Always really nice place to go for a walk, fishing, etc. Its is a beautiful park right along the green belt walkway.

Beautiful park nestled on the east bank of the Snake River in Idaho Falls. This park includes an 18 hole frisbee golf course, kids playground (newly installed equipment), outdoor shelter, picnic tables, paved walking trails, LOTS of open green space, and even a Veterans Memorial. Easy to get access and plenty of parking. This is the ideal place for a summer picnic, walk, stroll, jog, bike ride, you name it! Relax next to the river on one of their many benches, skip rocks in the river, or just enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature.

Loved the park and river edge.There are many plaques around the park. The memorial to the Vietnam War is beautiful.The trails are great for biking or walking along the river or along the hilly landscape. The park is very large and lovely eventhough it is cold November day.There is a playground for kids with a porto-potty.

Went for a job this morning. Plenty of shade and not too many people. Always so clean. People know how to use garbage cans and pick up after their pups.

Such a fun area of Idaho Falls. Beautiful trees and a great place for a Cross Country meet.

Made a stop on our way home for a round of disc golf. This course is great. It has water, short, long fairways and trees. There are a few holes which have trees hiding the baskets. We loved it.

Played disc gold with my good ol buddy ol pal Alan Furrows! We had a blast and it was a fun course. Beautiful scenary in this area. Id go again in a heartbeat!

Wow! What a beautiful park and the size of the park is amazing! They also have a Veteran Memorial that is a must see. And The Snake River flows next to the park. The River contributes many energy resources to Idaho Falls

What a beautiful park! Great walkways for a stroll with your dog, or your love. Pretty river views. Great shade trees. Its a great park for community events (free movies in the summer) (sledding for the kids in the winter) I just love this park.

Arguably the best Disc Golf course in Idaho Falls!! Beautiful landscape, plenty of walking paths, and quite possibly home to the best sledding hill in town as well!

This the lights definitely not as good, nor was it worth the 15$ cover charge. My whole family was extremely disappointed this, it really falls reallyshort of past years in quality. Plus they didnt honor the military this year with a discount. We wont go back next year. falls short

This is a very large and beautiful park. The river runs through it, so you can take a walk along the river. There is a disc golf course, playgrounds, a walking trail, a baseball field, and picnic benches. There is also a war memorial you can go see. I highly recommend this park. There is free fun for all!

Beautiful park on the North side of Idaho Falls. Has a nice veteran tribute, a good pathway to walk, a fun frisbee golf course, river access to fish, and some spots to picnic. Dont stay too late, however, as this park suffers from what all the other parks in Idaho Falls suffer from. Drug dealers and other less pleasant people frequent the park after about 7:00 P.M.

We really enjoy Freeman park. Lots of beautiful trees. The playground is newer and my children play for hours. The playground area is towards the back of the park and overlooks the river, but isnt so close that you have to worry about your kids wandering into it. At the playground there is a nice pavilion with picnic tables. The area is always clean and there are porta potties available if needed.

I got married in this park during the fall season, it was stunning!

This is one of my favorite places to visit in Idaho Falls. I have hosted many picnics here, visited the Idaho State Vietnam Veterans Memorial here, and walked my dog. It is a great place to play frisbee golf. Also, there is plenty of great fishing along the banks of the Snake River. All in all, its a very good park to visit with your family and friends.

A nice big park with lots of trees. A trail to walk by the river. They have pit in new playground toys. Space for family gatherings.

Its next to the river, it has a footpath, it has a creek like canal (excellent for kids or pets to splash in), it has a playground and restrooms. Five stars, will wander through the park aimlessly again.

This is one of my favorite parks in Idaho Falls. It is located next to the ISU Outreach School and Various Idaho National Labs buildings. Inside the park is a memorial for the Vietnam Veterans that sits at the top of the hill in the park. The park also has a freisbi golf course and a couple playgrounds, one located on the west side of the park was just recently updated with brand new equipment. The park has a couple of pavilions, one large one that is often used for small concerts. Last the park has about a 1 mile trail that is paved, it circles the entire park and in one section will take you along the river down to the railroad tracks, the other break off located to the south will again keep you along the river and if it is the righ time a year you will be able to access the floating bridge to take you to the trail that wraps the river.

This is a block from home and avail me for anything winter and summer, Since a year ago when I moved here, Ive must have done a 100 miles through here, more if you count cycling, snowshoeing, it can get crowded but that is rare, so its usually ver quiet and serene

This is a pretty decent sized park with lots of room for our dog to run as well as people to bicycle walk and even play some Frisbee golf. There is a Creek that runs through as well as the Snake River on the border. The Christmas light displays leave something to be desired, But there seems to be some sort of decoration During the major holiday seasons. Even hosted Santa Claus and Christmas carols for pictures and sleigh rides.

Still snow, ice, and occasional pockets of mud/standing water. But all that is expected for this time of year. Specifically used frisbee golf course, so I cant say what the rest of the park is currently like, but I would expect it to be more of the same.

This is a very large park. It has several play areas, a long walking trail that goes along the river, you can fish, and play frisbee golf. It is also very clean.

Awesome place veterans memorial, several places to launch kayak, next to Idaho state University in Idaho Falls, falf nets and course, baseball fields, Christmas festival of lights, rest rooms, the North end of green belt. Good place for family reunions, seen eagles,falcons,ducks,geese,owls,beaver,Water snakes,lizards, otters, many breeds of dogs and people. Good place to fly drones and remote control jet boats.

It was big there were rivers and a big base ball feild and alot of little parks
