My children and I very much enjoyed this museum. The scavenger hunt for my 10 and 11 year old children was a hit and I think other children in the same age range are at an age where they could appreciate the museum. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. It had different offerings than some other local history museums as well, such as a model a Ford and a unique tractor from Massachusetts (I think that was where the tractor was from anyway).I appreciated the American Indian pieces as well.Would recommend to others.
Great place to visit. Didnt realize they had such great things.
This is a local historical treasure chest!
Love getting history while in new town.
I was able to find a lot of information on my family history, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place And wonderful talk.
Walking through the exhibits gave me a very good-quiet and vintage vibe, with all the photos of the past, pieces of architecture and technology, old-fashion clothing, and a couple of vehicles left and right; despite the renovations that were there at the time of my visit, I certainly recommend giving this place a checkout!
Always enjoy my trips to the Historical Society and Museum no matter what the occasion.
Wonderful exhibits. Lots of local history.
I grew up in the area, I have been there before. It also has a collection of Les Kouba pictures, maybe 100 of them.
Never been there
Great
