blown up. I said well they’re not. Then he looks at another guy and says that should’ve already been done and the other guy said well he wasn’t even scheduled to be here till one. OK if you open at 12:45 maybe you should be a little more prepared when you’re charging people by the hour.He said well they should already be blown up. Then after waiting a line we were told several of the guns don’t work and only a small number can play at a time it’ll be another 15 minute wait. Very poorly ran
I recommend to stay away from Zip City’s indoor soccer league at all ages. The refs are terrible and don’t control the games which often leads to full on fights. Zip City doesn’t care about player safety and refuses to do anything about it.
Took my niece & her friend (age: 11yrs old) They had a blast.
Jeremy was really good at the laser tag thing. He finished out his shift strong! He deserves a raise!
Staff are helpful and all of the attractions work properly. Fully recomend.
Took kids and grandkids here thay had a blast my son is autistic he really liked it when we went it wasnt busy which was a plus because this put him outside of his comfort zone thank you one thing I would add would be have the employees talk to kids more and use motions if needed
Great place. Had something for everyone. Kids could go run around and do rope courses, zip lines, laser tag. I enjoyed walking around and watching them.
Staff could stand to be more excited but overall, great place to take your kids and enjoy. Definitely recommend.
Great staff. Great for teens all the way down to babies.
Kids were having a great time but far as entertainment needs more lighting effects on the ceiling as the kids are coming down the zip line strobe lights flashers neon pictures you know the whole nine just to make it look more exciting other than that far as that be in my opinion the kids had a great time we will return
Brought my 3 year here terrible experience staff extremely rude she was literally playing in the dark and the only child in the toddler section. A man brennan literally got in an argument with us because she kept taking her braclet off and tried to kick us out I mean really she 3 yes old. Then they gave us the wrong bracelet paid for too hours they gave us a bracelet for one hour. Tried to talk to the manager she acted like I was bothering her she gave me a different bracelet and said Im done dealing with this. How is it ok to treat people this way and how is it ok to have someone like that around kids.
It was my 1st time at Zip city indy... my family loved it. We was there for a birthday party.. party price is really reasonable... highly recommended for all ages..
Its a fun place but ridiculous on the rules. Denied a little girl being able to jump in the jump house because she was over by 4 ounces on her weight. The place is a joke
Very nice. I loved the atmosphere and the customer sservice of the staff.
Lots to do. Go on a discounted day and its well worth it. So much to do kids cant be board and parent can even get in there with their kids and spend time together. Well be back
Great adult indoor soccer league on Tuesday nights.
All of the workers were super friendly and fun to talk to they made the experience better
This was the second birthday party I tried to do this past Sunday and my infants couldnt go in play area since it was down, and we werent notified ahead of time, and they were taken to great times while the other kids could only go on the zip line and when the 18 and over stood in line for over 20 minutes they were told they couldnt do the obstacle course because the partys play time, which wasnt long, was over. Bad business and will not recommended it to anyone in a party of 20, we recieved 3 pizzas and pitchers of water and when I went to buy pitchers of soda and juice, and girl said they dont sell them. Not good at all.
Great place to play with your kids or let them play. They have a nice seating area upstairs.
Best time I have ever have thanks to Andrew an employee that works there he made it better and the zip lining is amazing! You van climb, jump, zip. I am definitely going to come back
My nephews loved it. I had a little trouble as I am a wheelchair user, I had a hard time being able to see them. I couldnt go upstairs so its hard to watch them on the main level. Although I could go up to the trampolines and see them on those. It would be really nice if they could do the zip line for those in wheelchairs as it is indoors youd think it would be easier for them to accommodate since they could have elevators rather than the ones outside.
Went for the 1st time for a bday party. All activities were fun! Facility was clean. We went on a Thur evening so there were not many people there. Im sure that made it all the more fun. No lines or long waits!
Our two grandsons loved the laser tag, trampolines, climbing walls. Did a lot of laser tag!
Turon (rope course) was so sweet and friendly, and made a scary thing fun for us! Loved him!
This place is AWSOME! They are very safety conscious, but they keep it fun. Everyone there has a smile and the staff clearly love what they do. If you have kids of almost any age they will have a blast here. In fact its just as fun for the parents!
I went there tonight with a group of 20 kids from our youth group. The staff was awesome! There were a lot of staff members and they were so helpful. The place is clean and organized. There is so much to do for all ages. Thank you Zip City for such a great time!
Fantastic staff. Great facility. Well done..
It is really fun and money well spent great for kids and easy to get into the parking lot
This was very fun. I would stick would the 2 hours vs 3. Bring youre own lock for the lockers and they will be free! Best part is the staffing is super helpful and encouraging when the our niece and nephew were nervous to try the rock wall and ropes course.
Everything a kid enjoys but doesnt have at home.
Absolutely had fun and plenty to do for all ages
Great place to play some soccer and get ba k in the game
We had alot of fun at this place. It was not crowded. The facility was clean. I loved the ropes course. The trampolines were fun with the different areas of basketball, or dodgeball or just plain jumping. The prices were not at at all either!
Great place with plenty of things for kids to burn energy on. Price is high but I feel it was worth it. Only 2 ziplines. The skywalk was cool looking and the kids had fun on it. Nice concession area for those not participating in the activities.
Went with my five year old nephew for his birthday I think I had more fun than he did. Overall not a bad place. They have laser tag the actual area reserved for laser tag is pretty small and if there are a lot of people it can get crowded but still fun. Loved the zip line it isnt very high up its indoors but still a lot of fun! It also has an indoor obstacle course, arcade, rock climbing wall, and trampolines. Foods kinda generic though and a warning you will have to wear a helmet for most of the activities which have been worn by a million other people
My 6 year old and I had a blast!!! We were so worn out after 2 hours. He really enjoyed the zip lines!! We both had a great time playing laser tag. Cant wait to visit again!!
It is a really fun place they have ziplines, lazer tag, trampoline, and a toddlers area. The some of the staff are strict, they made us wait 3 minutes to get in. But easy 3 hours
I lost my dog here
Great place. The kids love it.
We loved it.My 5 year old had a blast jumping and my husband loved the rockwall & zip lining! Will def. go back. The 2 hour unlimited buy is the best option!
They told us our wristbands expired even though we had an hour left. The activities there are fun though. I am also confused by the age of the employees. There were a few employees who are 10 and under.
Fun place! Play dodgeball, basketball, gladiator jousting or just bounce on the trampolines. Throw in a basic zip line, a solid laser tag course, a rock climbing wall and theres something for everyone. The two or three hour unlimited packages are a decent deal. It would be 5-star if the unlimited packages included $5 of video game play.
Lots of fun and excitement for the price. However, the staff dont do much in the way of encouraging turnover or good behavior in different areas when parents arent monitoring their children. That led to a bit of frustration. Also, their laser tag guns are a bit hit or miss with functionality
Great place to let the kids have fun
Logan & brennan & natalie & maddy were good!
The people were very rude and didnt want to help you or give any information. There was 2 nice people working there the 3 hours my family was there. They dont tell you anything til after you pay. Then no refunds. The place is not near as big as it appears online. Wouldnt reccomend unless you were very bored and have alot of money to blow.
The kids had sooo much fun! The zip line is awesome!
Great place, great staff!Devin, an employee, was super helpful and worked hard at keeping the upstairs clean!Highly recommend Zip City!
Wide variety of activities. Helpful, friendly, and honest staff. I lost my cellphone on a trampoline activity, and the young woman monitoring the area returned it to me before i realized it was missing. Be prepared to pay around $12.50 per child per hour. Absolutely going again.
Great fun for ages 4 to 64
Fun place for kids. 2 hours of Laser tag, trampolines, and zip lines was more than enough time. They also had full court soccer. I would say the only thing it was missing was basketball goals, besides the ones in the trampoline area. Younger staff but seemed very helpful. Concessions prices are high just like anywhere else. They do have draft beer which is a plus for adults!
Way to expensive and was not explained well before going it was $130 for 3 hrs smh crazy
So much to do and so much fun! Staff is very friendly too. Deff worth the money and we will be back very soon!
Family friendly and very nice.
I want to be fair for those guys. We did 2 visits to this place. We are large family, the little one is 1 lb less than their 35 lb policy. In both visits they strictly held on this policy such that not allowing to our kid to be with his siblings, so they ruined our first visit experience. In the 2ed visit, we had guests with us. My niece weighs 35.5lb. They did not allow her to be with our kid who is 33.5lb. Which ruined our 2ed visit where we had to keep watching the little one... so neither my niece enjoyed with adults area, nor my kid enjoyed his lonely time. We absolutely will never go back. The manager is so rude and bot even able to listen. Feel sorry for such mentality that slowly but surely will lead this business to be slow for sure!
Id stay far away from this place. My car, along with that of another ladys, was broken into. Our windows were smashed and not one staff member bothered to let anyone know. We only found out from overhearing another conversation. I was there for my sons birthday and paid for 3 hours. I spent nearly 2 hours dealing with the police and wasnt offered any sort of refund. In general, the staff simply didnt care. Ive rarely experienced such poor customer service. The food was way overpriced and they only had pizza if you paid for the party pack. Of course, they denied my request to bring in pizza from somewhere else.I should also mention that this incident happened in broad daylight, and the police said that this sort of thing is common in the area. I will certainly never return if the neighborhood is that unsafe.
Always a good place to bring energetic kids.
We went on a Thursday and it was not busy, so the kids were able to run around as they pleased. this place is HUGE. we had my sons 9th birthday party here, and all the kids had a blast. We may have many birthday parties here in the future.
