I drove thru here to drop off a gift to a friend. Everyone that was outside on their porches actually waved and were quite friendly. Nice clean well kept mobile home park.

I grew up here in 92 for 8 years, no place has ever come close to feeling like home.

Property needs a lot of improvements. Some mobile homes values are not worth what is being asked. Mobiles need work. Management and owner need to work with Habitat for humanity to help some of the residents with repairs.
