Rundown....Not well maintained at all. For the price you can do Much Better

Was excellent and fun is close to the beach and is cool when your visiting family and enjoy a little time on the beach

I still live here and its super convenient to have the beach next to you and the events that happen on PCH like the Hb air show

Big community neighbors all seem nice enough. You call into whoever you are going to visit from the gate and they buzz u in.

The units dont have yards. The common areas are well kept but knowing that you never actually own your mobile yet youre paying 30k a year in lot fees, plus mortgage and taxes, or mobile rent. Basically an expensive proposition for near beach living.

Great mobile homes, good neighbors & for location; rent prices aint that bad.
