Great mobile home park, it has a lot of new places going up. Space rent is great for Huntington Beach. Gated community. Close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach.

Huge, clean and quiet senior community.

I have a very good friend who lives here, we laugh and enjoy each others company, its a nice quiet place, nice and breezy, wirh a great view of the snowy mountains and close to just about everything. I especially love the pool and jacuzzi area...

Nice community and some very lovely homes.

Residence here are the worst except for a few wouldnt recommend anyone to buy here
